I can't find it either, to download Lion to my old MacBook. I guess I'll have to go down to the Apple store. What a pain!

See iTunes 9: "One Moment Please" or "Error (-50)" message when accessing iTunes Store
If you encounter this issue while while downloading something from the iTunes Store:
Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:
Mac OS X:  ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads Note: "iTunes Media" may appear as "iTunes Music. Also, the tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
Windows Vista:  \Users\username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Downloads\

Use MSCONFIG (directions for Windows XP and Windows Vista/Windows 7) to disable conflicting software.
If using MSCONFIG steps resolves the issue, you may want to use the System Configuration Utility to turn on the third-party System Services and Startup Items one at a time (restarting your computer after turning on the item or items) to identify which System Service or Startup Item is causing the conflict.
You can turn all of them back on by selecting the Normal Startup option under the General tab of the System Configuration Utility window, but please note that this may cause the issue to reoccur.
If you are able to isolate the issue to a particular third-party software, you may wish to contact them to let them know of the conflict.

Yep, I'm clueless again. You have to click on the "A" App Store icon on your Mac to get to the App Store. I had thought that I could get to the App Store thru the Apple Store. Silly me. I had to go to the local Apple Store to get some guidance.
The App Store icon should be in your toolbar at the bottom of your screen or you should be able to find it somewhere on your Mac. Then I tried clicking on Purchases like the Apple store guy said but my Lion purchase didn't show up there. Then I tried Categories and found Redeem there and maybe downloaded Lion for my old MacBook there but I haven't found it on my MacBook yet, so will have to do some searching. Oh, I had to go back to Purchases to do the download although the Redeem page said it was downloading Lion. Supposedly downloading now. Very annoying, this process is. Even Mickysoft seems easier to update.

How do I hide the Mobile Link section in the adroid app?

I do not use nor intend to use the Mobile Link for adobe cloud. I use it only to view PDF files sent via email or the 2 cloud services I do use, which sync to device storage from which adobe reads. Why can I not remove the mobile link banner, which uses a lot of space?

Thanks for your feedback. We would like to know more about the issue that you are facing in using the application. Are you referring to the Mobile Link banner(like the figure below)
or the Mobile Link status bar(like the one below).
If the issue is with the former, are you unable to dismiss it by tapping on the 'cross' button on the top right of the banner marked in the first image?

I have a problem with two Apple ID's. In the App Store help the only thing I can find is "If you're still having trouble, click Support in the Quick Links section." - but there s no "Quick Links" section, nor any support link. Who do I contact?

I'm sure the second one was set up by my son to buy a song a long time ago, while the first I probably set up when I got my first new Mac. I've always used one, but my Pad started showing an authorization problem - I'd reauthorize it and it was fine, but when I sync'd I got the same message. Finally had time to dig into it and discovered one email address/ID is authorized for one computer and has zero balance; the other is authorized for FIVE computers (weird, since we only have two) and has a balance.
I've purchased apps using the "no balance" account - but somehow the store is deducting payment from the ID with balance.
I'm sure this makes no sense - so I just need to know who the heck to contact. I'm not having much luck searching support documents.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
You might also try signing out of itunes and back in (Settings App > itunes & App Store)

Make sure you have either Featured, Top Charts, or Categories selected at the top of the App Store.
Troubleshooting at times depends on which Mac OS X you have installed, so when you post, please provide that information.
If you arem't certain, click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click About This Mac. You'll see the version number there.

Hi,
Quick link are based on user role and not on user logon. You need to define different navigation bar profile and in the direct link under Define Direct Link Groups and also you can remove the link that you do not want from existing. . Also you can remove from business role as well in Adjust Direct Link Groups.

Presentation Variable in the SQL default section in the dashboard prompt

Hi Gurus,
I have two prompts and two go buttons. First Go button is used to populate pv_category1 presentation variable.
category_column --> pv_category1--> 1st Prompt
Product_Column --> pv_product2 --> 2nd Prompt
I want to set the default for the 2nd Prompt depending on the 1st Prompt ( Category) chosen by the user.
In the SQL default --> i have typed in the below Query.
*Select TableName.Product_Column from Subject_Area where category_column = '@{pv_category1}'*
The Problem is that i dont get any default value for 2nd Prompt after choosing the First prompt and hitting the GO Button.
If i hardcode the value in @{pv_category1} ...
for eg
Select TableName.Product_Column from Subject_Area where category_column = 'Incidents' i get the corresponding value as default.
But i want this 2nd prompt (product) to dyamically default depending on the 1st prompt (category) chosen by the user.
I am using OBIEE 10.1.3.4 and i have googled a lot on this topic...
can we not use Presentation variable in the SQL default section of the Dashboard Prompt?
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

But the functionality that i want to achieve is the default value in the 2nd column (out of many values for 2nd column) based on the 1st column chosen by the USER. for eg we have two columns in our database ie category and Product.. Data goes like this
category ProductName
Incidents --- A
Incidents --- B
Incidents --- C
Changes --- D
Changes --- E
Projects --- M
Projects --- N
Projects --- O
Projects --- P
If the User chooses Incidents in the first prompt then the default in the 2nd prompt should be B ( out of A,B,C Values available in the 2nd prompt)....
Checking the constraint checkbox doesnt solve the default problem...

We have a solution that allows you to do most of what you want, including bulding the form, having people fill it out either in Reader (as an XFA-PDF) or on the iPad (as an HTML form).
You design the form once, and it will by styled correctly on the appropriate platform.

How to get the view link definition from the view link accessor

I am using Jdev 10.1.3 and ADF BC. I am trying to do deep copy in a master/details view, after the new child record is created, I want to update the foreign key attribute. I know I can get the list of attribute definitions from the row in the view object, which include the view link accessors, I am wondering if I can get the view link definition from the view link accessors, so that I can get the source and destination attribute names.

I am missing the "add objects" section from the fly out menu in Photoshop CS6. I am in the 3D workspace of Photoshop. "Scene" is highlighted and I have clicked on the little fly out menu in the upper right hand corner of that panel. The whole section that should contain, Add objects, delete objects, duplicate objects, all the way through reverse order is missing. The add lights section above and render section below it is there. I am not new to Photoshop, but I am new to the 3D section of Photoshops work space.
I do know about creating a new layer in the layers tab and merging the objects together trick. But I kind of would like for the program to work correctly as I am sure that doing it that way will cause some sort of problems later in the work process.

Photoshop says that my software is up to date. I use Photoshop daily and everything else works just fine. I have looked through this forum and there is someone else who had the same issue as me but their question was not given a solution. So that is why I choose to post it again.

I've made tests with four different 3rd party tools: OpenGL Extension Viewer, GPU Caps Viewer, Compute4Cash OpenCL Diagnostic Tool and Mudlord's Glide3x wrapper tester. All those tools report no problems with my video card driver and OpenGL/CL.
I have contacted nVidia and based on reports from the tools and visual tests from GPU Caps Viewer nVidia support doesn't see a problem with my driver.
I found sniffer_gpu.exe which according to Adobe Help pages is a kind of diagnostic tool and determines whether Photoshop uses the graphic card OpenCL or not. Here is the output:

From Adobe GPU Sniffer tool, it looks OK.
On the other hand, I have your word that there is no problem with Photoshop not recognizing OpenCL for my card and that nVidia driver has problems. Can you justify this somehow? Perhaps you could provide more details on technical level, or another utility to run and extract details, to at least identify the problem Photoshop has and hopefully solve it on either side.
P.S. During tests there were two things which I noticed, but they are probably not related to the issue:
1. One tool reports the lack of Windows registry key SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows (NT)/CurrentVersion/OpenGLDrivers. But according to your previous statement, Photoshop only uses OS calls, no registry and according to nVidia, this key is not used in Windows 7.
2. During some tests GPU Caps Viewer reports that "OpenCL CPU not supported on the selected platform". This is not complaining about GPU, only about CPU. But Photoshop is complaining about GPU, so it shouldn't be relevant.
