Where to buy iPod???

I am getting ready to buy a 5.5 gen. 30gb iPod and I was wondering where's the better place to buy one at...at an Apple Store or a place like Best Buy in regards to who is better at fixing/replace broken iPod? Or are they the same???

You can always take it to an Apple store no matter where you buy it.
Best Buy simply tries to Restore them and if that doesn't fix them, they send them to Apple.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I don't really know where else to put this.
So I'm planning to get an iPod Touch in Hong Kong (its cheap there, and no sales tax), but I live in Canada. So I'm wondering, is there any issue with getting a Touch there? Would I be able to get my iPod Touch serviced under Apple warranty here in Canada, even though I bought it in Hong Kong?

That's for the 8GB, yeah? Maybe you should consider buying 2, then selling the extra one for a couple of extra bucks. It wouldn't go to waste, someone will invariably buy it if it's brand new and still packaged and will pay more than $300, though probably not much more than the $330 CDN the stores in your neck of the woods charge before tax. You could net a cool $30 CDN if the exchange rate continues to hold up. That's $30 CDN for doing nothing.

I really needed a nice watch, I haven't had one in a while. They are very convenient, and I would have to pull out my phone every two minutes...literally. I decided the nano was my solution. It looks really nice with a wrist band, and it is digital/analog same time. It is also more than just a watch..after extensive searching on the web in general, I noticed I couldn't find a new 6G nano. Not on the apple website, amazon, or any other major retailers. I really want to be able to buy a nano, it's probably one of the coolest watch type ipod on the market, and a teacher won't take it away in class, because I have the excuse of it being a watch.

I want to buy ipod touch 4, my friends said i should buy 8GB one, but i dont know is 8GB enough for me to use. some people said that it only have 6.7GB for you to use, cause the ipod apps already used some of it. I want to have maybe 100 songs, some apps, pics, few games, 5-7 books, few online movies. For some of these, i would probably delete them and download new ones. So, any suggestion?? Please? Where is the iPod playlist in iTunes?

I have a problem with my iTunes, could someone kindly help me please? My iPod is old. It's the 20GB black and white one from a long time ago. Recently, I bought a new laptop with Windows Vista on it, and I got iTunes version 7. It detects my iPod, and I can put songs on it, but I just don't know where the playlist is! The library playlist is there, but where is the iPod one when I plug it in? It used to show up when I had my old laptop with an old version of iTunes. When I click my ipod, it only has four options: Summary, Music, Podcasts, Contacts. No playlist. Please help!

You can only automatically sync playlists using Windows Media Player 0 as far as I know. There's lots of other software out there that can use the Media Transfer Protocol of the Vision:M, but I'm not sure what they can do.
Creative's software is desperately lacking in the playlist sync area, so you're not being a BDU

Where to buy ATI Radeon HD 4870?

I have just bought a refurb MacPro 8 core (blimey) but want to put the ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 card in it sooner or later, but when I google it there seem to be so many different versions of this. e.g. a 'sonic version' etc, and so on, and they all look different in the pictures so Im really confused as to which one to get.
Can someone please advise me which is the right one and even suggest where to buy?

There is no fifth-generation iPod touch at this time. The current units are still the forth-generation hardware.
As to seeing issues here, that's what these forums are for, people with problems. Those millions who are having no problems have little incentive to post here, so you get a skewed viewpoint as to how prevalent any problems really are. It's rather like judging the overall health of a community only by visiting the local hospital. The reality is that you're most likely going to have no problems at all, though no one can guarantee that, of course.
Anyway, it's up to you whether you wish to wait. None of us here know when Apple will release a new model of the iPod touch, nor even if they will, so your guess is as good as ours how long you might have to wait.

I know I'm not up-to-date, coz I don't have iPod, and most of the poeple have one. Anyways I'm gonna buy iPod (actually i'm gonna get one for my b-day :)).

Ya the case is rather minimal, however I have found it is great for holding your earpods in rather than stuffing them loose in your pocket or backpack. So it is useful for that.
If you have a cable from a camcorder that has the headphone type (1/8th inch) style plug on one end (that goes into the iPod headphone jack) and then three RCA type plugs on the other end, that will work, except Apple played around with the colors, so yellow doesn't go to yellow, red doesn't go to red and white doesn't go to white.
