Where to download Corel WinDVD to reinstall

I'm getting ready to upgrade my Thinkpad E430 from Windows 7 to Windows 8 to take advantage of the current upgrade offer. However I can't find a link to download the installer for Corel WinDVD 10 which is pre-installed on the system. On the Application Software Limitations file, it lists WinDVD as one of the programs recommended to be uninstalled before upgrading. Searching the drivers and software page didn't turn it up, though. Does anyone know where I can get it?

After finishing the upgrade to Windows 8, my results are:
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION: Lenovo PowerDVD 10 works the best. No issues no far.
As for other programs...
Windows Media Center also works. Unfortunately, there's a blank menu entry for Corel Win DVD (even thought I uninstalled that before installing Media Center), but if you ignore that and go through Movies > Play DVD then it works.
VLC player also works (of course).
WinDVD won't play DVDs after the upgrade, saying that it wasn't compatible with the current video driver. After I uninstalled it, I can't re-install because I just get the error that it isn't compatible with this OS. I searched for an update on the Lenovo supoort site, but that only yielded old updates for difference systems. There is nothing on Corel's site either for WinDVD 10 / 2010.
Does anyone know where to get the Windows 8 update for Corel WinDVD 2010?
If for no other reason than to get rid of the dead Media Center menu.
One other thing to note: when I double-clicked the DVD drive icon in the File Explorer, it still tried (and failed with an error) to open the DVD with WMP. This was apparently caused by a left-over registry entry from Windows 7, which I modified based on the following link, and now double-clicking opens in PowerDVD.

Msi gt680 corel windvd doesn't play certain bluray

just purchased my 1st gaming laptop gt680, games wise it's awesome......but for some reason corel windvd doesn't play certain bluray's, could someone point me in the right direction,
tried 'updating' windvd with no success (get a msg saying 'product up to date')

so i guess shouldn't complain too much BUT would be happier knowing whatever bluray i purchase it'll be able to play, also went to corel website downloaded various 'patches' and still nothing.
Problem with prince of Persia, loads up no probs, get to the language screen, I click on english then nothing black screen

I spend a fair bit of time answering question on this forum, but I had to do a clean reinstall of my operating system, and reload all programs recently. And I can't say it was particulary easy to find and download the Desktop Application manager, which handles the rest of the installations for you.

"Rebooting" means restarting &, as fruhulda said, that won't cause things to disappear. If you mean you had the hard drive erased & the system reinstalled, you will have to find the original disk with the AppleWorks installer.

Where can I download the Creative Cloud app? It fails to update with an error 201, so where can I download the app and reinstall?

HT2703 Where to download Bonjour for Windows?

In an attempt to end the many Bonjour errors I'm getting on my Windows 7 PC I followed Apple's instructions to uninstall & reinstall. But now I can't find where to download the s/w. All I can find is Bonjour Print Services for Windows. That's not what it was called on my PC & the s/w I uninstalled was at release 3, not 2 which is what Print Services is at. Thanks for any help.

Make sure your Mac qualifies to run Mountain Lion > Apple - Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mountain Lion.
Try disabling anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferencs > Security & Privacy
Apps such as Little Snitch and Net Nanny can prevent apps from downloading from the App store including Mountain Lion.
Third party download managers are not compatible with the App Store.
Keep in mind, for downloading Mountain Lion from the App Store, a high speed (broadband) internet connection is strongly recommended by Apple as noted here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you need to reinstall OS X or repair the the startup disk using Mountain Lion Recovery, that requires broadband access to the internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. OS X is downloaded over the internet form Apple when OS X Recovery is used for reinstallation.

So yes from what I gathered on the phone support call, the update would download and fail during the install. The support person did a remote desktop session where they dug through tmp folders checking various log files, etc. They downloaded and tried installing some other type of patch. No go. After an hour or so they threw up their hands. I did a search for that to see if they followed up with a case # for the call, and I couldn't find it. Either they didn't send me one or I accidentally deleted it (but it's not in my trash/archive so doubt that).
Prior to the support call, I did a chat session, which was dropped because a link loaded into the session, ending it. That was after I had been troubleshooting with them for about an hour. Frustrating. So I opted to call in instead of chat, see above. The case # on that chat is #0185619250. I didn't follow up on it since I went the call route. Here's another case I found on my acct, dealing w/ this matter.

But now I can't find the actual movie...I go to iTunes to purchases and view movies , to downloads and searched the title of the movie...I can see an icon of it and it is in a separate place from other purchases but it says downloaded in faded lettering. Where is it?

I am trying to put my iPhone4 into recovery and then will restore it. iTunes starts extracting the software. But the iPhone reboots and by the time the software has completed extraction, the iPhone can no longer be seen by iTunes.
We have a very small hard drive on our laptop. Each time iTunes does an extraction, it uses up more space on the C: drive.
Nothing frees up that used drive space. Not closing iTunes or rebooting the computer. Nothing.
How do we release / delete these files?

I can't find where to download the creative cloud

so i started out with the free trial and then signed up for the monthly plan. I tried to open photoshop on my desktop and it kept saying my free trial was over. I uninstalled it and illustrator but couldn't download them again. It said in the creative cloud that they were already downloaded. I then uninstalled the creative cloud and now I can't find where to download it again.

The message is referring to iTunes on your computer, not the iPad : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
The built-in apps on the iPad can only be updated via iOS updates, so if your iPad mini is on iOS 6.0.2 then its up-to-date
