Where is the user profile folder located on Mobile Firefox?

I'm developing a plugin for "Firefox for Android" and I need to create a folder with some files for my plugin. I'm trying to do this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Code_snippets/File_I_O
BUT I can't check ir the directory has already created. Where I can see the "ProfD" on Android? I readed another answers in the Net saying this is in:
/data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/mozilla/???????.default/
But when I open my Android File Manager, there is no data/data directory. There is only one data/ and no mozilla inside there.
Help!

You won't be able to see the /data/data folder when the phone is attached to the computer as a disk drive. Android only exposes the /sdcard folder and its children folders when the phone is attached over usb.

  • How do we change the default profile folder location?

I work for a university in Manhattan. We are trying to install Firefox 5 for our users but Firefox profiles are stored in the AppData folder which is a problem for us as it exceeds the user profile space.
We need a way to have Firefox create the profile elsewhere. Is anyone aware of how to do this?

    Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to offer a solution to our problem. Unfortunately, the Firefox profile information set under the administrative account does not transfer to the user accounts. Even though we created a Firefox profile set to open to a different location, when a user logs in the default profile, located in AppData, is created for them and they do not have access to the new one.
Are you aware of any way to set the profile of each user to automatically be created elsewhere? Thank you.

  • Where did the User Library folder go?

I installed OSX 10.7 yesterday and was quite excited to do so, and by day two I am regretting it.  whether it is the uslessness of launchpad, to all of the old things i find missing.  One thing i just noticed was that i cant find is the User Library folder.  The system Library folder is there but not the user.  am i missing something?  oh and getting rid of front row?  why?  i watched trailers there all the time!...sorry sorry...off topic.  grr

    Use the following:
    chflags nohidden ~/Library/
Generally, ~ should be used instead of manually providing the home folder path.

  • Where is the user image file located?

So, I know this has been discussed before, but I can't find a sollution that works in Mountain Lion.
I'd like to be able to locate the image file which I'm using for my user account icon. It also appears in iMessage and Contacts, but I can't drag it to the the desktop. Because I don't know the file name, I can't search for it.
Does anyone know where it is stored? Or how I can extract it?

    Hi,
Previously in iChat the "Recent Pics" were stored and shown in the Drop down in the Buddy list.
    The place was ~/Library/Images
In Mountain Lion it appears that the Drop Down shows "Recent Pics" but is pulling them from several sources.
    The Messages Drop down
The Recent Picture Folder has these:-
    Some Match and some don't.
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.AddressBook holds the Zebra and copies of my Sig and thre Union Flag.
At present I cannot find the ones the System Preferences > User and Groups > your account has as Pic are stored.
Some of the pics are the Apple Default ones.  (Hardrive Name/Library/User Pictures)
You can also take a Snap Shot on Macs with cameras  and I guess it is this that you are after ?

  • Where is the "Photoshop Help Folder" located on the Mac?

    Hi all,
I am trying to install Strata 3D tryout and it is asking for the location of the "Additional How To Content" folder, inside the "Photoshop Help Folder". I cannot find the "Photoshop Help Folder"... can someone tell me where it is located?
Thanks a lot in advance for your assistance:)

If you are not online and choose help, you'll get a html-based and non-updated version that's being read from your Libraries' Application Support folder.
If you want a help.pdf you can get it here:
    http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/11.0/photoshop_cs4_help.pdf
But by using the online version you're always up to date with Adobe, as probably is intended hence the help setup.

I have been through the steps listed and searched the adobe folder and have not found the layer styles folder.  Does anyone know where it is located?

  • Where is the user profile info and browsing history in Firefox v30.0?

After several Firefox version upgrades, I am no longer seeing a Profiles directory in X:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox. Is the Firefox file structure the same in v30.0? O/S is Windows 7. If the folder has changed, please comment on the default folder used to store browsing history and cookies. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The Firefox Profile folder isn't in with the Firefox program files; no change, it's never been there.
Type '''about:support''' in the Location Bar and hit Enter.
Then hit the '''Show Folder''' button to the right of Profile Folder to open your Profile folder.

  • Where is the user library folder

Where did Apple put the users' "Library" folders in Lion?! If they no longer exist, where should I go to find the user's "Application Support" folder (which I always used to find in the user's "Library"). Am I missing something? Am I blind? I never used to have this trouble. I need to change the default file for a program and that file resides in the "Application Support" folder within the user's "Library" folder (at least, it always used to reside there!)
I can't seem to find anything about this in the help files that come with my computer.

    To Find Library folder
    In Finder...
    Press and hold Option key
Click Go on the menu bar
    Choose Library

  • Where is the user agent string located for Firefox 4? In the previous versions, it was in the Help-About menu.

Just curious on the location of the user agent string for Firefox 4. I don't want to edit or change it, I just want to view it. In previous versions of Firefox, it was in the Help-About menu. It doesn't appear to be located in this spot for Firefox 4.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

  • Where is the Metadata Presets folder located in Windows Vista?

Any ideas where this folder is located in Vista? I can't seem to find it.
    Thanks

Go to a Develop Preset. Right-click it and select Show in Explorer. Then go up one folder, and all the Presets are there.

  • Where is the user library folder in lion?

    I don't have one.
Also, what is the lion download file called because I can't find it.

The dorks at Apple made it invisible for some reason, to make it un-invisible:
Launch Terminal and at the prompt copy/paste this command
    chflags nohidden ~/Library
Dear Apple, please give us some options to turn off all your "nifty" new features like abolishing "Save As" and forcing all windows to reopen on restart.

  • Where is the Profiles folder located on a Windows 8 machine?

I have to transfer my Thunderbird LOCAL FOLDERS from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 8.1 machine. How to do that?

    open Thunderbird.
Press F10 and select the help menu
Click on the show folder in Troubleshooting information.
OK so that is the Thunderbird profile folder unique to your installation.

  • I would like to change the destination location for the urlcassifier3.sqlite file, so it saves to the computer instead of the user profile. How?

urlclassifier3.sqlite is huge and eats up my profile space on my user account. Is there anyway to change the location this file saves to?

Unless you are using a non-default Profile location, that file isn't even in your actual Profile folder. It is in a secondary "profile" folder under Local Settings\App Data, instead App Data\Roaming. ''Or something like that, I use WinXP on my Windows partition.'' If you have relocated your Profile folder, all the files from "Local Settings" will end up in the relocated Profile folder.
As far as moving it - sorry, the developers didn't provide a preference that can be modified to be able to move that specific file; there isn't a pref to move anything but the Cache in any version above Firefox 2.0.0.x.
The way I see it you have two options: <br />
    # Turn off the '''''Block reported'' attack sites''' and '''web forgeries''' preferences in the Security tab in options, that service is disabled altogether, and delete that file.
    # Or delete that file periodically so that is doesn't get too large, like when it reaches like maybe 35 to 40,000Kb , and let Firefox rebuild that file.
Depending on the security suite or A-V application you are using, you may have a second anti-phishing / web forgery application installed, and don't really need the default service that comes with Firefox.
''I hate that damn file - I have over 40 Profiles which I use to test different add-on configurations and because I have 12 different versions of Firefox installed. I routinely turn those prefs off and delete that file in the Profiles that I rarely use for "surfing".'' I do have those prefs enabled on the 8 Profiles that I use on a semi-regular basis, though. My A-V program is a free version without the bells & whistles that come with the "paid" versions.

Have you looked in the Music App on your iPhone? On the iPhone music is played by the Music App not iTunes.
