Your question isn't an iTunes question, or even an "Apple product" one, but...
If you're looking for chart/popular music - for free, forget it. There is no legitimate way to get music for free that you are expected to pay for. Any other way of getting that music for free would be stealing and therefore it cannot be discussed here.
However - if you simply want to experiment with music, in other words, you want to find music that's new to you, regardless of the type of music, try searching for Earth Mantra or the Kahvi Collective. Both these sites offer music for free, under a creative commons licence.
You won't be able to use the msuic for commercial purposes, but you can download their music for your own use and for no cost.

I think the last "free" version of iPhoto is found at:

which is iPhoto 2.0.
For reinstalling iPhoto from your disks look in the iPhoto Discussion forums where I'm sure you find good instructions for doing so:

You'll probably need a application like Pacifist to do so. You can find it on VersionTracker.

PS. I'm pretty sure that other versions of iPhoto are only included with your install disks or with purchased copy of iLife software.

The iTunes Store. It's not free, though; there's no legal place where you can download copyrighted music without some sort of charge except for those very few tracks the iTunes Store makes available for free or that artists have released themselves.
There's no need to get tracks in AAC, though. MP3 tracks work just fine in iTunes and on Apple's players. Several download stores, such as Amazon, offer tracks in MP3.

Assuming you purchased QT Pro, you can always download it again at no extra charge by logging in to your Apple account.
Regarding FCE, there is no way to download & install the product. You need an original FCE install disk and your FCE serial number.
Final Cut Pro X (aka FCPX) can be purchased & downloaded from the App Store.

College Students Download Songs For Free?

I just downloaded two songs yesterday on my credit card. For some reason i still have the same amount still on my card. Then i thought back to a news article i read, it said that a college student with a valid college e-mail can download songs for free? Is this still true?
I used my college e-mail to setup my account,thats also how i got my new macbook. And is that also why i still not getting charged for the songs i downloaded?

It is not and never has been true for the iTunes Store. There have been some promotions where certain tracks were offered for free (long since expired). There also were other sites, such as Ruckus, where the college paid for their students to have access to music provided by the service, but all such sites I know of have gone out of business.
It's likely, as Gnome said, that the charge just hasn't hit your credit card yet.

OK, I have read a bit more...in the purchase req release strategy config notes I read the following:
"The system assigns the values fromthe communication structure CEBAN to the characteristics of this class."
But I would still like to know where the data from CEBAN-USRC1 is actually stored....

Yes, you can download Oracle9i database at the very bottom of the page you have quoted. The license allows you to use it for development purposes only and you would license the product when you go to a production environment. You will see the full terms of the license when you go to download it.

You buy one and only one download of music/vids/tv shows/movies. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases

Pages is free for those that have purchased a new Mac. If you have never owned Pages before, then it is a purchase product for you. I suggest you look at the product reviews in the App Store, before you rush to purchase it. It is not a Word clone either.

iPhoto comes for free with every new Mac, so you don't have to pay.
If your Mac didn't come with DVDs or it came with OS X Lion or Mountain Lion, open the Mac App Store, log in with the Apple ID you used to register the computer, go to Purchases and download iPhoto free of charge.
If your Mac came with DVDs or you bought iLife in a DVD, insert the DVD and reinstall iPhoto. Then, open  > Software Update, and install the most recent version
