Put it in writing and make sure all the relevant detail, dates of purchase and visits are accurately recorded.
Having said that, we cannot tell from your post or profile how old your machine is, whether it is still covered by the warranty or if you bought AppleCare.  If it is more than 12 months old and you did not buy AppleCare then I'm afraid the cost of repairs is on your shoulders and there would be no grounds to make a formal complaint.

    From what you say, there seems to be grounds to protest.  What comes to mind is ... 
    How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase
    Follow the instructions to point 6 where you will be able to explain your problem.
    Think about what you write, write your problem in your national language ... or check out what you have written with a translation app.  Your question here is a little confusing and you need to get this one right.

    I bought an iPod nano 4Gg a few moths ago, from Romania; I used it about a month and then it just didn't start anymore ! I took it to the service and they keep it about a month. I tried it one day IT WASN'T WORKING ! I send it back, they keep it for MORE THAN A MONTH and they send back THE SAME PRODUCT (they had to send a new one !)
    Can anybody from Apple tell me what can be done ? It seems that some of your dealers are messing your image !

    Yes, you can take the iPod to an Apple Store to be looked at.
    If the iPod is under warranty, then it should be free of charge.

  • Where can I complain about Apple?

    Apple seem to have a lot of contact numbers and support lines but there are no obviously visible ones to make a complaint.
    The reason i want to complain is because their software, which i always keep updated, ruined my laptop i.e. it caused me to have to erase all of my drive with all my files because it would not restart after the update, kept getting to the same loading point then switching off. I had backup but some important files were lost because they were not there during my last back up.
    The support suggested i pay a lot of money to recover any lost files, but why should i pay when it was Apples product that caused the problem?
    If anyone knows where i can actually make a complaint directly to people who can deal with it please share. (I am very frustrated about this)

  • Complaining about Apple's service and getting results

    I have been through **** and back (well not back yet) dealing with AppleCare to get my iMac repaired (3 weeks and counting...).  There's no point in my getting irate with the poor techs and customer reps that have no control over policy...how can I get in contact with a person that has some accountability for quality assurance and customer care to address grievances? 

    My confidence in Apple and my satisfaction with Apple products and services has been severely diminished recently due to a series of disappointments, misleading and deceptive advice, misleading and deceptive statements made on the web site, errors in effectively processing online purchases, and failed customer service.
    This has been, and still is, a very unpleasant experience.
    I am very disappointed with the Lion OS, Apple online store, ITunes purchase processing, new version of the MacTV and overall performance of the Time Machine / Time Capsule.
    As an investor, I believe that this is a sign of what may be ahead.
    I am loosing confidence. I believe that the growth and positive direction that Apple has experienced and enjoyed recently may not be sustained.
    There are too many internal issues, failures and loss in customer service that will eventually overcome this positive period and change consumer sentiment.
    I am only one person. I have had a terrible run of negative experiences that remain unsatisfied.

    I would like to complain to you about your service center in Egypt "Apple Line". I bought a New iPad3, 32GB, 4G/Wi-Fi-with serial number #DMPHPEY9DVGH on July 13th, 2012 from Mobinil - one of Egypt's mobile operators.
    Ninety days later, I started to have a problem with the main bottom (Home). I visited "Apple Line" on September 12th, 2012 to address this problem. They inspected the device externally and said that the main bottom is fine and sprayed it. They said that shall this problem re-occur; they would take the device and replace it with a brand new one.
    And as I expected, the problem re-occurred and I visited them once again today, November the 13th, 2012. They told me that they will have to take it in and keep it under inspection for 48 hours and then decide what they will do about it. When I objected and tried to remind them with their earlier promise about replacing the device on the spot if the problem re-occurred they started yelling. I told them that I would refer to Apple and submit a complaint, they said: "Go ahead!"
    Hence, here I am sending you this e-mail, hoping that you will be able to help me with this problem in the fast and efficient way that fits Apple's name and reputation. I am eagerly waiting for your feedback hoping that it would include a proper solution to this problem. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
    NB:
    This problem doesn't appear continuously so how could i show them that am suffering.

    Dear sirs,
    I'm filing this complaint hoping that it will get the appropriate care fom your kind side, I purchased an IPad 3 last July and it was under the warranty of "Apple Line " in Egypt, after two month I started having problem with the circular button Below the screen once I use the device for an hour or more continuously , so i directly I went to the maintenance center of "Apple Line " where they tried to check on the problem byt to accept the device for maintenance but due to the fact that this doesn't appear continuously all the time but only when used for an hour or more as mentioned above.
    So I asked him to help as much as he can , so he used a kind of spray on the button and I left , it worked properly since then till a week ago when it starts having same problem gain, so I went again today to the maintenance center and for shame I got same answer, and when I told them that hy have to substitute the device with another one as its still covered by the warranty , they told me i can file a omplaint or leve it for 2 days to test.
    I'm really can't believe that this is the international Apple policy and rules.

  • How do you complain about Apple products being sold at WalMart?

    See pic below, taken just a few days ago. No iPhone 5S on display, No iPhone 5c. They finally removed the clear plexiglass case they used to have over the phones,  because it was so scratched up you could hardly see through it. This is totally nasty and trashy.
    Now if you go to the Samsung part of the display, it is full of the latest phones - all prominantly displayed. Notice also the Samsung poster below the Apple section!
    How can Apple let their products be displayed like this? I hope Angela Ahrendts will turn this around. I would be embarrassed to have my products displayed in this way. Also, the sales staff knew absolutely nothing about iPhones. Walmart is not helping Apple or its image. 
    I don't know how to formally complain, so if there's a better way to do that, please let me know.

    On Black Friday I ordered a Jawbone Up Band from Apple online and received the reduction in price.  The shipping date was January 25 but I was fine with that.  Just today I got an e-mail saying that they will no longer be carrying this product and the order is cancelled. I could have gone to a store for this product on the Friday had I not ordered online so I'm really ticked about this.  No explanation about why or apologies or anything - not impressed.
    When I tried to access service to ask these types of question I was advised that I would have to purchase a service call.  I am not impressed.

    It's primarily for reporting egregious behavior. If users just flake out on you for winning, Apple isn't likely to care.
