Where to find JSObject methods?

Hi, I try to sign PDF document with my certificate file. I used code from SDK:
AcroAVDoc g_AVDoc = null;
string pdf = @"C:\Users\myprofile\Desktop\tests\1.pdf";
string pfx = @"C:\Users\myprofile\Desktop\tests\cert.pfx";
string pwd = @"mypwd";
g_AVDoc = new AcroAVDoc();
g_AVDoc.Open(pdf, System.IO.Path.GetRandomFileName());
if (pdf != null && g_AVDoc.IsValid())
   CAcroPDDoc pdDoc = (CAcroPDDoc)g_AVDoc.GetPDDoc();
   object jso = pdDoc.GetJSObject();
   object[] param = new object[1];
   param[0] = pwd;
   object con = jso.GetType().InvokeMember("SetUserPassword", BindingFlags.InvokeMethod, null, jso, param);
   param[0] = pfx;
   con = jso.GetType().InvokeMember("SetUserDigitalIDPath", BindingFlags.InvokeMethod, null, jso, param);
   param[0] = jso;
   con = jso.GetType().InvokeMember("AddSignature", BindingFlags.InvokeMethod, null, jso, param);
but I got an error "Unknown name. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020006 (DISP_E_UNKNOWNNAME))" on line "object con = jso.GetType().InvokeMember("SetUserPassword", BindingFlags.InvokeMethod, null, jso, param);"
Object jso is not null, but I think the code cannot find a javascript method "SetUserPassword", but I don't know how to provide the file path or how to reference it (I have referenced Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Type Library). I use Visual Studio 2010 and Adobe Acrobat 9.0. Can you help me, please?

You may of course disagree, but I don't believe you are directly dealing with the originl question. The original post seemed to use a valid process for calling object methods, but it was attempting to call methods called SetUserPassword SetUserDigitalIDPath AddSignature. Unlike saveAs, these are not part of Acrobat's API. Hence my reply "These are not built in methods".

  • Where can we find the methods of the classes in OLE Interface

    Hi All,
    I am developing the code to download the file into multiple sheets of excel file.
    got many links and sample codes from this forum.
    but my doubt is where can we find the methods in applications.
    Example:
    add, cells, range etc are the methods in the object excel.application.
    I want to find all other methods in this same object.
    Please help me.

  • SendData() method?  where to find reference please?

    newb, been going through alot of material, on a new tutorial and the method
    sendData() is used.
    I do NOT know how to find information on this here at sun, though I know it exists, sometimes I do a search, search works, other times, just can't find stuff...
    if someone could point me to a reference on how to look up documentation for methods that'd be awesome
    ie: i have this
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/index-files/index-1.html
    and quite a few other links, but don't know how to find this method within or elsewhere
    even ifyou can explain this methods, i'd really appreciate such a link, because I come acroos new methods and similar stuff all the time and like to understand the parameters available,, but often am left blank, or posting here
    thank yoU!!!!

    From the link you gave above (actually you should download the API to your machine so you always have easy access to it), you click on the "S" to get a list of all methods starting with "s". You then find the sendData(...) method and the class it belongs to. Click on the link for further help.
    In this case the sendData(...) method does not exist, so it is not part of the base JDK.

  • Where to find the best application for cleaning out my MacBook Air with OS X 10.7.5? I've been using MacKeeper but believe it's slowing down my laptop considerable.

    where to find the best application for cleaning out my MacBook Air with OS X 10.7.5? I've been using MacKeeper but believe it's slowing down my laptop considerable. Thank you.

    How to maintain a Mac
    1. Make redundant backups, keeping at least one off site at all times. One backup is not enough. Don’t back up your backups; make them independent of each other. Don’t rely completely on any single backup method, such as Time Machine. If you get an indication that a backup has failed, don't ignore it.
    2. Keep your software up to date. In the Software Update preference pane, you can configure automatic notifications of updates to OS X and other Mac App Store products. Some third-party applications from other sources have a similar feature, if you don’t mind letting them phone home. Otherwise you have to check yourself on a regular basis. This is especially important for complex software that modifies the operating system, such as device drivers. Before installing any Apple update, you must check that all such modifications that you use are compatible.
    3. Don't install crapware, such as “themes,” "haxies," “add-ons,” “toolbars,” “enhancers," “optimizers,” “accelerators,” "boosters," “extenders,” “cleaners,” "doctors," "tune-ups," “defragmenters,” “firewalls,” "barriers," “guardians,” “defenders,” “protectors,” most “plugins,” commercial "virus scanners,” "disk tools," or "utilities." With very few exceptions, this stuff is useless, or worse than useless. Above all, avoid any software that purports to change the look and feel of the user interface.
    The more actively promoted the product, the more likely it is to be garbage. The most extreme example is the “MacKeeper” scam.
    As a rule, the only software you should install is that which directly enables you to do the things you use a computer for — such as creating, communicating, and playing — and does not modify the way other software works. Use your computer; don't fuss with it.
    Safari extensions, and perhaps the equivalent for other web browsers, are a partial exception to the above rule. Most are safe, and they're easy to get rid of if they don't work. Some may cause the browser to crash or otherwise malfunction.  Some are malicious. Use with caution, and install only well-known extensions from relatively trustworthy sources, such as the Safari Extensions Gallery.
    Never install any third-party software unless you know how to uninstall it. Otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
    4. Beware of trojans. A trojan is malicious software (“malware”) that the user is duped into installing voluntarily. Such attacks were rare on the Mac platform until sometime in 2011, but are now increasingly common, and increasingly dangerous.
    There is some built-in protection against downloading malware, but you can’t rely on it — the attackers are always at least one day ahead of the defense. You can’t rely on third-party protection either. What you can rely on is common-sense awareness — not paranoia, which only makes you more vulnerable.
    Never install software from an untrustworthy or unknown source. If in doubt, do some research. Any website that prompts you to install a “codec” or “plugin” that comes from the same site, or an unknown site, is untrustworthy. Software with a corporate brand, such as Adobe Flash Player, must be acquired directly from the developer. No intermediary is acceptable, and don’t trust links unless you know how to parse them. Any file that is automatically downloaded from a web page without your having requested it should go straight into the Trash. A website that claims you have a “virus,” or that anything else is wrong with your computer, is rogue.
    In OS X 10.7.5 or later, downloaded applications and Installer packages that have not been digitally signed by a developer registered with Apple are blocked from loading by default. The block can be overridden, but think carefully before you do so.
    Because of recurring security issues in Java, it’s best to disable it in your web browsers, if it’s installed. Few websites have Java content nowadays, so you won’t be missing much. This action is mandatory if you’re running any version of OS X older than 10.6.8 with the latest Java update. Note: Java has nothing to do with JavaScript, despite the similar names. Don't install Java unless you're sure you need it. Most people don't.
    5. Don't fill up your boot volume. A common mistake is adding more and more large files to your home folder until you start to get warnings that you're out of space, which may be followed in short order by a boot failure. This is more prone to happen on the newer Macs that come with an internal SSD instead of the traditional hard drive. The drive can be very nearly full before you become aware of the problem. While it's not true that you should or must keep any particular percentage of space free, you should monitor your storage consumption and make sure you're not in immediate danger of using it up. According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of free space on the startup volume for normal operation.
    If storage space is running low, use a tool such as the free application OmniDiskSweeper to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the most space. Move rarely-used large files to secondary storage.
    6. Relax, don’t do it. Besides the above, no routine maintenance is necessary or beneficial for the vast majority of users; specifically not “cleaning caches,” “zapping the PRAM,” "resetting the SMC," “rebuilding the directory,” "defragmenting the drive," “running periodic scripts,” “dumping logs,” "deleting temp files," “scanning for viruses,” "purging memory," "checking for bad blocks," "testing the hardware," or “repairing permissions.” Such measures are either completely pointless or are useful only for solving problems, not for prevention.
    The very height of futility is running an expensive third-party application called “Disk Warrior” when nothing is wrong, or even when something is wrong and you have backups, which you must have. Disk Warrior is a data-salvage tool, not a maintenance tool, and you will never need it if your backups are adequate. Don’t waste money on it or anything like it.

  • Where to find out with serial number to verify whether my dslr is genuine or not?

    where to find out with serial number to verify whether my dslr is genuine or not?

    Hey guys!
    The following information can be found at https://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/gray_market
    Information on Parallel or "Gray Market" Products
    Canon sells and supports Canon-brand consumer and professional products in the U.S. through Canon U.S.A., which distributes these products through its authorized dealers and distributors. Canon U.S.A. is the only authorized importer of these products in the U.S., and provides industry-leading customer service and support for them. Products distributed by Canon U.S.A. are "localized" to meet the needs of customers in the U.S. market and are engineered to comply with local safety regulations and governmental requirements. As such, these products come with different accessories, manuals, and warranties than the versions intended for sale in other global regions such as Asia. Any Canon-brand products which are imported and sold other than by this method are referred to as "parallel," or "Gray Market," products (collectively, "Gray Market Products").
    Hazards and Difficulties Associated with "Gray Market" Products
    Customers in the U.S. may find that Gray Market Products do not meet their expectations because they were not intended by Canon for sale in the U.S. In some cases, sellers of Gray Market Products may attempt to localize the products themselves by adding, changing or removing certain accessories from the products, which may result in the following:
    including in product packaging illegal or counterfeit accessories, such as batteries, chargers, and ink tanks, which can cause injury and seriously damage your Canon product;
    an incorrect power cord or adapter which was not provided, or quality checked, by Canon;
    incorrect software or illegal copies of software which may not function;
    poor photocopies of the original manual;
    a fake Canon U.S. warranty, a warranty provided by a third party, or no warranty at all; and
    a device with a serial number which cannot be registered with Canon in the U.S.
    Customers should also be aware that Gray Market Products may not be eligible for:
    coverage under a U.S. warranty;
    U.S. promotions, including mail-in and instant rebates; and
    technical support
    If you are in doubt about a seller, or whether the products it sells are intended for the U.S., please visit http://usa.canon.com/authorizeddealers for a list of Canon U.S.A.'s Authorized Dealers. New and genuine Canon products intended for sale in the U.S. can only be purchased from Canon Authorized Dealers in the U.S. or from Canon U.S.A. directly.
    To learn more about counterfeit products, please visit http://usa.canon.com/aboutcounterfeits to view important information.

  • Where to find screen and field definitions?

    Dear All,
    I need to be able to find all the screen and field definitions that exist in the SAP Repository for an application I am developing.  Can anybody tell me where to find them?  I specifically need to know which field types are defined for each screen (GuiTextField, GuiComboBox, GuiTableControl, etc.) as well as their IDs as they appear in the SAP GUI.
    Can anybody help with this?  I've looked all over and haven't been able to find out where this information is stored in the data dictionary.
    Thanks very much in advance!!

    Paul foto which operating system are you using?  You will want to open the applications in the method which is typical of your operating system.  You can find more details at Launch CC apps after install - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/launch-creative-cloud-apps.html.

  • Where to find the MI Application Name

    Hi All,
    I am creating a smart sync application. While creating the application that wizard does not ask to enter application name. But I herd that we need to give the same name to the war file as in the getApplicationName() method. I know that this method is in  AbstractMEHttpServlet class, we need to overwrite this method. Where can I mention this application name.......
    Can any body tell me where to find this ...
    Thanks in Advance,
    Murthy

    hi murthy,
    you will need to subclass the AbstractMEHttpServlet and in the implementation,
    you will need to return a String for your application name on the getApplicationName()
    method. In your project, if created by a wizard, you will find one subclass of the
    AbstractMEHttpServlet.
    Note that the applicationName should not have a space character in it.
    Now when your application is ready and archived, you can then upload it into
    the middleware and register your application. During registration, you will need to
    specify the same mcd name as your application name.
    hope this help.

  • How can i find (Debug - method) the flow of program in workflow at run time

    Hi All,
    I working in Workflow monitoring. When a workflow is set into error in SWPR , i need to analyse the error and report it. In many cases the error happens in the method of class / BOR. So i could not find out the what happens inside the method. I am doing this in an productive environment.i am not given to Run any METHOD or BOR or CLASS ? How can i make my workflow monitoring better to show exact error ?
    Thanks in advance !
    Richard A

    Dear Richard,
    You cannot debug a method by directly setting a break point as we do normally.....u can do this by
    just putting an infinite loop at the point where u want to set the debug point inside the method.
    Execute the workflow where this method is being used.
    Then go to SM50, here you will find your method which has gone into infinite loop.I debug mode change the value of the variable so that it can move ahead of the infinite loop.
    Now you can debug easily and find out where the problem lies.
    Do reply back in case of any query or even if yr problem is resolved.

  • Compiling Invocation Programs ? Where to find javai.lib ??

    Hello,
    I'm having J2SE 1.4, VC++ 4.0. I'm trying to compile the invocation programs given in the Java Tutorial but I'm unable to compile since I've not found javai.lib in my J2SE folder. Can anyone help me on how to compile. Where to find javai.lib ??
    Thanks
    Wah Java!

    The javai.lib/dll have been replaced by jvm.lib/dll
    since Java2 SDK 1.2. The javai.lib is in the "lib"
    directory of your JDK installation. Note that the
    invocation API has also changed, and you will probably
    need to update the method calls. See the JNI spec at
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/docs/guide/jni/spec/jniTOC
    doc.html.As you've said, I compiled the program and linked with jvm.lib but VC++ said that jvm.lib is incorrect file (or you can say corrupt file). Can you please help me how to compile with JVM.lib

  • Universal Entity EJB find/select method for single db table

    Hi there.
    I'm quite new in bea spheres and my question reflects my small knowledge:
    Is there any way to perform "universal" sql query on single database table via find/select methods? This means, that I would like to pass whole WHERE clause to these methods, not just some fields values.
    What do I mean?
    Normally we define find/select method that looks like this one:
    SELECT OBJECT(o) FROM Cities AS o WHERE population>=?1 AND state=?2
    We call this a method this way:
    finder1 (1000000, 'France')
    Method returns collection with objects holding data about cities in France with more than 1000000 inhabitans..
    But, I want to define method, that could be called this way:
    finder1 ("o.population>=1000000 AND o.state='France'")
    This method should be able to perform any query on 'Cities' database table.
    I tried with defining find method for following query:
    SELECT OBJECT(o) FROM Cities AS o WHERE ?1
    but it does not work, of course.
    Is there possibility to define method that could be called this way?
    I use Bea Weblogic Workshop 8.1 SP3

    Hi,
    The 'Dynamic Query' feature of WebLogic 8.1's EJB container can help you here. This feature enables you to execute complete EJB QL queries that are constructed on the fly. Check the WebLogic 8.1 documentation for more details.

  • How do I find/use methods like 'save', 'cut', 'copy'?

    In what package and class can I find methods that will perform basic edit functions like save, cut, copy?
    How do you where to look for certain methods?
    thanks,
    CC

    Thank you I found them.
    But if one does not know this of the top of their head, what is the logical means of finding such methods?

  • Unable to find setter method

    Hi,
    Can anyone tell me how to overcome the error
    /tags/DBConnectionTest.jsp(8,0) Unable to find setter method for attribute: connection
    I get this error when i try to test a custom tag through a jsp. My jsp for testing the custom tag(s) is like this
    DBConnectionTest.jsp
    <%@ taglib uri="http://www.bidla.com/db-taglib" prefix="db" %>
    <db:connection id="conn" url="jdbc:odbc:bidla2">
         <db:userId>apj100</db:userId>
         <db:password>amithpj</db:password>
    </db:connection>
    <db:query id="getAllRows" connection="conn">Select name from events</db:query>
    I think there is some problem with the query tag because the jsp runs fine if i remove the line containing query tag. The query tag represents QueryTagHandler.java. Is there anything extra that i need to add to it.
    Waiting for reply,
    Thank You !

    I am having the same problem.
    In my jsp I have:
    <db:query id="eventsForDay" connection="conn">
    SELECT name, description, start_date FROM Events
    WHERE EXTRACT(MONTH FROM start_date) = <%= month%>
    AND EXTRACT(YEAR FROM start_date) = <%= year%>
    AND EXTRACT(DAY FROM start_date) = <%= day%>
    ORDER BY EXTRACT(HOUR FROM start_date), EXTRACT(MINUTE FROM start_date)
    </db:query>
    My .tld file contains:
    <tag>
    <name>query</name>
    <tagclass>station.auction.db.taglib.QueryTagHandler</tagclass>
    <teiclass>station.auction.db.taglib.QueryTagExtraInfo</teiclass>
    <bodycontent>JSP</bodycontent>
    <info>Specifies a SQL query</info>
    <attribute>
    <name>id</name>
    <required>true</required>
    </attribute>
    <attribute>
    <name>connection</name>
    <required>true</required>
    </attribute>
    </tag>
    And the handler is :
    public class QueryTagHandler extends BodyTagSupport {
         private Connection con=null;
    private String id=null;
    private String test=null;
    public int doAfterBody() throws JspException {
         try {
              String query = getBodyContent().getString();
              System.out.println("[QueryTagHandler] doAfterBody, Query Body-> " + getBodyContent().getString());
              Statement stmt = getConnection().createStatement();
              ResultSet rs = stmt.executeQuery(query);
              this.pageContext.setAttribute(getId(), rs, pageContext.PAGE_SCOPE);
         } catch (Exception exc) {
              throw new JspException(exc.getMessage());
         return SKIP_BODY;
    public Connection getConnection() {
         return this.con;
    public void setConnection(String connection)
         this.con = (Connection)pageContext.findAttribute(connection);
    //System.out.println("[QueryTagHandler] setConnection, Attribute-> " + connection);
         //System.out.println("[QueryTagHandler] Connection : " + con);
    The error is : Unable to find setter method for attribute : connection
    What could be the problem ?????!!!!!!! I've googled for 2 days continuously and - no answer ... Can anyone help ?

    You need a DATA service enabled by your carrier to be able to send e-mail via thier network.  Do you have a data plan with your carrier ?  If so - is it enabled ?
    Can you access internet thru your network (not wifi) ?
