Where's the templates?

So I just installed iDVD6 on my computer and went to burn a DVD and I don't see any of the templates that were in previous versions of iDVD. Actually I didnt see anything that was "NEW" in my opinion. Are they somewhere else inside iDVD6?

John probably has hit the nail on the head, but look at what Apple has to say here: (it relates to 10.3.9..but it may help?)
iDVD 6: Themes pane is blank after upgrading
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303252
Andd this tells you what you will be looking for:
iDVD: Which themes are included

Did you happen to run a permissions repair after the upgrade? Might try that as well.

  • Share photos by email - where are the templates ?

Hello, can anyone tell me where in Aperture 3 are the nice looking pre-made templates which exist in iPhoto when sharing photos by email?
    Thxs,

I just tried it from Aperture and it works great. All you have to do is select the photos you want to email from within Aperture. Right click, output, email and Mac Mail will open placing the photos you've selected in a new mail dialogue box. Once they are there, just click Stationary (which is in the upper right portion of the new mail dialogue box toolbar. After you click stationary, pick the template that you want, and the photos are automatically dropped into place. If you don't like the template, you can choose another and the photos automatically switch into the new template. If you don't like the arrangement, just drag the images around and they will automatically switch positions. It really couldn't be easier. And remember, you have the ability to control the quality of the image that is sent via the Aperture preferences, export tab. I don't think it matters when you are using templates, but for future reference, you should set this the way you want from the beginning so that the images get sent at the quality you want.
    I hope this helps.

  • Where is the templates folder?

    Hi,
sounds stupid, but I can't find the folder Pages is saving the templates in.
Even Spotlight doesn't find any template, nor the templates folder.
I'm asking because I want to delete certain templates, and HELP says, I can do it with the finder - "go to the folder you have saved the templates in" - or something like that.
    Anybody here with a solution?

    Hi Yvan
thanks to the path given at the bottom of your "Recherche dans ordinateur" window, I was able to locate my templates folder.
    Merci beaucoup!
Very strange, anyway, that my search in the finder and in Spotlight didn't find it. And they still don't!
    Never mind, problem solved. Thanks.

I have installed the numbers app.  When I open it up, I can not find any pre-designed templates or spread sheets.  All I find is the getting started.  At one time I did see the templates, but now they are not visible. I don't know if I deleted them or what.  Any ideas>

  • Where is the template for a dynamic VI?

Whenever I create a dynamic VI in a class, the block diagram comes up with a spacing of 12, even though I have it set differently in the Options. This is terribly annoying. I can fix it manually for each VI, but I'd like to just fix it once and be done with it. I expect these are created based on a .vit somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where the parent template is?

    hi there
i searched for all *.vit (Tools -> Find VIs on disk). i think
    ...\LabVIEW 8.2\resource\Framework\Providers\LVClassLibrary\CLSUIP_MemberTemplate.vit
is what you are looking for.
    Best regards

  • Where's the My Templates folder in Yosemite, or How to delete a Numbers template.

I have Numbers 3.5.2 - where'd the My Templates folder go? I don't see it in Library/Application Support. .... In other words, I'm trying to delete unwanted templates. Could it be that it's now easier to find than in earlier iWorks, but I'm missing the obvious???

When in doubt, check HELP. (duh).............
Rename or delete a custom template
After you install a template, it appears in the My Templates category in the template chooser.
In the template chooser, Control-click the template name, then choose Rename or Delete.
If you’re renaming, type a new name, then press Return.
You can’t rearrange templates; they always appear in the order in which they were added.

  • Where are the MetaData Templates located in PS C6 on a Mac?

Where are the MetaData Templates located in PS C6 on a Mac that you can add your contact and copyright information to?
On a Windows machine they are located in Owner/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/XMP.  I have some templates that I want to copy from a Windows laptop over to a Macbook Pro.
    Thanks, Bill

I’m on Mac OS 10.6.8 and there it seems to be

I think as of OS 10.7 Macintosh hides the Library, but one can get there by alt-clicking the Go-menu and selecting it from there … or something.

  • Where are the "Display As" templates?

I am using the Blue Grey theme on an application. On some forms there are fields that are not updateable and have the Display As set to "Text Disabled, ..."
In the Blue Tan theme fields that are set to Display As "Text Disabled, ..." are grayed out. I want to gray out the text or the boxes on the fields in the Blue Gray theme just like that.
I looked at the Blue Tan templates for the form Region and can not see what I should change... not even a clue. Doesn't look like it cares about the Display As property.
    Where should I look?
Or, heaven help me, does this require changing the CSS file?
    TIA,
    Sam

    Christina,
    The themes are
    2 is Blue and Tan
    13 is Blue Gray
Let me see if I understand the problem correctly. When you set an item as either Text Field (Disabled, does not save state) or Text Field (Disabled, saves state) display type, this works in Blue Tan theme, but does not work in Blue Gray theme?
    Close but not exactly.
In both themes the "Display As" property of Text Field (Disabled, ...) does disable the field from updates. In theme 2 (Blue and Tan) it also "grays" the text. This is common in many applications for identifying information that can not be updated. In theme 13 (Blue Gray) it does not change the text to gray but leaves it black.
If you go to Shared Components>Templates, you will find templates for "Labels" types (No Label, Optional Label, etc.). When you set the Label type in a Page Item, the template changes the way the Label is displayed and allows HTML coding.
I am looking for templates for the "Display As" type. It isn't on the templates page so I assume it is hidden somewhere in the bowels fo ApEx.

  • Where's the best place to store email templates?

    Hi all;
In a web app I store all my email templates in a files folder in the web app. Can't do that with a worker in a cloud service - no files. So where's the best place to store them? In a BLOB? And if so, is there a way to have files in my project get automatically
written to BLOB entries when I publish?
    thanks - dave

    Hi,
I think we could use azure blob to save files.
    >>is there a way to have files in my project get automatically written to BLOB entries when I publish?
If you choose azure cloud service, you could write the upload code at role onstart method. If you choose Azure website, please consider use azure webjob to do this, refer to

  • Where is the code for html template stored on the server

I would like to make changes to the html template source code, mainly to update the hard coded server name in it.
Instead of doing one by one in portal builder, I would like to search for all on the server.
Can someone tell me where are they stored?
    Thanks.

    wow!
well, if you wish to do it programmatically, you will have something generic to search and replace (like the hardcoded servername as you said). that will not be sitting in any variable to go and edit. in other words, you wanna edit an uncategorized content value so it will be a job to search and find it in a general text attribute/field value. it will be a pain.
one method could be to write a script (shell, nt, csh, sh, or simply sed) to make all of those generic changes in any template content. now copy and paste all items out in a temp file, run the script, and paste back the output to the template.
however, if you're determined to modify uncategorized content using APIs, you might wanna try this:
Look into wwsbr_api.set_attribute and look for wwsbr_api.ATTRIBUTE_ITEM_TEMPLATE to focus on the template you have. It might work out. more on it is here.
    hope that helps!

  • Where is the best target location to put configuration files (.csv), report templates (,dotm) and instructions (.pdf) when building a LabVIEW program and installer?

I am unsure of the best location to the above type of support files.  I would like the files to be available to all users accounts.  If I place them into something like c:\LabVIEW support files this can create an issue if manual changes are made to any of these files by a user without administrative rights.  I can also place them into public documents.  Any recomendations?
Related.  I have added a PDF "help" file to the project. and given a path in the VI properties documentation field.  I have then added a custom runtime menu with "Help for This VI".  Running the application on my development machine, it works just fine.  Making this in an application installed on a test machine, results in the application crashing.  The PDF file is in the correct location on the target machine.  Any ideas?

It seems you want to put the files where just any user can't get to them to edit them. Unfortunately, if the user account can't get to them, I don't think LV will be able to get to them. I could be wrong. To test this out, use a target location somewhere under your user account folder and then have another user try to run the app. if LV finds them then that gives you more options. If not, then you are going to have to have a common location that users are not likely to go to.
I generally create a dedicated folder structure for LV apps on a target system as shown below.  I also make this the My Documents folder so that the LabView Data folder is created under this structure. Yea, it means that users can get to the files but that's where training needs to be executed.  If you are in a network environment, you can place the templates, config (ini) files, etc on a network location and users are a bit less likely to inadvertently navigate to them.
I use both for some apps, Local folders for system specific files and Common folders on the network for files that all systems will share.
Not sure if this will address your location issues but thought I would share it nonetheless.
