Where to download CS5?

I have a serial number from when I bought the Creative Suite but where do I go to download the suite?
I want to reinstall Adobe After Effects CS5 and Adobe Flash CS5 on my new computer. Is my only option to buy the latest??

If you have a serial and are only looking for the installer files, check your account or try this: ‘DDL’ Articles at ProDesignTools. otehrwise: No, Adobe doesn't sell legacy versions and thus does not offer them for download.

Where to download CS5 Master Collection in Spanish?

In Agust 2010 I bought the CS5 5.0 Master Collection AOO License E and Acrobat Professional 9.0 AOO License E, both in Spanish.
I recently formated my MAC, and when trying to download the CS5 5.0 Master Collection AOO License E in Spanish, I could only find it in English, Japanese, French and German. (Descargar productos CS5)
Apparently it is not possible to use my serial number with the english version. Where can I find the Spanish version?
I couldn´t find anywhere the Acrobat Professional 9.0 AOO License E. Where can I download it from?

There is no upgrade version. The serial number that you use dictates whether or not the software is treated as an upgrade. If you purchased it as an upgrade then the serial number you have is an upgrade serial number and that will require you to provide proof that you qualify ro install/use the upgrade.

New computer, can't find my CS5 disc, where to download?

I got a new PC, and I can only find my CS3 disc. I installed it, and then downloaded CS5.5, but I guess my serial number (which I retrieved off My Adobe) won't work. I purchased an upgrade CS5 version 7.0 (which installed fine on my old computer upgrading from CS3), so I need to find where I can download that.

I don't know if they have the CS5 downloads, too. You must follow the directions on that page EXACTLY or it won't work.

Hi. I purchased Photoshop CS5 way back when for MAC and don't have the cd on hand any longer. Upgraded to new Mac laptop and want to install. You can download the trial installer directly from the link below. You will need to be on a trial download page in order to use the links, otherwise you will get an error message. For example load up the following page: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=production_premium before pasting the link into the address bar and login with your adobe id and then cancel the download.

Problems downloading CS5 on new laptop

After buying a new laptop, an Apple support person helped me migrate all files from old MacBook Pro including CS5. However, these Adobe files are corrupted and when trying to open Photoshop, I got this message: “Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application”. In order to download onto my new MacBook Pro, I contacted Adobe support to get my details changed from Canada (where I was when I bought it) to the UK, and I have just spent several hours downloading CS5 onto my laptop. However, the old CS5 has not been replaced, and I cannot find where the new version has been stored. What should I do? Do I need to uninstall corrupted CS5 and download again?

Adobe products have to be installed, not migrated/transfered, primarily due to being them associated with the machine during installation. If you migrate them you lose that association.
What you should probably try doing is to first use the Creative Suite Cleaner tool to remove CS5 from the machine, and then install CS5 again.

That's because you must follow Steps 0 to 6 of the Very Important Instructions prior to clicking those links otherwise the relevant cookies will not be set. Those often overlooked steps are mentioned in every post for previous version downloads.
If you do not follow steps 0 to 6 then the links to the previous versions will not work for you. You'll simply be redirected by the Adobe server to the current version (CS6) downloads.
