Where's my trial serial number

I entered all my details, twice with different email addresses this morning and still do not have a serial number.
Anyone know if Apple have a problem or how I can get the serial number?

Thanks for this. It seems that using two web based email accounts (one of them .mac!) did not work. When I put in a normal email address I got a serial number immediately.
Come on Apple, get your act together!!! We've been waiting months to get this trial and you can't get the download of serial numbers to work properly.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Where is my Acrobat serial number?

I do not know where my Acrobat serial number is? So I can not download ANY pdf files. Every time I try to down a file it says you must start Acrobat to continue, then it asks for a serial number. WHERE IS IT????

Acrobat was installed on my computer from Dell the manufacturer. So I have no idea what the number is. They will not help unless I purchase a updated warranty. So I guess I am out of luck, because I will not purchase an updated warranty.

You are given the serial number when you buy Acrobat. Typically in an email confirming the purchase, or if you purchased on disks, a sticker.
Did you buy Acrobat? Or did you maybe have a free trial that expired?

Trial Serial Number URL Link Not Working

Hi guys... I Just installed ADEP Server and I'm trying to get a trial License

This really does not sound like an Apex issue at all.
Can they reach other websites?
Is it an internal hostname or external? i.e.- do they get there by typing a server name or do they have to type a fully qualified url?
Can they ping the host?
I think you may need your IT department to look into this. By that error, the client PC is not even getting a request to the Apex server. Afraid this isn't one for the Apex forum.

I downloaded first the trial version of Photoshop, after 30 days finished but the icon still remained.
Now, when purchased a creative suite 4 Designe premium, installed, all programs are fine, just the photoshop not working, asking for serial number but when I type the right numbers, doesn`t accept.
What can I do? any idea?
to uninstall the photoshop and install again?
but if I have the other programs working and installed?

Aperture trial serial number never arrives

I'm sure there's a sensible reason for this. I'd like to give Aperture a trial, and despite having gotten as far as the "Thank you" screen that assures me a trial serial number will soon be sent, I've yet to get one. Yes, I'm relatively certain I typed my email address correctly the four times I've tried. Yes, I regularly check my email junk/trash folders. Yes, Apple is on my white list. Any suggestions welcome for how to get the test serial number delivered!

I had this issue. The answer was to logon to the apple site first using your apple id.
Then once logged in then go to the trial webpage and request a serial number. I got my serial number in seconds.

I would imagine that you would have gotten an email with that information if you sent the iPhone in. If you had it serviced in an Apple Store, they give you a receipt.

Creative cloud -- 30 days trial -- serial number?

Why am I getting a 30 days trial when I download the apps in creative cloud? I've used the 30 days and now I can't use illustrator and indesign without a serial number... Tried to uninstall and reinstall...

It seems fixed after reinstalling the English version of the apps

Hello. I have just created Adobe CC account and purchased a Photography membership plan for Individuals. The price is 9,99 per month and this sum has already been taken from my card. On this page (https://accounts.adobe.com/plans) I can see the confirmation that I have obtained this plan.
Now I want to use Lightroom but it asks me for serial number. After reading some help I found that I should get serial number from here - https://www.adobe.com/account.html. But on this page it says that "You have no registered products.". So I see no serial number.
So there's a simple question - where can I get serial number for Lightroom to start using it?

Jeff, thanks for your answer but it doesn't help. I've successfully passed all checks on page Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later . My internet connection is ok, hosts file ok, certificates ok, etc. It's not a source of the problem.
I've found that on page Adobe ID it says that I have free membership. Somehow it turns that my purchased Photography membership plan is not there at all. in order to proof that I really purchased it please see screen from my internet-banking page below:
