Where the **** are all my episodes?

I've tried posting a previous question with no luck. But I'll try again.
I publish a podcast called Planet Piano. My problem is that my shows won't stay on my iTunes store page. For a while I was able to keep 3 shows up... but once I published a new show, the bottom one would drop off.
Well, we skipped 2 weeks and surprise, surprise... there are no shows listed.
Can ANYONE tell me what the **** is going on with iTunes?

iTunes separate the music and TV shows and films. First make sure that you're in the right window. If that is so and you still can't find it go to the iTunes Store. Under Quick Links there is a Purchased link. Click on that. Your past purchases are all here and you can re-download them again.
PS: Just want to make sure but have you tried searching in iTunes?

Where the **** are all my export options now in Quicktime X

Don't tell me you actually removed all the pro options I had from WMV to FLASH to on2 to H264 and only gave us like 2 options to export? Where are the custom settings, the screen sizes, frame rates etc.
Is this a joke or am I missing something? I am stuck now at work with an updates OS and now way to export movies to the formats and sizes I need. What is going on? I paid for a quicktime pro licence since quicktime had one.

So great, again where are all my export custom options I paid for. I got some deadlines now and I am totally screwed up. Great...awesome to know that you crippled Quicktime x and to learn about it AFTER an install. Great job there.

My hard wear and soft wear crashed, did a backup on all my files.When I now open them the are all "preview"!!! How do I get my old documents back? it should be pages, and numbers, ight now I can't work with them

Where the $%^&* are the standard Java classes?

I've loaded and run j2sdk-1_4_2_01-windows-i586.exe (I use Win 98).
Then I tried to write my first applet, which began:
import java.awt.Graphics;
import java.awt.Font;
import java.awt.Color;
But the compiler said it could not find the Color class.
So I looked in the installation directory and its various subdirectories and could not find Color.java or Color.class (or rather Wondows Explorer could not find them for me).
So where the $%^&* are they supposed to be?
If necessary how do I get them installed in the right place?

I installed the SDK in directory C:\j2sdk1.4.2 in case I ever want to experiment with another version.
I have not modified any MS-DOS environment variables - as far as I'm concerned this is the installer's responsibility and every other product I've ever installed has handled this - sound cards, CD readers, software, whatever.
Directory C:\j2sdk1.4.2 contains file src.zip and WinZip (6.3, so AFAIK it handles long file names OK) tells me src.zip contains a vast collection of files - some look relevant to my current requirements (e.g. those with path java\applet and java\awt) and others not so relevent to my requirements.
abramia is right, I used the Gel IDE (http://www.gexperts.com/). I've set the project properties as follows in Gel:
Libraries:
* Basic Java libraries
Source paths:
* Where I keep my own source code - no problem, javac is finding the applet code OK.
* C:\j2sdk1.4.2 (where I installed the SDK).
Command line generated by the "compile" menu option - too long to copy & paste!
Output path: I'll worry about this when I get a clean compile. I used the same procedure as when I set the 1st source path, so I don't expect problems.
So can anyone help me now with this additional info? Or is there any other info I need to supply?

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't normally lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. Note that in iTunes 11 an "empty" library may show your past purchases with links to stream or download them.
In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
Alternatively, depending on exactly when and why the library went missing, there may be a more recent .tmp file in the main iTunes folder that can be renamed as iTunes Library.itl to restore the library to a recent state.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
Would you mind telling me which anti-virus package you use? It may be that it is disturbing iTunes when it tries to write out the fresh database, as it does after almost any activity with your library. I'm noticing more of this type of problem than usual and trying to see if there is any pattern. It may help to prevent a repeat of the problem if you look at the advanced options for your AV package and see if you can find a way to exclude the main iTunes library folder (and subfolders if possible) from any real-time scanning process.

How do I change photos back to where they are all listed?

So, with the update of iOS8, I cannot find some of my pictures. Some pictures I have on my phone were texted or e-mailed to me and I've saved them on my phone over the years. There is no easy way for me to find these pictures and the fact all the thumbnails are so painfully small, makes this an absolute horrible experience. There has got to be a way to roll back to where ALL my pictures were in one spot and I could scroll through them. This new organization method is HORRENDOUS.

Your photos are still on your phone. With iOS 8 there is no My Photo Stream or Camera Roll any more. The MPS has been replaced with the Recent Activity album.
The CR is replaced by the Collections mode. The closest we can get to the Camera Roll is to turn off the Summarize Photos feature in the Settings/Photos & Camera pane and view the photos in the Collections/Moments window.
The photos will be in chronological order when scrolled up from the bottom of the window.
The Recent Activity album is showing the photos added in the last 30 days going back to 8/20 (today being 9/18). In iPhoto on a Mac the My Photo Stream is showing more like 31 days, 8/19 to today, 8/20. It must be how the two devices calculate the last 30 days.
WARNING: If you use iTunes to sync photos between your iPhone or iPad and your Mac do not activate the iCloud Drive. Doing so will kill the capability of using iTunes to sync with your mobile device and disable Documents & Data syncing for your iCloud account on OS X Mavericks and earlier Macs, as well as iOS 7 and earlier devices.

Where the &^%@#&$ are Converted Giga Files stored.

I assumed that when i loaded/converted a .gig file into EXS24, it made a patch for it and referenced the actual Sample files in the original Giga File.
This cannot be the case as i can boot the song file and play it without the gig files (located on an external drive ) being available as the external is turned OFF.
I have set Logic to save a copy of the EXS instruments to the Project folder, but NOT the samples, so Where oh where are these files held please?

The raw samples will be stored in a folder called DLS Giga Samples. Users > Library > Application Support > Logic > DLS Giga Samples, et voila!
It's not worth moving the DLS folder as Logic will simply recreate it at this location every time you convert a Giga file, simply move the individual folders containing the samples to wherever you want them, i.e. on an external or SATA sample drive. The next time you boot the EXS version of the Giga File up, your Mac should search and find the sample's with relative ease.

Where the **** has all my photos gone??!!

Absolutely furious!! I had over 1200 photos on my iphone, I constantly backed it up. Then my iphone started to restart itself, so i restored it to original settings and backed it up from icloud, everything downloaded fine, except my photos. First of all only about half the photos downloaded back onto my iphone, so i decided to try again, and this time theres only 35 downloaded, even though the phone says downloading 900 of 1200, it only shows 35 photos in my camera roll but seems to show i have about 3.8gb of photos when i connect it to itunes.
Please help, i have been trying to solve this for ages now, i've recently come back off holiday and all my holiday photos were on my camera roll and now i cant get to them in order to save them on my pc

Locate one of the photos in the Events mode and see if you can view it full sized there? If you can't and get just a black screen or black screen with an exclamation mark try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - Run Option #4, Rebuild Database, followed by Option #1 if needed.

That method will work fine. But it's just a derivative of the

My iphone 4G has 1165 photos and NONE of them can be seen in the DCIM. None of my videos either. The folder is empty. Where the heck are all my pictures?

With my old 3GS I could connect the phone and navigate to a folder that contained all my pictures and copy them off or view them. Now with my iphone 4G, I connect the phone, navigate to the DCIM folder and it's empty! WTH? Where are all my pictures? I hate having to use itunes because it's performamce is beyond terrible. It takes several minutes to even start and when I click on anything in itunes and I have to wait 20 seconds or more before it responds, then I can click on the next thing wait 20 seconds or more, and so on. Every other application I have is ripping fast. It's horrible. Is apple deliberately making this a giant pain!? Where are all my pictures and video?

The DCIM folder is for your Camera Roll. The pics synced from iTunes will not show up there, only pics taken with the iPhone.

How can I make it to where you are not aloud to delete the history unless you have a password? Public Fox does not work because they can simply go to "Show All History" and delete from there.

Alot of people use my computer and I would like to make it to where you are required to have a password to delete the history. I tried public fox but you can simply delete the history by accessing "Show all history". So public fox doesn't work.

Sorry, Firefox doesn't have a password feature for browsing history, and I haven't seen an extension for that.

I fixed the problem somewhat myself by removing the miniSD and manually inserting it. It did not populate automatically. I had to open iPhoto and then it populated only the most recent photos I had taken which fortunately were the only ones I need. No error messages this seems to be a new occurrence.
Is there a way to just turn iPhoto off and download my photos to the folder of my own choosing?
