Where is the html for my nav?

I need to change the color of the words in my nav bar as they disappear into the page BG i want to use. I know a teeny tiny bit about html; i do know how to change colors. but i dont know what file i'd find the nav bar specs in. any help? thanks in advance

As Old Toad suggested, why don't your just create your own navigation bar? If you do this, it is text based rather than java based and will be seen better by search engines.
To do it, all you need do is hide the current nav bar and then either create a text box or shape and use whatever colour or image fill that you want. Then insert your links using whatever kind of text and colour your want and finally, just use hyperlink to the pages within iWeb, so click hyperlink and pick link to one of my pages, the format to whatever colour you want with whatever rollover your want.
You can then place the nav bar exactly where you want it on your page and you are not constrained to having it at the top of the page, where I personally think that it looks out of place.
Surely this has to be better and easier than fiddling around with java when you are not really sure what you are doing?
