It's been hours since I purchased creative cloud, but still no email? What gives?

Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

I'm TRYING to try the 30 free trial of Aperture. It downloads fine, but the promised email with serial number (needed to activate) never arrives. I've double checked email address. Anyone have a solution?

This has been reported numerous times in the past. It seesms that from time-to-time the response system responsible for sending the key goes away.
Take a look at the More Like This box on the right hand side of this page. Some users have had success getting the key sent in various ways.

You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user. Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

New computer trying to redownload program student edition cant find email with serial number

Here is the issue old computer broke so got it replaced. Now Im having issues locating the email with the serial number to redownload cs5 student edition. Is there a way to get a new one issued? how would I go about getting this working?

You should have an account with Adobe and in that account there should be a record of your programs and the serial numbers used to activate them.
The student edition should not be any different from any other, so you should just need to download the trial version of the software and then activate it using your serial number.
You can download the trial version of the software using the link below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

Where do I find the serial number for my macbook pro

My computer told me I was infected with 6 bad viruses. An apple mac protection package wants me to sign up to get rid of these viruses. The mac protection package is asking me for a serial number for my mac. I give it the serial number listed in my apple information but it says it is the wrong serial number. Where can I get the serial number so mac protection can clean up my macbook pro??????

It sounds like what you're seeing is a malicious pop-up on the web. Do you have anti-virus software of some kind installed? If not, note that that's the only thing that can scan your computer for malware. A web site cannot do that, but it's trivial to display a pop-up in your web browser that looks very official, telling you viruses have been found and that you need to install their software to remove them. That's a classic malware trick... the software the pop-up wants you to install is the malware.
Can you provide a screenshot of the window warning you that you have malware? Press command-shift-4, then the space bar, then click the window. The screenshot will be placed in a file on your desktop. Add it to a post here using the camera icon in the post editor's toolbar. (Don't drag it into the post or copy and paste it... that will appear to work for you, but we won't be able to see it.)

Can anyone explain what's the purpose and how it works with confirmation with serial number? I already do customizing for one single entry confirmation to make serial number appear on CO11n.

What ever we entering the serial number In Confirmation, Its updating In COIB transaction after transfer you can see the list in
1) Go to IH20 or IH22
give the material No and serial No U can get the Installation Base No.
2) Go To IB53
give the installation No, U can see the assigned serial No . for header material
BUT there is no standard report for serial no relate with order operation
And the table related to serial No "EQUI" is no where link between the any Confirmation table.

Hi memorse414414, Your Adobe ID will suffice for activation. For subscription, the installer would validate from the server using your Adobe ID.

If you registered it with adobe, you can go to the main page of adobe.com and look for the My Adobe link, then work your way through the links there and you should find it.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
