Where to activate BPM

Hi experts,
in every screenshot of the PO architecture I see BPM as part of central AEX... But I think you could also install, and activate this functional unit on non-central Adapter Engine and have the this AAE separated for Business processes.?
Am I right?

Where to activate xsplit?

Hi, just got a MSI GTX 980 GAMING 4G graphics card in christmas but i have been trouble on activating my xsplit :/ it gave me a 6 month free premium to it but i already had an account before it but thing is i have looked everywhere for where to activate my code but can't find any page related to it :/ so where do i activate it?
also i got this key offer free from members.msi.com or w.e url is there you register warranty.

Update: Well i feel stupid lol apperently you only had to press Buy xsplit on xsplit's website and then from there you pick Redeem Gift Certificate thats where you put the key you get to get your 6 month free premium lol i just wish they had something better way to get it than like this :/ like special page just for MSI customers to redeem their code or so.

It's not a "problem." The Battery percentage option was never included on the iPod touch.

Where do you activate Lightroom software?

I'm sure I'm overlooking something but I can not find where to activate Lightroom. I've just purchased it after my trial ran out but I don't see where to enter the serial number to reactivate the Develop module and all the others that must be purchased. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Try quitting Lightroom and re-launching. The application normally gives the options to try, buy or license (see image below)
Click on the top radio button shown as #1 on the image. Have your 24 digit serial number available and click next as #2
If you downloaded the free trial from the creative cloud, that will not work. CC versions are licensed by subscription/sign-in and do not require a serial number. In these circumstances you would need to uninstall the CC version and download and install the perpetual version using one of the following links. There is no harm in re-installing. Your catalog and photos will be safe.

Correlation used with synchronous steps in BPM

Hello,
we have a problem with a correlation.
A receiver step synchronous activates a correlation.
The step is completed by receiving a response.
The receiver step connects via sRFC to an R/3 system to trigger there an IDOC.
Next step of the BPM is to receive the IDOC from the R/3 system (async).
This system uses the correlation (time stamp field from RFC).
But: This doesn not work.
We only had success when using an asynchronous RFC.
Does anybody have experience with such issues?
What is possibly wrong with our correlation ?
(Corr. is local within a block where both steps are included, RFC and IDOC step)

Here is a little twist to the correlation issue...
I had the following problem. I have a very simple Sync/Async bridge, including a sync. reveiver (sr) at the beginning, as closing S/A bridge sender (ss) at the end, and a async. sender (as) and an async. receiver (ar) in the middle. My messages have an orderId that I use for my correlation.
The first receiver (sr) activates the correclation (using the orderId in the request message).
I then attempted to "use correlation" in my async. receiver (ar) step. The correlation shows up in the drop down options in the properties window of the step, but my selection would not "stick" (it would show it and revert to the red question mark).
After checking my correlation and unsuccessfully trying a few permutations of where to "activate" the correlation, I tried this:
I temporarily turned my synchronous steps into asynchronous steps (sr and ss). Then I selected my correlation in the async. receive step and it "stuck". After my selection was accepted in the "use correlation" property of the async. receiver step, I turned my first and last step (sr and ss) back in to synchronous steps and had the desired result.
... and it worked! I guess it is just a little bug in the tool (which may not be an issue in later releases?!)

BPM Mapping scheduled status in SXI_MONITOR Message scheduled on outbound

Hi All,
Please help me how can i solve following issue.
My Scenario WebService - PI - Proxy.
One of the message gets an error in the moni. where I get an green flag 'Message Scheduled on the outbound side".
The design was working fine earlier. It is giving problem now.
I tried following options:
1) I tested the mapping - it is working fine.
2) I checked Cache - the status is fine.
3) I checked Inbound queue(SMQ2) there are no messages stucked in the queues or saved in (smq3). Here i am using EOIO.
4) I checked SWWL - there are message with COMPLETED and STARTED but there are not ERROR messages.
Could any one please tell me - Can i DELETE - COMPLETED messages from SWWL? If i delete what is going to happen.

In SXMB_MONI click on "PE" and open the Graphic Flow to see where actually your BPM has failed
Also suggesting to check both the Queues....SMQ1 and SMQ2.....
delete an instance from SWWL only if it is in error state.....

BPM Mapping error in SXI_MONITOR Message scheduled on outbound side.

When I try to process this message i get an error.

I am using a BPM.
MI_Source -> MI_Receive_BPM -> MI_TRANS1_BPM -> MI_TRANS2_BPM -> MI_TARGET
Using EOIO in the send step Queue Name: cases
If I remove MI_TRANS2_BPM the message reaches the bpm, but with both transformation in the BPM the message gets an error in the queue where I get a green flag 'Message Scheduled on the outbound side"
This BPM was working on Friday but hasn't worked since. There have been no changes to the my development XI environment.
Some things that i have tried: Clearing the Queues (smq2), Redoing the entire scenario, clearing cpa cache.
Please help.

MI_Source -> MI_Receive_BPM -> MI_TRANS1_BPM -> MI_TRANS2_BPM -> MI_TARGET
Any specific need to have the above design pattern....you can also try:
MI_Receive_BPM -> MI_TRANS_BPM -> MI_TARGET
You can use the message that you initially receive and apply all the necessary transformation on it and the map it to the target structure....
As you mentioned that if you remove MI_TRANS2_BPM your message is executed successfully...it means that the BPM transformation 2 is waiting for some event / Message....
If you need to go by the same design then you can follow the below steps to resolve the problem:
1) Check the return code of BPM in SXI_CACHE...it should be 0
2) Check for any errored instance of your BPM in SWWL (as mentioned in above posts)
3) Open the corresponding Queue and see for the messages stuck in the Queue....your Queue may be blocked....your BPM will be using a particular Queue and if any message is stuck in the Queue then all the messages that follow will get stuck in the Queue....
Now if it is only your BPM that is using this particular Queue then Delete the Queue (applicable to development environment....do not try in QA or Production environment)
4) In SXMB_MONI click on "PE" and open the Graphic Flow to see where actually your BPM has failed (possible only if the message has entered the BPM.

BPM Acknowledgement message reading the wrong integration server name

I have a scenario where I have BPM which sends data to A MS SQL Server database and waits for a TRANSPORT Acknowledgement. The Mesage going to the Database is processed successfully but the acknowledgement messasge fails giving the following error when viewed in the message monitor.
IS_DETAILS_GET_ERROR
no_integration_server_found: Unable to find Integration Server is.XX.XXXXXXXX
Error while reading access data (URL, user, password) of Integration Server is.XX.XXXXXXXX
Actually the string "is.XX.XXXXXXXX" contains the name of the integration server.
Now my problem is the actual value contained in the above string is the name of the integration server . But this name is not correct , I mean it is not what the actual name should be. We are not able to find out from where this incorrect name is being picked up. Can anyone tell from where the actaul name and url of the integration server is read. Is it stored in different locations for inbound messages and acknowledgement msgs. Will refreshing any of the caches will help.

your problem is very strange because your BPM is sending data correctly to SQL DB .....your db is processed.....but the ack msg when coming in bpm gives IS_DETAILS_GET_ERROR.
i think just see all the objects in IR and ID are activated.....after that by SXI_CACHE transaction do a cache refresh.........see the return code of BPM is zero or not......the retun code of BPM shuld be zero.......
again run your this scenario.......now please tell what happens......

BPM problem in PI (XI 7.0)

Hi guys!
I have a scenario, where I use BPM. The underlying system is PI 7.0 (NW 2004s). I send Idoc from r/3, send it into bpm, this should make a sync call to web service and the ws response is mapped to ather idoc and sent again into r/3.
I created all the necessary objects in repository and directory and have a problem - when I send the Idoc, it is received by XI, but not processed... the status of the message is Scheduled. In the receiver interface and receiver there are no values in spite i have configured receiver and interface determination...
This is already the 2nd PI, where I have this problem. In the first one I was able to ommit the BPM, but here I am not. Does someone have the same experience? Problems with BPM in PI7.0?
I was looking also on the workbench component monitor - BPM - tha status is yellow triangle.. Sub-parts with NONgreen light are:
Maintain prefix numbers
Configure RFC destination
Schedule background job for missed deadlines
Schedule background job for work items with errors
Schedule background job for event queue
Schedule background job for clearing report
Schedule background job for deadline monitoring
How to fix these problems? is there any guide? Is it a task for basis person or consultant?

hi Olian,
as you are saying like your message came upto XI , but not proccessed so may be its a problem of queue so to TCode::SMQ1 and SMQ2 and clear this QUEUE.
hope this will solve this issue.
your one prob is Configure RFC destination
so check in R/3 sys Tcode : SM59 for RFC Destination
can you make remote login and connection test , if not so make technical Setting Properly.

TIME_OUT Short Dump for SAPLDSVAS_PROC report - BPM activation

Hello SOLMAN Experts,
I'm trying to activate BPM Business Process Monitoring and getting the following short dump:
Runtime Errors         TIME_OUT
Short text
     Time limit exceeded.
What happened?
     The program "SAPLDSVAS_PROC" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime without
    interruption and has therefore been terminated.
Any advice please?

Hello,
For the time being (Temporarily), you can try to increase the parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time to some higher value and then try activation process. This parameter is I think 'dynamic' and so can be updated without system restart. You can verify this from rz11.
After you done, revert the value.

Now there is just one insert with an error and I want to find the corresponding BPM to find out, which IDOC caused the error.
Where is the link from SXMB_MONI -> SXMB_MONI_BPE?

IDOC to BPM-SOAP adapter is sending Empty envelop

Hello,
I have a scenario where im using BPM Async/sync bridge to realize the IDOC to SOAP adapter scenario.
The web services will take the request and send the response in string (CDATA). Everything is working fine upto the synchronous interface mapping. After the data gets converted, It calls the SOAP adapter.It is here that im facing the issue. The soap adapter is sending an empty envelop without any data. But in monitoring i can see the data that it is supposed to send.
Please, can anybody help me????

If I understand correctlty, you are doing a asynt to sync to asyn scenario. In this case you dont need an async-sync bridge.
Your BPM should have only a receive step, sync send and then an asyn send step. You might have one transformation wherever applicable. If you have opened any bridges in BPM, please remove them and try.
