Where's my name and picture?

On my URL website and when I sent the Podcast to iTunes my Podcast Picture and my Name was there. After the Review it's just away! And on the Ping site to update my Podcast there's only the ID and the RSS Feed adress. Nothing more to do on this site. So how can I change the picture and the name on iTunes?

As you say, the image appears on the Store page. The Search results page uses the same image, but for some reason it usually takes longer to appear: give it a few days - it will probably turn up there eventually.
As to the author's name: in iWeb, go to the main podcast page. Click the 'Inspector' icon in the toolbar: in the pane which opens click the 'RSS' icon in its toolbar. Click the Podcast tab, and under 'Series Artists' enter your name (or whatever name you want to appear). Republish.

AirDrop is showing the wrong name and picture on my wife's phone....It is showing my name and picture. She has an iPhone 5 and I just updated her to iOS7 about an hour ago, same time as I did mine. Is it because we are connected with the same Apple ID and if so, how do I fix it? She is annoyed by it and not seeing where I can change it in the settings is beginning to annoy me. Help!

I don't think that's the issue. I'm having the same problem. My wife, my son, and I all use the same Apple ID, but we have different email addresses and phone numbers for facetime and imessage (we've never had an issue with imessage or facetime). Today, I updated my phone and ipad to ios 7 and tried to experiment with airdrop. On both devices it showed my son's name. Then my son updated his ipad and we tested airdrop again. His ipad shows up on my phone and ipad with his name as well. The email address that I use for Apple ID is not associated with him on any device. His name is not listed on our Apple ID account. One of them shows his photo that he uses for his facebook profile, but the other's just have a gray circle with his first initial. I'm hoping it's just a bug that will get fixed soon, but if anyone knows a fix, please share.

The whole idea to an icloud account is that one user uses it and has all their devices synced together. Different users need different Apple IDs to create their own icloud accounts. Note that everyone can still use the same ID for an iTunes account (to share purchases).

Only synch names and picture, no addressess or phone #

16GB iPhone 3G, Vista, Outlook 2007. On synch of contacts from phone back to Outlook (new install), only the names and pictures of contacts are transfered to the computer from the phone. Any ideas? cant seem to figure out what I am missing.

Make Messages app show names and pictures by default in groups

Is there any way to make the Messages app show names and pictures by default in groups? It's kind of annoying to have to set that every time. I'm hoping Yosemite may add this option.

It should stay set.
Should be this Menu item.
To get the options to be dark and usable then Messages window need to be "front".
The Buddy Names item above is for the name display in the Buddy Lists.
If it is not sticking then check that you have Read and Write Permissions to the com.apple.ichat.plist in ~/Library/Preferences.
Since Lion this Folder has been hidden.
Use the Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder and copy and past the ~/Library/Preferences
FInd the File then Right click it and chose Get Info.
In the info Panel, near the bottom, your shortname should appear with (me) next to it.
You should have Read and Write permissions.

How to send a group email where the recipients' names and addresses remain anonymous?

I wish to send out an email to a "Group" in my Apple Contacts. I want the several recipients in the group to be unknown to each other, where their names and addresses are invisible – except myself, the creater of the email.
Does Apple 'Mail' and/or 'Contacts' allow for this?
And, by keeping the group invisable, will this prevent any one recipient from responding as a 'Reply All,' thereby still being able to respond to everyone in the otherwise invisible group?

When i am receiving a call, the contact's name nor picture shows up. Their ringtone also does not play. Can anyone help me out on how to solve this problem? PLEASE!!!

Sounds like you have multiple entries ! ie more then one contact with the same number (so the phone doesn't know who's calling) You may have John, John Smith, John Mobile etc all with 123456 as number, all the same person,but phone won't realise so just shows number. Also in Contacts -options-settings, make sure you only have one source in use , best to use phone memory.
As for ringtone check your profile settings (if you mean a specific ringtone for a specific contact, removing the multiple entries will resolve it !)

I noticed it mentioned in wsdl file in encrypted format, but is there any other place it stored.

you will notice a JNDI name for this e.g. eis/DB/... this is used to look at the Application Server configuration. If it doesn't exist then it will use the credentials used as design time. Not good asthe connection will be fore development mainly.
you can safely remove the mcf setting from the wsdl so it will always force the AS connection. this is good practice.
To configure the AS configuration there is the oc4j-ra.xml file for the DB adapter. Or you can configure in Enterprise Manager
EM -> oc4j_soa (home if basic install) -> Administration -> JDBC Resources
configure a connection pool and data source
then create a JNDI name entry for the DB adapter
EM -> oc4j_soa (home if basic install) -> Applications -> Drop Down box select Adapter Resources -> DB Adapter
Use the examples. You will see that the connect string = jdbc/DBName

Changing profile name and picture.

I recently changed my Facebook accounts and after connectin to my new FB account, my Spotify account still shows the FB profile picture from my old account, and name from my old account. I tried to change those in the Spotify account profile page, but there's no way to do so. (I am sign in with a spotify account, not the facebook account). Is there anyway to change the display name (not username) and profile picture on your spotify account?

Hi Zarchanalin, here are a few things I would try:
1) Log out of Spotify, and log back in using your Facebook details. This should refresh the information that Spotify pulls from Facebook.
2) If that doesn't work, unlink Spotify from Facebook, and on Facebook de-authorize Spotify from using your details. Then re-link Facebook, and re-authorize Spotify.
3) Shout at the computer because I'm out of ideas.
Let me know if any of those work for you (especially if number three works, because that'd be pretty remarkable), and if they don't I'll do some more digging to see if I can come up with anything else. Cheers!

I try to open facebook, but only show me my name and picture profile this it , no friends list , no games , no nothing , how i fix this?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Where are my texts and pictures

I just switched from verizon to tmobile. i backed up my vzw phone and when i restored it onto the tmobile phone 90 percent of pictures and all my texts were gone. ive waited a few hours on wifi and plugged in nothing else has loaded. also my apps and things are not on it. the i cloud on my computer says it was last backed up today, but wont let me access anything but a back up from two years ago.... help?

You can't access an iCloud backup from your computer. The only backups you can access in iTunes are backups on your computer made with iTuens (which sounds like they are two years old).
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, scroll to the bottom and see if it says Stop Restoring... If it does, it is still restoring the backup. If it is, but is not making any progress, you can try turning it off, then back on to see if that will get it going again. Also, be sure it's connected to wifi and your charger. (If it isn't connected to an external power source, wifi will automatically turn off to conserve battery power, thereby interrupting the restore process.)
Otherwise, you can tap Stop Restoring, then erase it and try restoring the backup again. Or, if you still have the other phone, back it up to your computer using iTunes (connect it to your computer, open iTunes, then go to File Devices>Back Up), then restore the iTunes backup to your new phone instead.

IPhoto--where are folders names and organization stored?

I am using FolderShare to move my i Photos between my laptop and home desktop computer. I have successfully moved the actual photos but not sure which file stores the organized folder names with which photos go in each folder. Any one know which one to copy over? (Or is it several?)

You need to copy over the ENTIRE iPhoto Library folder to keep a working library. all albums, slideshows, books info are stored in data files. Everything needs to be together to work properly.
what is the end result you are trying to accomplish?
do you want to be able to open the library with iPhoto on the other computer with all Albums, keywords, etc. intact?

Nokia E52 display caller's name and contact pictur...

Can someone advise me on possible problem with my E52 - I am very pleased with most aspects of the phone but it is not showing the name of the caller or the contact picture when I receive a call (just the number).
Surely it is standard for every Nokia phone to show name of caller? I know S Ericsson phones show name and picture for both call and text. Nokias should at lease display the name?
Can anyone please advise on this?
