Where to get D2KUTIL.PLL and D2KWUT32.DLL

Can any one tell me where can i download D2KUTIL.PLL and D2KWUT32.DLL from ?
I need to use window API open file dialog
in my Oracle Web applications ( FORM 6i ).
I couldn't find these 2 files in my local ORACLE HOME directory and FORM Server.
I have tried http://oracle-ftp.oracle/dev_tools, but
it's not accessable currently.

I’m doing some studying about PL/SQL Hierarchical Profiler. Studying PL/SQL Hierarchical Profiler I needed to run plshprof.exe, which is supposed to be in $ORACLE_HOME/bin/, but it isn’t.

it explains that there is a bug in the version and that it can be fixed by patching to 11.1.0.7.
I don’t know how to apply a patch (or where to get it) to do this. I tried browsing oracl.com, but didn’t find anything.
I hope it’s not like an upgrade and that I don’t have to download 1.7GB of data.
Please advice...

You can only get patches from My Oracle Support website (https://support.oracle.com). You will need a valid Customer Support Identifier (CSI) to access this site - a CSI is given when you purchase a support contract from Oracle Support.
If you do not have a CSI, one option would be to download and install 11gR2, assuming you have qualified hardware/software.

Please can anybody let me know which the field from which i can get line item details and material for the service order given?
I am using CRM_ORDER_READ to retrieve the values. In that i am exporting 4 fields - et_orderadm_h, et_orderadm_i, et_product_i, et_doc_flow. So from where to get line items and material id from these fields?
I will be very thankful if i get the answer of this question.

The attribute NUMBER_INT of ET_ORDERADM_I contains the Item Number.

I'm getting a 400 and 404 error when going to a known good web site. However, right clicking and opening Firefox as administrator, it works & I get no error.

same user account, same session - running Firefox as a standard user, there's one particular website where I get a 400 and 404 error. Closing Firefox then reopening by right clicking and running as administrator it works. Why? I have no extensions and all add-ons are either up to date or if not, have tried disabling with no resolution of problem.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.

To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

I want to use piclist.pll file ,in the help of Oracle Forms6 ,saying to get it from STANDARD20.OLB ,But in my Oracle Dev there is no picklist.pll and standard20.olb file.
So from where i cant get these file.

You said it was a network drive. So is someone else on the network using that same file or may have have left with excel still accessing it on their system?

I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.

As James says, make sure that you are using the IMAP servers for your email. You will need to check the help pages for your email provider to get the correct settings in all your devices. POP really doesn't fit the needs of todays mutiple access, always on internet, so you are better off moving to IMAP.

Just connect it to a computer's USB port.
Most wall chargers are dual voltage (110- 220 volts) and only require a plug adopter. Check the wall charger to see if yours is.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with a Windows OS dll.
