Where to find the jar fie for the following packages
Hi All,
Can any one help me to find out the Following jar file. i am unable to find the jar file for these package.
import com.sapportals.wcm.repository.ICollection;
thanks in advance.
It is in bc.rf.framework_api.jar
But the best way to find out is to use the classLocator to search for the jar files containing specific class files.
Check out this thread.
How to search for a class to know it is in which Jar file
Also you will get lots of document on the sourceforge home page as to how to use to class locator
Hope this helps.

Where do I put the .jar file for the database connection?
I am trying to connect to an Oracle 11g database. I see under the coldfusion settings summary that the java version is 1.7.0_55. So I downloaded the ojdbc7.jar file from Abode.com. Now the question is where do I put it so that coldfusion can access it?
Of course I need to set up the database connection (which I still don't have the connection string for), but I still need to know where to put the ojdbc.jar file.
Thanks.jasonwryan wrote:What does the man page say?
The program has builtin defaults and temperature thresholds but users
can specify their own settings in configuration files
/etc/default/i8kmon and ~/.i8kmon. The daemon defines 4 states with
different fan speeds ({0 0}, {1 0}, {1 1}, {2 2}) and for each state
are defined the temperature thresholds which cause the switching to a
higher or lower state. Furthermore each state can have different
thresholds for operation on ac power or battery. For example the fol‐
lowing configuration:
I've put the following file in /etc/default/i8kmon:
# Run as daemon, override with --daemon option
set config(daemon) 0
# Automatic fan control, override with --auto option
set config(auto) 1
# Report status on stdout, override with --verbose option
set config(verbose) 1
# Status check timeout (seconds), override with --timeout option
set config(timeout) 1
# Temperature thresholds: {fan_speeds low_ac high_ac low_batt high_batt}
set config(0) {{-1 0} -1 50 -1 50
set config(1) {{-1 1} 50 70 50 70}
set config(3) {{-1 2} 70 128 70 128}
But it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm running a Dell Inspiron 3521 with no dedicated GPU, so it only has one fan. I was somehow able to get i8kmon to work in Ubuntu by putting this config in /etc/i8kmon, but can't get it to work in Arch. Putting it in /etc/i8kmon and /etc/default/i8kmon doesn't do anything. -
Where to find MD5 or SHA1 for the JRE/JDK?
I am trying to download the latest 1.6 JRE and JDK, but I don't see any MD5/SHA1 hashes?
Anyone know where I can get these (from Oracle, not a third party).
Given recent security issues, I would be surprised if they didn't offer these.
Thanks!That's not completely true. It depends on where you download it from. For example you can go to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-downloads-javase7-521261.html#jdk-7u17-oth-JPR which will let you choose which build of 7u17 you want. You can download Windows x86 (or x64) which will download the entire offline installation. I also use http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre_32/tech/14874/ (becuase I trust it). While I download the EXEs and MSIs from oracle's website, filehippo has MD5 hashes listed. Just an idea. If you're needing a script that can get MD5 hashes you could like at using AutoIt. It has a build hashing function. The scripting language is easy to use and it has a strong community (http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/docs/libfunctions/_Crypt_HashFile.htm).

How to install the jar files for the cf extensions
Hi,
In adobe labs I saw some extensions you can download for
cf/flex. They seem to be a bunch of jar files and a plugins
directory. How do I use these. I did not see any documentation?
Where do these files go? I think a web-inf dir or something like
that but I am not sure.
That is question 1.
Question 2:
If I want to build a flex application that uses CF, what is
the basic site structure that one would use that would allow them
to have the code relatively in the same spot and make use of remote
objects. Typically we have a web server IIS or apache or whatever
or even CF's own built in webserver, under that we have our apps
wwwroot/myApp
wwwroot/salesCRM
This is fine for a traditional CF application, but if we are
using flex, it seems like it wants to default all my flex files
into the mydocuments/flex folder and not under any webroot, I guess
I am looking on how to setup my files in terms of developing an app
that will utilize Flex/CF.
Thanks
-WestSideFound it.
I had to change the value of the parameter com.sap.aii.connect.repository.name under CE - Administration - Properties Administration. -

Where can I find the JAR-File of the JDAPI-demo FormDumper ?
Hi,
I would like to compile the JDAPI-demo FormDumper
and cannot find the right jar-file of :
import oracle.forms.util.Getopt.*; .
Thanks,
FriedholdOk there is no place to find the getopt file. forms 10.1.2.2.0) One needs the corrected version of the formdumper program which elimates calling it.
btw to compile this one would need to do:
set CLASSPATH=c:\devsuite\forms\java\frmjdapi.jar;
javac FormDumper.java
to run it I found this necessary:
set CLASSPATH=c:\FormDumper.class;c:\devsuite\forms\java\frmjdapi.jar;
java FormDumper c:\\mydirectory\\myform.fmb >myform.out
/* modified version of the corrected version */
/* Subject: How To Implement The Code From 'A JDAPI Programming Example' From Forms Online Help?
Doc ID: Note:428083.1 Type: HOWTO
Last Revision Date: 23-APR-2007 Status: PUBLISHED
Applies to:
Oracle Forms - Version: 9.0.5.2 to 10.1.2.2
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
The goal of this document is to explain how to make the sample code provided in the java class FormDumper 'A JDAPI Programming Example' from Forms OnLine help work.
When used as it is provided in the documentation it fails, because 'import oracle.forms.util.getopt.*; not found'.
Solution
The sample code provided in the 'A JDAPI Programming Example' Forms OnLine help has the following line:
import oracle.forms.util.getopt.*;
When trying to compile the FormDumper.java the compilation fails with 'import oracle.forms.util.getopt.*; import not found'. This import fails due to the fact that util.jar library is not available with the standard Forms iDS. The solution to have the FormDumper class is to use another code in which util.jar is not used.
Sample code to be used:
import java.io.File;
import java.io.PrintWriter;
import java.io.FileWriter;
import java.text.MessageFormat;
import oracle.forms.jdapi.*;

Options for when an iOS device gets locked because of forgotten passcode:
Restore (and reset passcode) on your device by connecting it to the last computer to which it was connected:
iTunes: Backing up, updating, and restoring iOS software - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
If you cannot connect it to the computer to which the device was last connected (or the device was never connected to a computer) you will have to use recovery mode to completely reset the device, losing all data:
iOS: Unable to update or restore - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 - recovery mode (e.g., cannot connect to computer last used to sync device, iTunes still asks for a password)
If recovery does not work there's:

where can i find a Labview driver for the "8990a PEAK POWER ANALYZER" it's not on NI's site.
if there is no driver maybe you can tell me the closest instrument that comes to this one from the list at,
http://search.ni.com/query.html?lk=1&col=alldocs&nh=500&rf=3&ql=&pw=595&qp=%2BContentType%3AInstrumentDriver+%2BIDNetManufacturer%3A%22Hewlett-Packard%22&qt=peak+power+analyzer&layout=IDNet
so i could modify and use the driverHello,
It looks like Agilent/HP makes the 8990A, but I was not able to find a driver for it that we or Agilent has written for this device.
Since I am not familiar with the 8990A, I cannot recommend which drivers might be similar, but you are pointed in the right direction. Agilent themselves might know more about which models use similar command sets so that you can modify a driver easily.
Hope this helps.
