Where is 'tutorial.cpp' in CS6 samplecode?

Page 21 of the Guide refers to the samplecode, 'tutorial.cpp'; however I don't find it on my distribution. Am using Windows Vista and MSVC 2008.

They updated the whole sample code package a couple of versions ago (its much, much better now!) but the guide obviously hasn't been as well updated. In this context, I believe they actually mean 'Main.cpp', which is in the /samplecode/common/source folder

    Hi,
    I did download the Adobe Photoshop CS6 trial, via the website I did go to the Download Manager.
    Now I have it installed, but i'm not sure if I have the extended or normal version. How can I check that?
    And, if I don't have it.. The download manager does nothing say about the Extended version (trial of it), and at the Adobe website I can't find a way to download it.
    I have Windows.

    What OS?  Also, your video card must have at least 512 mb of VRAM to work.

    You need to run a platform swap:

    I have been fighting and struggling for at least two weeks trying to find decent video tutorials for Photoshop CS6 3d. Does no one use it? is there nothing out there. The stuff I have found is either incomplete or the sites don't work or function properly. It's driving me crazy and that's being generous.
    Let's face it. If I can't use it I'll have to move on to some other software solution.

    Thank you for the update.  I currently have Photoshop CS4.  I plan to update to CS6.  Unfortunately Adobe sales is closed on the weekend.  I plan to purchase the upgrade on Monday assuming that is possible.  In the meantime, I was going to download CS6 just to save time.

    I reinstalled CS6 on top of itself the install gave me three options install with a serial number,  Start my subscription and install as a trial. I tried the start my subscription option.  But the install did not find a CS6 subscription for my userid.  I did not want to install with my CS6 serial number so I choose Trial the second attempt.   The Install installed CS6 Extended but not as a trial rather it was activated for Photoshop CS6 menu help showed Deactivate not activate.   Using  CS6 menu Help>Update started Adobe Application Manager and it it found update 13.1.2 was available. So I left CS6 extended activated  clicked update and closed CS6. The Application Manager updated CS6 to 13.1.2 without any problem.  However when I tried to start  Adobe Bridge CS6  I received  several pop up  errors stating msvcp110.dll was missing,  try reinstalling the application.  The same pop up error also happen when I started Adobe Bridge CC msvcp110.dll is missing try reinstalling the application.   Searching this forum I found that this is a common problem with Adobe installs. That  I should run Adobe vcredist_x64.exe that would fix the problem. So I searched for it and ran it and it did fix the Adobe install problems  for now Bridge CS6 and CC now starts without any problem.
    CS6 is now CS6 extendes at version 13.1.2...  Thank you.

    Download CS6 products make sure you use menu Help>Updates after you install  CS6 13.0.  13.0 is the buggiest version of Photoshop ever released you need it updated.
