Mulitple Smartforms for single output type

Hi Experts,
I have 4 programs and 4 smartforms and One output type Z999.
Depends on Company code i need to generate appropriate smartform using VF02.
( 4 programs & 4 smartforms means,
US invoice, US Creditmemo, Canada Invoice and Canada creditmemo).
Is it possible to assign 4 smartforms & 4 programs in NACE transaction in single output type?
If it is not possible what is the way? Please adivise me.

I don't think so that you can not do it directly. But there is a workaround for your problem. You can define your output type as SAP script and enter program name and entry routine. You can ignore a SAP script name because you are going to use Smartforms. In this entry routine you will call different Smartforms based on company code of your document.
But why don't you use different output types for different documents? That would be the best solution.

Is there any Table to find spool no and corresponding program name. I know one table that will give only for background jobs TBTCP table. I want fore ground also

For one invoice functional peoples are configured. Here i know the outtype. But i don't know the program name .
Can any body please tell me how to find out the program name for the output type..?

Select Billing (V3)
Press 'Output Types' Button
In the next screen select the corresponding output type you want.
Then press 'Processing Routines' in the left pane. You can see the program name

Attaching multiple smartform to single output type

Hello Experts,
I have 2 different smartforms for invoice....
these two i have to call depending upon the type of customer.
I want to know that is it possible to attach both smartform to single output type ( in this case RD00).

If your question is if is it possible to have 2 different SMFs in one single output the answer is yes.

Help required: Two smartforms for same output type?

Dear All,
I have a requirement to display bill of lading for a shipment.
The shipment usually contains two kinds of materials.
The data to be displayed for the first set of materials data is different from what is
displayed for the second set/kind of materials. The layout(columns and structure) is entirely
different. But the user wants to see the two sets of data in two pages, (for the same output type).
But, from what I know, we can only associate one smartform to an output type.

V/30, just check your output type, if you click on form and routines there is option assigning multiple programs and forms (i,e, Upto 5).
Have not tried it , you can try and let us know your feedback

I have created the invoice with the delivery based. But that invoice is not moved to corresponding output type. The status is showing yellow color for the particular output type. Even if i created the number of invoices for different deliveries. I am getting the yellow color only.
After seeing the all the invoices I think that one more step need to do to process that invoice as green color.
Can any body tell me the way to egt green color..

Either use the program RSNAST00 to process the output type OR
Process the output type manually in VF02..VF02 -> Billing document -> Issue output to.

Where to find after "Archive and Install"

Hi everyone. I recently installed Leopard onto my Macbook. During the process, I used the archive and install feature to save all of my old data and files. Right now everything is located in the "Previous System" folder on my hard drive. I am trying to find my iCal information, but don't know where it's located. Does anyone know?
I didn't backup any of my calendars. I didn't think I would have to since all the information should already be saved.

If you actually accomplished an Archive and Install, you should be able to open iCal and the previous calendar information will populate your upgraded iCal. What calendar information is displayed in iCal when you open the application?
If your old calendars are not displayed you should be able to find your previous information in folders named something like 4A1DC586-14EC-4D42-B659-BEBA31968385.calendar in the Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/iCal/Sources Folder of your previous system folder. There will be as many of these folders as you had calendars on the previous system, but they will have different alpha numeric names on your computer than the example which I just gave you.
Open these oddly named folders and you will find the corestorage.ics files containing your former calendars.
Use iCal to import the corestorage files by using the iCal>File>Import... menu command to navigate to and import the appropriate corestorage.ics file for each of your calendars.
Did you ever use .Mac? If so, you may also have calendar information that can be retrieved from that service.

There is no PLL directories or OLB directories. Just copy these files in one of the folder defined in the FORMS_PATH variable.

Just finished setting up the printer. Hooray it was easier than I thought. But now I have a print out that said I need to create an account. I already have an account so I signed in. But I cannot find the Devices tab or where to enter the printer's claim code. Could someone from HP or another user assist me. Export / Find KM documents and corresponding metadata

I have created a repository that consists of XML Forms documents; to each document I have added several predefined metadata.
I need to export this information (metadata with the correspondent name of the document) to a BW system.
Is it possible to find this information directly in the portal dB? Or maybe is the somehow a way to customize the standard reporting feature so I can create a XML document containing this information?
Any ideas?

I suppose you need the URL of the file which are stored in the /documents folder of KM. You can find its URL by clicking on the context menu of the file. Then go to Settings->Properties->Click on Access Links tab and there you'll find the required value in the target URL.

MVC: Where to find the model and the table select in standard BSP apps?

We are going to use MSS with the appraisal-application
which is written in BSP and 'e-recruiting'. Both applications use the MVC-design pattern. We are going to do some modifications, but are struggling a bit since MVC is a new topic for us. How is the best way to get an overview of the controllers and views and call sequences in an existing application? We have done this by debugging, but are there other ways to find the 'starting controller', etc. ?
Where can we find the model-code which reads the table-values into the internal table?
We have read a lot about how nice MVC is - how the design gives you a better overview of the application. But without any docuemtation of the design we are quite lost. What are others experiences on this?

let's see if I can answer your questions (at least partially).
The main controller is the one you normally call directly in your browser (or after some introduction pages like login etc.). It's typically called start.do or main.do (but can differ). So if you call in the browser:

just call se80, choose the application myappl and double-click on start.do. There you can get the name of the controller class (just double-click on the class name).
The standard model class is called CL_BSP_MODEL. The model classes from the application inherit from this class.

Where to drop EXS24 samples and corresponding instrument files?

Forgive the ultra-noobness of this question. Searching has given no answers.
I want to install third party EXS samples of trumpet sounds. I understand that the EXS instrument file has a corresponding .wav or .aiff sample file.
Where should they be stored so EXS can play them?
