Where is the Property Editor - Portal_server ?

Yes, of course. My mistake on putting the general link of the documentation.

"5. In Step 4 of the Web Dynpro iView Wizard you have to specify the Web Dynpro-specific parameters.

I don't find the Script Editor panel in Photoshop CS6.

Are you talking about the program for writing scripts for photoshop, which is Extendscript Toolkit (ESTK)? It should be located where you normally find programs with your operating system. You can do a search for extendscript to find the program.

As I know, it should be included but I cannot see it...
I'm using the SAPgui 640 Final Release - Patch 8.

i am not sure whether it was there in patch 8, but i upgraded to patch14 and activated the new editor from
se38->utilities->settings->ABAP editor
here choose radiobutton front-end Editor (New)
warning:- dont apply gui patch 15 it has got some problem. when i applied patch 15 i couldnt event start the sap logon pad.

Where is the property FP.Origin

Hi all
Does anyone know where I can find the property Front Panel.Origin? If I open a vi created in LV7.0 it is called Front Panel Windowrigin, but in LV8.0 I can't find it.

Where's the photo editor in ps 11?

I purchased photoshop elements 11 and premiere elements in July 2013. I have two computers, the first computer has organizer, photo editor and video editor. I download the program to the second computer and only have organizeer and video editor. I chatted with the chat line and they said to re-download the program. I have tried, over the top of the first download, drug the download to the trash (I have a mac) and lastely I have un-installed the software after saving all of my photos to documents, just in case my files were also deleted and re downloaded the software. I do not have a photo editor, but I now have a choice of downloading a "free" trial of ps 12 or to purchase ps 12. Thanks for any assistance

Do you mean that you tried to copy the installed versions over to the other computer? You can't ever do that with PSE--it is not a tidy package in accordance with the apple developer guidelines, but strews stuff all over your hard drive. You should have gotten two installer files, one for Premiere Elements, the video editor, and one for Photoshop Elements, the photo editor.

Where is the gradient editor in Flash CS4?

I'm on an intel iMac, and trying to make the switch from Flash CS3 to CS4. I have done several searches for this topic and to no help thus far.
I'm familiar with the gradient editor in CS3 but I can't seem to find it in CS4. I have found the Color Editor which has a few basic, preset radial gradients along the bottom but that's all.
I've searched the tool pallete as well. I appreciate any help and apologize if this is a dumb question. It's early and I'm tired.

Change the type to a gradient and then you can edit. It's pretty much the same as CS3, so perhaps I'm missing something in the question..

Almost. Hey guys, when the IDE opens (XCode) there is a message in the middle that says 'no editor'. How do I bring the proper editor into the IDE?
Do I also have to do something heroic to bring in a Graphical User Interface (GUI)?

You need to select a file to edit. If the navigator isn't showing, you can reveal it by using the View > Navigators > Show Navigator menu item. There is also a user guide in the help menu - Xcode has a lot of stuff crammed in there.
Don't forget to update your profile, a lot has changed since Leopard - also take a look at the Developer Forums.

Where is the Script Editor?

I have looked everywhere for the script editor and i can not find it anywhere. I am sure it is in an obvious spot and i just am missing it. Is there a step I am missing or is it named something else? Please someone help me out.

I think that you may need a different Adobe forum. This forum relates to LiveCycle Designer, which is a form development program. It's not strictly part of the CS4 suite of programs (albeit that it does come bundled with Acrobat Professional).
If you do have LiveCycle Designer open, then you can access the Script Editor from the Windows menu.

Where is the Rules Editor in 11G TP4

Based on the link the Oracle Business Rules editor should be in 11G TP4, however I can't seem to find it anywhere on the menu. What am I missing?

LOok for Emergeny help about Property editor not visible

For some reason, my Property Editor window of Workshop is not visible any more. I have tried restart workshop and from possible menus.
I have read a posting dated Mar 10, 15,17 by Jared, Judecki, he said even by restall the workshop, the problem still there. He talked about editing a properties file that Weblogic placed in Window's profile
(which related with the window's location.
I post this problem again want to get tour response especially from Jared Judecki, if you know what's the name of properties file and how to edit it, also if you know the email of Jared Judecki, that's of great help.

Did you try selecting portal components like books, pages, portlets. I have seen this problem too. But it would go away when you restart workshop.

Property Editor Missing

Hi,
My situation: I created a role and tried to create a folder as a point of access in my role.
My problem: Logging on to the portal as Administrator User, I can see the Property Editor for this folder and define this folder as an Entrypoint. By Logging on to the Portal with a User, which I assigned to the same Roles and Groups as the Administrator User, I am not able to see the Property Editor. Do someone know, why I don't see the Property Editor?

Hello Anna,
Your Adminstrator User have some specific roles such as super_admin role other that the groups you have specified.
So when you do a USER COPY the role are also assigned to the new user with the groups. So it has all the authorizations of the Administrator User.
So try assigning the roles the adminstartor user has, like super_admin_role to the user you have created and the problem will be solved.

Property Editor not visible

For some reason my property editor window can no longer be seen. When I select View->Property Editor nothing shows. My current window loses focus, but no editor appears. The same happens when I use the shortcut Alt-6. I have the same problem with the Document Structure Window. Double clicking on items in the Data Palette does not bring up the Property Editor either.
The best I can figure is that I accidentally dragged the window off screen or something. I've even uninstalled and deleted my entire BEA_HOME directory and reinstalled, but that did not fix anything.
Any ideas how I can get my Property Editor back?

Converter property editor locale always blank

While doing the Tutorial 'About Converters' at http://devservices.sun.com/premium/jscreator/standard/learning/tutorials/converters.html
Specifically while viewing the sample code for "Example Two: Using Converters for Numeric Formatting" I noticed that no matter what I enter for a locale in the converter's property editor in the Java Studio IDE the properties always remains blank in the IDE (and are not set in the constructor either). I'm speaking specifically about the locale. It never gets set for me unless I do it manually in the constructor myself.
I see from the example code provided for Converter_ex2.zip (http://devservices.sun.com/premium/jscreator/standard/learning/tutorials/converters/Converter_ex2.zip)
that the value for locale is set in the constructor for Page1.java (code below).
            numberConverter1.setType("currency");
            numberConverter2.setType("currency");
            numberConverter2.setLocale(new java.util.Locale("en", "GB"));
            numberConverter3.setType("currency");
            numberConverter3.setLocale(new java.util.Locale("de", "DE"));
            numberConverter3.setCurrencySymbol("E");   Despite that the code is in the constructor the IDE properties editor for the numberConverter locale is blank.
Just wondering why the property editor is always blank for the locales? This happen to anybody else?

Collection property editor

In both of the RAD environment which I have previously used, there are property editors for a collection of a particular property type. In Borland's VCL the property editor is built-in once one uses a VCL collection as a property, while in .Net one can specify the System.ComponentModel.Design.CollectionEditor for a ,Net collection. These properties editors work flawlessly for a property which is a collection of a particular property type, whether it is a value type, like a Java int, or a reference type like a Java Object of a particular base class. They allow the end user to add an entry to the collection and then either type the value, if it is a value type, or present a drop-down list of other components of the specified type which have been added to the form ( bean context in Java terms ) for the user to choose, if it is a reference type.
Coming to JavaBean development I was surprised that Java does not apparently have such a built-in property editor. Is this true, or have I just been unable to find documentation about it ?
If there is no built-in property editor for a collection of types, are there any such property editors for this on the Internet anywhere ?
I realize that I can build my own generic property editor for a collection, but I would like to avoid it if I can and use one that already exists. The case of a property editor for a collection seems quite common in terms of creating re-usable components, and I need one for a property of a JavaBean I am creating. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
