Where is the support for Logic???

Anyone knows if there exists any support for Logic?
A phone number?
A support forum?
A mail support address?
Any other support application?
This is a shame...

I was only pointing out that the suport apple offers is not support IMO, not criticizing your post.
Having to pay for a support that should be included whenever you buy a software is a shame IMO.
It's a shame that apple only offers true support for ipods:

I am about to rebuild my X201 Laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I downloaded systemupdate40-2009-10-19.exe and systemupdate40-2009-10-19.txt. The txt file is extremely poorly formatted for notepad. It is one long line.

DAQmxBase for Mac OS X: where's the support for all DIO ports?

As of version 1.5.0f2 of the NI-DAQmxBase release for Mac OS X, only port0 is supported for digitial IO. I would like to have the full functionality of my E-series board; does anyone know if a new release is in beta now or will be released soon that, you know, supports more than 1/4 of the board's DIO functionality? Are there workarounds one can employ with the current version? Thanks in advance.

There are no current plans to add support for the extended digital on the NI 6025E. The architecture is unique to that board and the newer M Series boards now have an extended number of digital lines. Another option is to use an E series board and the PCI-DIO-96 which is also supported in NI-DAQmx Base.
With that said, we continually add features based on customer requests. Do you have a lot of these systems? Do other people out there want the extended digital on the 6025E supported?

Support articles for the various versions of Firefox are automatically shown based upon the version of Firefox that is used to view those support pages. If you use a different browser to view the support pages, you might need to select the correct version of an article on the right-side of the page.

Where is the support for system upgrade malfunctions? I lost PDF options

and I am getting no resolution to the issue. My computer was fine before the most recent upgrade. I even tried to download the 10.5.7 combo upgrade several times after it was suggested. The download not only took forever but I had to restart it several times after it timed out. Once it finally completed and I installed it, I still am having the same problems including no PDF print options and my Pages keeps quitting.

This might not actually have been the case. One of the top reasons for an upgrade failing is for there to be some kind of subtle underlying problems that the user might not yet have been aware of. For that reason, it is strongly recommended that you repair the boot drive and repair permissions before every system update.
The other likely possibility with 10.5.7 is bad RAM, as it seems to be picky about that. However, bad RAM would not show up as a lack of PDF print options or a single app crashing, so that makes it unlikely in my eyes.
Also, *never ever* restart your computer in the middle of an update, unless you are reasonably sure that it has really, truly frozen. If such a thing does happen, you should download the combo updater rather than using Software Update and try that. Of course, if you have installed the update without doing the preemptive diagnostics, you should go and repair the hard drive before trying to update again.

If you look through ALL the reviews, they are mainly good. I feel that Lion is an excellent upgrade, although not essential.
There have been some issues with MS Office, but right now, it is up to Microsoft to issue a Lion compatible update, which will come in time. Saying this, MS Office has been working fine on my mac, it seems to be an isolated issue.
Logic 9 seems like a strange issue. Again, an update looks to be coming soon, with Lion support.
I do not feel that apple only focusing on the iPhone and iPad user base. There are many features carried along, but the machine can still be used for pro tools and use just as well. It still is a fantastic, reliable, fast, easy to use OS, which I have had very few problems with. Some additions you may not use, but they don't get in the way. You will love the new Exposé, Mission Control, as it is great for pro users who have many windows open at once, and the new spaces. You may however, never use Launchpad, but you don't have to, just drag it away from the dock!
I really reccomend buying a mac with Lion, although if you are worried about bugs, wait a few months for the issues to be ironed out, and updates to be given. Because the update is so very cheap, I really think you can hardly go wrong. Try it out with your current mac, and if you like it, go ahead and buy your new ones.
Lion is fantastic, albeit maybe rushed.

i have recently purchased an pn6 motherboard, but can't find any updates or support on msi website, i am worried becasue nvidia have had issues with sata and stuff, other manufactures have released new fixes. So what is msi doing? Where is the support?

The update has been shown automatically for those who had upgraded from Mavericks and been running Aperture 3.5.1. Really? This is noting new or unusual at all.
The older hardware in computers/ipods/iphones/televisions/dvd players/cars/etc does not support any and all new software that ever comes out.
Your ipod touch operates as it always has - with several updates from the original software. However, the newest software is not available for the 2nd gen.

You may have guessed I am a bit exassperated. (See this discussion from yesterday.) (Re: How do I get past the Error: 16 problem?
I am trying to move Adobe Acrobat IX, Photoshop CS6, Photoshop CC and Bridge to a new computer (Mac Pro (late2013), Mavericks 10.9.3) from an older Mac Pro using the same OSX.
I keep getting the error 16 message whether I try to open Acrobat or Photoshop (I have a paid for DVD of CS6). I have uninstalled and re-installed. I have reset permissions on 2 folders ion the system Library. I have either deactivated or signed out of ALL the Adobe products on my old computer. I signed in as 'Root' and tried to open the software. I have re-downloaded all the products except CS6 which I own. I have restarted the computer. I have repair the drive using Disk Utility and Disc Warrior. In short I have tried everything I can think of and that which has been suggested my others on this Forum.
