Where to find my apps downloaded from icloud to my macbook

Wanted to use apps which were downloaded on my iphone and ipad. I've downloaded them from my macbook through itunes icloud, but I do not see them anywhere on the macbook. Lookin at the app store it shows that they are all downloaded.
New to using a Mac, please help if you can.

Apps that run on your iPhone and your iPad are accessible in iTunes.
Connect the iPhone to your Mac then launch iTunes.
Select the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window.
Now from the iTunes menu select Apps.
Same for the iPad.

I have an iMac and iPad and just purchased an iPhone5. I set-up iCloud on all of my devices and backed up on all three. I opened iTunes on my iMac and was able to see all of my apps under "Purchased." I clicked on several apps in order to download them to my iMac. The word "Downloaded" appears next to the icon of each app, however I can't find the apps anywhere on my iMac. They're not on the desktop, not in the Downloads folder, not in the Applications folder on my hard drive. I used Spotlight to search for them and don't find them anywhere. Help!

Ah, OK, makes sense. The salesperson in the Verizon store where I bought my iPhone said that there was no need to re-purchase my iPad apps for any of my devices but it sounds like he should have said only that I wouldn't have had to re-purchase them for my new iPhone.

Automatic app download from iCloud

I downloaded two apps on my iPhone today and neither appeared on my iPad. Both devices are on the cloud and have been updated with the most recent software. This isn't the first instance, but I don't understand why they aren't automatically downloading. It seems as if some do and some don't....

Use Flash Media Server to stream the files.......set up a timer and have all three of them play at once....and have a button switch the streams depending upon which stream you want to play.....and wallah......
you can also capture the stream.time from the video playing and resume from that point on the other videos as well....havent done this theoretically so I dont know how smooth the transistion between streams will be....but it can be done....
plus u may have to use double buffering techniques to make sure it starts up right away......

I downloaded some apps but I was not able to open them because there was an alert telling me that it was from an unverified author, anyway, something like that? How to solve it? Does it mean I can only download apps from Apple Store only?

Apps gets stuck when downloading from iCloud, shows as "waiting" but never downloaded

When I download an app already purchase from iCloud it gets stuck as waiting. It only happens with apps downloaded from iCloud as new apps download well.

It sounds like new apps are downloading without issue, but apps that are already on your account seem to never get done Waiting. I would start by deleting any apps you have that are currently stuck:
How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store
Tap and hold the app you want to delete.
The apps will begin to jiggle.
Tap the X on the app.
Then sign out of the account in your Settings:
iOS: Sign in with a different Apple ID in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap Sign Out.
Then restart your iPhone and try downloading an purchased app again to test the issue:
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

I'm not sure what you mean by the "music library" - are you looking in the Music app? Or the iTunes app (which is not the one to be looking in)?

Look for iCloud.
Look for Find My Mac option.

File hung on download from iCloud (pages, keynote, mac, iOS)

I've got two files, one in Pages and one in Keynote, that are hanging on the download from iCloud. No matter what device (mac, ipad, iphone) I use to view iCloud it shows the file partially downloaded and "updating." I can't select it and I can't delete it. Unfortunately, for both files, they're the only version of them I have. Other files come and go no problem.
I've tried reseting iCloud on all devices, restarting, reinstalling apps… no change. Would love to know what could be done about this.

You may have more luck in the iWork for iOS forum. In OSX it is easy to store the file locally.

Apps downloaded from appstore CRASH at startup (whatsapp-twitter-facebook)

Hi to all, im from argentina and i bought an iphone 5s 64gb.
The phone works really good in ios 7.1.2, but i upgrade to ios 8.0.2 (and then to 8.1) and from this moment phones constantly reboots (2 o 3 times per day), and all apps downloaded from appstore just DONT LAUNCH.
Whatsapp, twitter, facebook (apps that are functionally from most of ios 8.1 users) CRASHES AT STARTUP.
I restored to ios 8.0 (when apple still sing in), then to ios 8.0.2, then to ios 8.1, but no one solve my problem. I did it in normal mode, another time in dfu mode, but nothing works.
Native apps works fine in the phone, also official apple apps downloaded from appstore (like find my iphone), but apps like whatsapp, twitter, facebook DONOT WORKS.
The phone is under warranty until jan-2015, but im from argentina, and i dont have any apple store to assert my warranty.
Please apple technical support bring me an answer to this problem.... is that a hardware problem??
In general - privacy - diagnostic and usage there is a lot of bug reports...
in most of them the exception type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)
exception subtype: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE
in another sais exception type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGILL) without an exception subtype.

Problems Installing App Downloaded from iTunes Store; Error Code 0xE800000C.

I am unable to install a new app downloaded from the iTunes Store. I can connect with and download from iTunes with no problems. But when I go to install the new app, the installation first appears to proceed okay, but after several minutes a message shows up saying that the app was not installed, and giving this error code: 0xE800000C. During the installation, the progress bar pauses for quite a while at about one-fourth of the way across, then suddenly goes all the way across, and after that is when the message shows up. I also tried installing another app, an earlier version of the first one, with the same result. I have tried rebooting the phone and disabling my computer antivirus. I have been able to install apps to this phone in the past using this same computer. My iPhone has the latest software and I have the latest version of iTunes.
Any ideas how I can resolve this problem?

I actually found the answer to my problem. After posting this question I still proceeded to trying to find the answer through internet searches and noticed that my specific Fault Module Name was Quickset.qts. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it and now I can play the videos just fine.

Gatekeeper Open Apps Downloaded from anywhere issue

I've configured the gatekeeper to open apps downloaded from anywhere, howeverm everytime I open any app downloaded form internet it always asks the Acept/Deny question, it seems like it's bypassing the System Preference Gatekeeper settings.
What can I check?

The database in which Gatekeeper stores its settings may be corrupt. This procedure will reset all Gatekeeper settings to their defaults. Any changes that you made will be reverted, but can be restored from backup if there's no improvement.
Back up all data.
If you have more than one user account, you must be logged in as an administrator to carry out these instructions.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below to select it:
sudo cp /var/db/.SystemPolicy-default /var/db/SystemPolicy
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. If you don’t have a login password, you’ll need to set one before you can run the command. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up. Confirm. You don't need to post the warning. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
Quit Terminal, reboot, and test.

It has the Icloud icon in the top right hand corner of the cover and if i click on play it starts to download from Icloud again and it does this each time i wish to play it, the same now happens to all my purcased movies which of course uses additional ISP download allowance. Before the recent update and lay out of Itunes this didn't happen i just purchased a movie and downloaded it then synced it to my ipod and enjoyed it. But now this latest movie purchase will not download to my ipod. I have sent the problem to Itumes and if there is answer i havent received it. Appreciate any advice

You may need to download a lower resolution version of the movie in order for it to sync to your iPod.

To restore from an iCloud backup you have to erase the phone and start over. To do this, go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then go through the setup assistant again and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. There is no other way to do this.
Be sure you phone is connected to wifi and your charger as this is likely to take some time to finish.
