CLICKED ON WINDOWS AND SELECTED TOOLS. TOOL ICONS CAME UP ON LEFT OF PAGE. I NEED "AUTO BLEND LAYERS"

You can click on the tool options button at the bottom. If you have a tool with multiple options e.g. clone tool, the choices can be selected from the tool options bar.
Auto-blend is usually available when using Photomerge, found under the Enhance menu; for example when stitching a panorama from several images.

How to add custom buttons in the tool bar of the crystal reports viewer

Hi,
I'm using Crystal report viewer (Crystal 2008) in my report and I want to add custom buttons and handle them in the tool bar of the viewer. Is there anyway to achieve this?

I did this by adding a picturebox to the toolbar, the same size as the buttons, and loading in an image, and putting code into the Click event of the picturebox.
I also put code into the MouseHover event to change the picture's background color and into the MouseLeave event to change it back.
I have a couple of these buttons. They work very nicely and really look like part of the toolbar.

This happened to me as well, the mail toolbar disappeared. I had an Exchange mail account that seemed to cause the problem. I went into the General settings under the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars; turned all the setttings under the Exchange account from 'ON' to 'OFF', which fixed it. Then I went back in and re-activated the Exchange account. It fixed the issue for me. Good luck!

In the last few days, it seems that my computer has all of a sudden caught a virus.
As others have pointed out, this isn't malware. That should not be your first (or even fifty-first) thought when your Mac starts misbehaving. For more on this topic, see my Mac Malware Guide.
I know the last ditch effort (after cleaning and maintenance of disc verification and permissions and repairs, is to reboot from the system disc.
You mention "cleaning and maintenance." Have you been running utilities claiming to do those things? If so, you may be the victim of an overly-zealous cleaning job, which has removed important files and damaged your system.
If I'm understanding correctly, you're unable to open any applications at all... is that right? Do you have any backups? If you don't have backups, you're in a sticky situation, as it will be difficult to make backups in your current state, but you shouldn't try any kind of repairs without them. (Actually, you shouldn't do anything with your computer without backups, but this is especially important when something is going badly wrong.)
If you have backups, reboot from your Snow Leopard install disc. From there, first, repair the hard drive with Disk Utility. Once that is done, assuming repairs were successful, reinstall the system. You can simply reinstall it on top of your current system, and it will replace any damaged or lost system files with new copies. (You'll also need to update the system via Software Update after reinstalling.)
If you don't have backups, or if Disk Utility can't repair damage, or if the problem continues even after a reinstall, post back with those details.

My Macbook starts up, shows the screen saver, then immediately goes to sleep. I tap the spacebar, it comes back for a second, shows the tool bar and the hard drive icon then immediately "goes to sleep". This can go on forever, on, sleep, on, sleep.

This sounds like screen curtain may be enabled. Screen curtain is a feature that allows display privacy. To disable screen curtain while VoiceOver is enabled, you can three finger triple tap the screen to disable this feature. You may need to press the home button once in order to process these steps. My computer opens to Babylon search instead of Mozilla/Google and I have lost the tool bar at the top of the screen....favorites, file, etc.

I downloaded a program to convert currency called Babylon. Asked if I wanted it to be my search engine and I said no. After using the program I decided to uninstall. Now when I open Mozilla Firefox, it opens to a Babylon search page and my tool bar at the very top of the screen where I click on File, Tools, Favorites is gone. What can I do?

I only could change it by going to "about:config" page (type it on the address bar) and changing there like suggested here:

I accidently unmarked the book marks tool bar, the tool bar and the menu bar how do i get them back ?becaus now only the tabs are visible and i cant access my features or book marks

i was getting to know my firefox so i accidentally unmarked the menu bar the book marks tool bar and the tool bar. so now only my tabs are visible and i cant get to any of my add-ons or extensions.
and even surfing the net has become difficult cause there is almost nothing i can do with a new empty tab.
how can i get these bars back. i tried taking the cursor up to the thin line above the tabs and the window border but the menu to mark the above mentioned features does not appear any more.

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.
Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. 
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.

The icons on the tool bar to the right (Bluetooth, time, volume etc) are missing. How do I restore them? Do I have to use my installer discs again?

I started up my iMac G5 this morning, and all the icons to the right end of the tool bar are missing, namely time counter, bluetooth logo, volume slider etc
are missing. Do I have to re-install the startup disc to get them back?

For Bluetooth, Time and volume, go to System Preferences and click on them there, select "show in Menu Bar" you will then see them in the Menu/tool bar again.

In the previous version of Safari, there was a "READER Button" on the right side of the tool bar. This brings up the selected web page in a READER mode all by itself, without the ads, etc.
Are you saying that I can get this function by clicking on the Left side of the Address bar?
When I do that, I get lots of icons, but NOT the READER button.

I figure this happened when my kitties walked on my keyboard. GAH! I used to have a "toolbar" at the bottom of my FF screen. It's where some of my addon icons lived like No Script. It was also where I had the drop up menu for resizing text on the screen. Could someone please tell me how to get this "toolbar" back? I'm not even sure if it's called a toolbar or even a menu bar. Ctrl+/ will toggle the addons bar which replaces the Firefox Status Bar.
