Where is the Ipod nano sixth generation manufactured?

Does anybody know where I can find information about the manufacturing process of the Ipod Nano (sixth generation)?
And also, is it possible to find information about the nano's functional unit and functional utility? I am writing a school paper and would be super happy if somebody out there can give me some answers or webpages to check out.

It is manufactured at one of the Foxconn factories in China.
You will have trouble finding out anything about the manufacturing process. You can go to http://www.ifixit.com and they have a teardown of the device.

Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

I am attempting to get to the replacement program for the Ipod Nano 1st generation, but whenever I attempt to access the program I am redirected to an adapter replacement program. Did I miss the opportunity to replace the Ipod?

No, you didn't. I just bought an iPod nano 1st gen off of Craigslist and immediatly I went to the iPod replacement program website and requested a new device. I just don't know if I will receive the older 6th Generation or the newer 7th generation.

It sounds like the iPod isn't restoring correctly. Try putting the it into Disk Mode manually and then restoring the iPod again as described in the article linked below.

Before placing the iPod into Disk Mode, verify that it has a charge.
Reset the device by pressing the Sleep and Home buttons simultaneously until the display shows the Apple logo. This should take about eight seconds.
When the Apple logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the device enters Disk Mode.

This is going to depend on how you are syncing music to your iPod nano. If you are automatically syncing, what option do you have selected in this menu? (Entire music library, or Selected content)
You may want to uncheck the "Sync Music" box, apply the changes, then recheck the box, and apply the changes once more. This will instruct iTunes to completely remove all music from your iPod, and then copy the files once more. If you have a large amount of music, this initial sync may take a while.

Try triple-clicking the home button and see if that turns VoiceOver off, and if it does you can then change what a triple-click does via Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home.

Is the second time this happens to me with the ipod nano 6th generation, can someone tell me, why is damaged the power button?

You may not intentionally be doing anything. The device is small enough to fit in your pocket and perhaps something in your pocket is causing the damage. Maybe even the pocket itself when inserting or removing the device as the power button may snag on the pocket opening.
