Where is there a support email address?

I've exhausted all other avenues. All techs agree it does not work, and each try something different. Now it's time for a replacement and need a good contact person to email.
Latest was a support issue tonight and all they did was updated the firmware. They told me I could not test the phone until I restored it at home. Got home, restored it, and same issue. One issue is that Siri does not recognize the microphone. I wanted to make another appointment for another day and received this message:
There are currently no reservations available at this store. Please choose another location or support option.
It's a new store in Sarasota and already they are shutting down? I've been very patient, now I would like some response.

According the Apple web site, under hardware, PowerPC G4 PB, it says iLife 05 comes with the currently shipping product. So, sounds like you got what Apple is shipping, and the sales person was wrong. However, if you want iLife 06, and the sales person told you it was included, you might go back to the store and insist on it....maybe you'll get it. Otherwise it's $79, or less with an educational discount.

No email contact. Suggest you contact the store where you purchased it as it is presumably still under warranty.

I am having essentialy the same problem, but my iPod came from a PC and is now on a PC. The person who gave me the iPod didn't give me the wall adapter piece, so I bought a "Griffin" brand that was said to be compatible with this model. When I first plugged it into the wall, the Apple appeared with a bar underneath as though it was loading the new software. When the bar got to the end, the "plug into the wall" icon reappeared, but when I plug it in to the wall now, that icon is the only thing that shows, even after resetting and trying to run diagnostics.
When I doc the iPod on a charger I have or plug the USB into my computer and "reset" it, a battery with a charge icon appears, but there is no "motion" in the icon so it doesn't appear to be charging. The screen eventually goes back to the apple then to the "plug it into the wall" icon. HELP!!! Is is possible the wall adapters isn't the right one? Should I be charging through a firewire cable instead (which I also don't have...)?

If you are please go to the configuration page It should be there if I remember correctly;
On the HP product control panel, press the Setup button ( ).
Press the Right Arrow ( ) to scroll to Reports , and then press OK .
Press the Right Arrow button ( ) until Config Report displays, and then press OK . A configuration report prints.

Where can I find an email address for Verizon customer service?

I would like to send an email to Verizon outlining my opinion of their website and how it might be improved, but I can't find an email address. When I asked the representative, she directed me to the "Contact Us" tab. There I found a postal address!

There is no email address only a postal address. You can try to call CS, but they have no idea what the website does or is, or how to push opinions or concerns up the line. If you go a regional executive route, you might get a call, but they are not familiar with website operations or even know who to send your issue to. Perhaps one of your improvement ideas is something we can assist you with, in case it was something missed or we know another way to accomplish what it is you're trying to do.

Where can I change my email address now I have downloaded Yosemite

I changed my email address ages ago and no longer have access to the old one. When I downloaded Yosemite, Apple wanted me to sign in on the old email address but I cannot remember my password, or at least I thought I remembered it but I keep getting the incorrect password message. Help - I cannot find where to change the email address in the new system, it used to be in Preferences/ Users but it is not there now.

Technical support email address for United States?

I am hoping to find some kind of ONLINE communication with Lenovo about warranty work on the IdeaPad. I do not want to be forced to call. Unfortunately my experience so far with Lenovo and my first computer purchase from them has not been satisfactory, and now that I am having new issue with the laptop, I am hoping to at least cut out the extreme inconvenience of needing to deal with the issue via phone.
Is there an email address or form submission page available for US customers? I found one for storage and accessories, but cannot find one for computers.

Can someone tell me how/where I can change the email address where Forum alerts are directed?

I have changed my email address at the office, and I can no longer see the alerts sent from the forums.
I have seen some forum posts indicating I should go to My Settings, but I cannot see where to start that flow.
Is it even possible to change the target email address for forum alerts?

In the forums you should see "Quick Access" at the top left of most pages. If not, click the small arrow at top left to expand the left rail. You can then click "Quick Access" and select "My Settings". You can see what I'm talking about in the first

In "My Settings" there are fields for you to enter your email address for forum alerts. Does this help?

HT5312 what is the 100% guaranteed way to reset the security questions? i forgot how the answers were typed specifically and i need help. there is no email address for them to send the answers to for some reason, and the "change payment method" idea didnt

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account

I've tried searching in user Profile, and still can't find out where to change my email address?

I don't think it is possible to change. When viewing my profile and selecting Edit Profile under "Actions," I can see a line for email address, but it does not look like a field where you can change/enter text. It appears whatever email you set is set in cement!
