Where should Flash IDE bugs be reported?

I've noticed that there is a bug system for flash player, Flex, etc..: https://bugs.adobe.com/
But I don't see a "Flash IDE" or "Flash CS3/4/5" entry in this system... It's "unfortunate" because, it would
avoid losing time to submit an already reported bug,
help to find workarounds,
help to improve the next version...
So, where should those bug be posted ?

Where should I move the report for my form to be able to see it

where should i copy my rep file under 9ids for my form to be able to see it.

I created the report object in my object navigator, selected the report filename and in my when button pressed I have the following
DECLARE

This gives me the following error
REP-0503 "You did not specify the name of a report".
Now I change the execution mode to runtime, and communication mode to asynchronous and I dont get the error, but the report does not come up either.
Please Help

Where is Flash builder 4.6 for php ?

I found flash builder 4.5 for php and flash builder 4.6, where is flash builder 4.6 for php ?

Is it really that difficult to add Flash Builder 4.6 as a plugin to Zend Studio? I did that for a long time prior to Flash Builder 4.5 for PHP, which is essentially the same thing. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist. =/
On that note, if you own Flash Builder 4.6 and don't feel like shelling out the extra money for Zend Studio or waiting for Flash Builder 4.6 for PHP, then it's really as simple as adding Flash Builder as a plugin to Ecliplse for PHP using PDT. Also, doesn't take a rocket scientist. Personally, I don't see the big deal myself. I don't even bother with using Zend Studio anymore and prefer to use Komodo Edit since it's autocomplete features are awesome and it's very quick at auto complete by simply adding a folder for your favorite PHP apps from different frameworks to different content management systems. Furthermore, there is still support in Flash Builder 4.6 to connect to a PHP data service if you really just want to create some automated code. Ultimately though, I don't understand why anyone would use amf.ini or the default options in production.
Rather than pointing to the default endpoint, if you're using a framework in the first place, it makes a lot more sense to setup a service controller and have the endpoint point to that such as index.php/services/amf (or if you're like me and prefer cleaner url's modify .htaccess to remove index.php). The bottom line is there really was nothing great about Flash Builder 4.5 for PHP. Alot of things were broken for one and it was far easier to use the datawizard which still exists for testing purposes.
After that, you should be focusing on deploying the applicaiton for production, and adjusting the settings in the Zend Framework to create a new project the correct way, dumping your HTML file to a view along with the swf file, and it may be a good idea to point the HTML file to swfobject on the Google Ajax Libraries page. Everything else is a cakewalk.
In other news, if you'd like a ligher footprint than using the entire Zend Framework, why not use something like CodeIgniter and create the necesssary hooks to use Zend AMF?

Does Flash IDE compiler follow symlinks?

I am using Flash CS4 10.0.2 on OS X 10.6.3.
I have a Flash project in a dir:

You can see I have the directory com as a symlink to another location on my hd. If I try and import files from the com directory into Navigation.as the Flash IDE cannot find them saying:
1172: Definition com.zoogeny.resource:ResourceService could not be found.
It works using mxmlc:
$ mxmlc Navigation.as

Facebook connection using Flash IDE

Hi,
Ok so for many months now I have still been trying to find a decent tutorial on how to make a connection with Facebook using AS3 and the Flash IDE.
I must of tried over 50 tuts by now and none seem to work. Obviously the update of the API causes issues however I've yet to find one tutorial which actually works and can bring in profile info like name, friends list and profile pics.
Does anyone know of any tutorials showing this and how to achieve it?
p.s please don't point me to the Adobe docs or Flash API wiki as their information and documentation is out dated. I have gone through all their examples with no success.
I can only find examples for Flash Builder and maybe Flex, but I work with Flash IDE (5.5).
What I want to do is to be able to connect to FB through Adobe AIR on my iPhone. I'm pretty skilled in as3.0 and adobe air for mobile and have done several games, I just don't know how this FB works and no tutorial seems to work anymore etc.

I can help better if you can write the steps you followed and the places where you got stucks or errors that you see.
Here are the general steps that you need to perform.
1. Add reference to the facebook API SWC library in your project.
2. call FacebookMobile.init(APP_ID,callback);
3. In callback of init the signature is of this form private function callback(session:Object, fail:Object):void . If you get a non-null session it is of type FacebookSession and you need to check if you already have a valid acces token. to do this check if you have a valid (non-empty non-null accessToken) and expiryDate is still not elapsed. Otherwise you will need to call login method.
4. If you do not have a valid accessToken you should call FacebookMobile.login. Which will ask the end user for credentials and athunticate the user. an example call I have used is as follows

5. in handleLogin (Signature is same as that of init callback) if session still happens to be null the login attempt is failed and you can start inspecting the fail object for reason.
6. If you get a valid session. You are all set to call the API and get the data that you want for eg. you can use something like following to get all information about the logged in user.

Flash IDE Components in Flex 3 Design Mode. Can they be visible there?

Im exploring Flex to get a grasp on its concepts and am currently looking into building components in the Flash IDE. Though i guess its likely that when you're more familiar with Flex you build your components in Flex, like said Im exploring its concepts and like to know where and how the Flash IDE fits in its workflow.
I made a simple Flex Component in the Flex IDE, which shows up fine when I run the Flex project. But it does not show in Flex Design Mode.
I have exported the component from Flash as an SWC and added the SWC to the Flex library path. The symbol in the Flash IDE extends UIMovieClip. Now I read in 'Using Adobe FlexBuilder 3' (p.67) that the Flex Components panel only lists visible components, according to the documentation 'components that extend UIComponent'.
Note that my question is about being visible on the stage in Design Mode, not in the component panel. As UIMovieClip doesnt inherit from UIComponent (and the UIComponent class doesnt seem to be available in the Flash IDE), is this also the cause that the Flash IDE component is not visible on the Flex stage in Design Mode?
Can someone confirm, or deny this?

thanks for your feedback. Reading it back though, Im still not sure whether Flex components build in the Flash IDE (using the Flex Component Kit for Flash CS3) can be visible in Flex 3 Design Mode.Maybe you can be a bit more specific and save a lot of Flex beginners a lot of headaches.
I understand that MXML components can be used in Design Mode. I also understand that if your component is AS you have to create a Library and link that to your project to make them visible in Design Mode. I also understand that Flash Builder 4 does "support rendering of UIMovieClip objects which are in library (swc) and added to the project build path"
This actually doesnt answer my question really. Does this mean there is no way to render Flex components build in the Flash IDE (using the Flex Component Kit for Flash CS3) in Flex 3 Design Mode?

Looking to have my 2 y o macbook pro cleaned (dust removal and such). I live in Loughborough(Leicester), where should I take it?

I tend to ramble when it comes to asking questions so I'll just sum it up briefly before I add any further details:
I am looking to have my macbook pro (I believe late 2011 version-out of warranty) cleaned inside out: dust removed, keyboard cleaned all that stuff-not by me. I would like to know where should I take it for this job in either of these locations: Loughborough, London or Maidenhead, and also (if anybody knows from their experience) how much would this cost? Lastly, in Apple Stores do you get a warranty for the service they provide?
Now for my blather...I mean extended version:
I had my macbook pro for 2 years now and I must admit I didn't take good care of it, as I maybe should have. By this I mean I never dropped it or spilled anything on it, but I'm pretty sure it got clogged up inside with a lot of dust by now and maybe some crumbs underneath my keyboard as well, so I'm looking to have it cleaned inside out- by a professional.
I never took it to a service before, so I really have no idea where's the best place to take it. I am not familiar with terms such as "genius bars" and after googling apple authorised services in the UK, I didn't end up with anything "certain"
Location-wise, I am studying in Loughborough (Leicestershire), but my dad works in Maidenhead and I'll be visiting him next week. I will also be for a day in London (although it'll be a Sunday- December 21st), so any service around these locations will work for me.
I would also like to point out one thing: I know some might suggest to clean it myself, but when it comes to anything IT-ish (especially a £900 macbook pro, I would rather leave it in the hands of a professional); even if let's say I cleaned the keyboard, I would still want to have the dust removed from the inside- and I am certainly not doing that. I'm a 19 year old university student with 0 experience and my time doesn't allow me to become an "apple genius" overnight.

Your MBP should be able to support 8GB (unless yours is an early 08 then you're stuck at 6GB). I upgraded my old late 08 MB to 8GB.
SSD are a plus if you like speed. Having 8GB and an SSD will improve the performance of your MBP.
I like OCZ SSD products but have heard some issues with older MBP.
Sandisk, Crucial and Kingston SSD tends to be more reliable and less compaibility issues with older MBP.

AMFPHP hanging in browser but not Flash IDE?

Wrote a service that sends a bytearray to my Flash app that works perfectly fine when I test it in the Flash IDE (CS5), and when I compile the app and run it in a browser directly from my computer.
When I load it on to the server to run in my browser, the same service hangs. Can anyone think what may be causing this?
I tested the service in the service browser and it worked fine there as well.
I'm really hitting a wall on this, any help would be appreciated!

Remote object don't have a connect method. Istead you should set the endpoint, source and destination properties.
If you handle your requests through AS3, you could do the following. I use this code in a singleton class.
in the constructor:

We have BOE XI 3.1 in our server.
We configured trusted authentication in CMC of our server machine, and created a trustedprincipal.conf in D:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86 of my client machine. I created a jsp file to access bo reports.
I can not approach http://bfphp:8080/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp, just get alert after running the jsp file.
However, we put trustedprincipal.conf in our server machine and remove the file from my client machine, I can approach openDocument.jsp after accessing the jsp file.
Official document says trustedprincipal.conf should be put in client, but we tried it, logon fails. When I put it in server, logon succeeds.
My question is, if trustedprincipal.conf is put in server, can anyone who knows a user of BO system access to bo system via the jsp file. So how can I control authentication of client who access to BO system, and where should I put trustedprincipal.conf in?
