Where to I start USDA loan process?

Should I start with my credit union who does USDA loans? Or should I start with one of those Internet companies who blast on their website they handle USDA loans. Or do I start with a bank? Or should contact the builder of the community I'm considering?

Trust her! the handbook is key if you qualify to go direct, start with the closest USDA office. If you have to go guaranteed, does your credit union write USDA loans? I actually intially planned to go guaranteed and was in the process with Bridgeview bank. Direct has a better rate and lower fees, so if you can do it that way that would be my reccomendation.Leavingthecity and I were on roughly the same timeline (unti she hit appraisal issue ) Mine closed on Monday as scheduled. Re-Start Active Sync process where ever it was left

I was forced to delete the SA runner active sync process. By this time the process completed 200 records.
Now I want to re-start the Async process from 201 record.
Any ideas how to achieve this?

ActiveSync sorts by the uniqueId for each record.
1) Backup the full files as you will need to copy back over the modified files for processing a subset of the records
2) Make sure the ActiveSync & FFAS files are sorted correctly
3) delete the 200 records that processed already such that the 201 is the beginning
4) Before processing the diffs of the modified ActiveSync & FFAS files you need to complete a processing of the modified FFAS file without any diffs (ActiveSync = FFAS). This tricks AS into starting at the 201 without reprocessing the 1st 200.
5) Now process the modified ActiveSync against the modified FFAS.
6) On completion set both the modified files back to the saved full AS so all records exist for future executions

USDA Loan question

My husband and I would like to start the process for USDA Guaranteed Loan possibly next weekend. On average, how long does it take to get an approval letter so I can start looking at houses more seriously? I actually already saw a house that just got on the market yesterday. I would love to call the realitor to schedule an appointment to go tour the home but I don't want to set up tat appointment till I have an official letter from loan officer.

She replied, "You go shopping". I contacted a realtor and that same day went to see a houese. Anywho, we made an offer on the first home and didn't get it. A few days later, we saw another home. We toured it and put in an offer. We found out the next day it was accepted. My option period started yesterday. I have emailed her all the docs required. The inspection is scheduled for Wednesday 7/22/15. I guess we will be in the same boat with USDA loan. We will see what our time lines look like.. hopefully everything will go well for the both of us.

Start a Task Process Action in SPD 2013 does not expand SharePoint Groups

I created a site workflow in SPD 2013, and added a "start a task process". I specified that the participants would be a group, the tasks would be created in parallel and "Assign a task to each member with groups" is checked.
I did check after the fact that "ExpandGroup" is "Yes" in the properties.
However, when executed, the group gets assigned a task, not individual users within the group.
I have seen other postings where others have the same issue, but no resolutions besides MS is investigating. Is this some issue with my setup? I have tried this in multiple environments with the same results.

According to your description, you create a workflow with “Start a task process” in SharePoint 2013 Designer, and the participants was a group, and you had make sure that the “ExpandGroup” was “Yes”. However, when executed, the workflow didn’t assign
the task to individual users within the group.
I reproduced the process, and in my testing , everything worked well.
When you start the workflow and view the workflow, you will see the Assigned to field is the group. And when you open the related tasks, you will note that there are some new tasks related to individual users within the group. It means that the “ExpandGroup”
works correctly.
If the issue still exists, please create an approval workflow with SharePoint 2010 Designer platform, and set the same configuration to test.

PROBLEM:IOException starting Java runtime process

Hi all,
I am new to java and I have the following problem: I have created an applictaion using jbuilder (windows xp) that consists of various frames.
The application was compling and running at the PC I used to create it . Now, I am using a new PC with 2 processors (intel Pentium (D) 3.6) and I get the following error when trying to run the already developed application. Also, I tried to build a new application and I still get the same error.
I would be very greatful for your comments/suggestions..

Maybe your classpath is wrong. You can go to the path where is the instalation and into the directory bin you must `type javac or javaws if you obtain a list of options every is ok and you must set the enviroment variable to this path.

Confused about who/what starts the dgraph process(es)

After the initial set up the data loading scripts started the dgraph processes. (That is what it seemed like, as they started after those scripts were run.)
But now they start when the Platform Services (aka EAC) is started.
And a second part to this question - when the dgraphs start they already have data loaded. Where did they get that data? Don't the data loading scripts need to be run for them to have any data?

(Guess I can't delete that post.)
Coworker answered my questions. Once the data is grabbed/processed from the relational db, it is kept in flat files. These are used by the dgraph process when it starts. After the very first data load the dgraphs are started by the EAC.

Oracle 9i , what starts the server process

I'm reading the documentation about the server process which communicates with the client process eg sqlplus. But I'm not sure about how the server process is started. Imagine a server where the instance is not running . I log in via sqlplus /nolog , connect as sysdba and execute the startup command. According to the documentation it is the server process which starts the instance , but what starts the server process. Perhaps it is the sqlplus process. And if i log in using sqlplus over the network , I communicate with the listner, in this case is it the listener which starts the server process. ?

stop emctl processes
usind oidctl to stop OID instance
start the listener

Start unix & windows process as root

Hello,
i've a problem with starting a unix process as root in java. I tried Runtime.getRuntime().exec(cmd) where cmd is "su -c /sbin/ifconfig" but i cannot link to input stream af this process to enter password beacuse it says that only by tty is allowed. What can i do? I've the same problem in windows Xp. I would start administrative tools as netsh.

my situation is:
- i'm running a java application as a normal user;
- in unix, i've to modify system files (/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/*) from the java application, so i've to gain root access. the su command doesn't work and the sudo command requires a file, configured by the root, with the user allowed to run that command and i'm not sure that on all system the user that's running this program is in this list. so what can i do?
- in windows i've the same problem; but in windows i have to run netsh as administrator. What can i do?

Error in starting WebLogic Server Process

Hi,
Few comments here...
1) Seems your environment is not setup correctly but that is not the big cause here.....
2) This one is important, it seems that you installed weblogic using a different account and are trying to run it from a different account.
So the account with which you are trying to run weblogic does not have proper permission on
MW_HOME\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\fmwconfig\bootstrap\cwallet.sso
Right click on the file and go in properties ..
Enable full control,modify,Read and execute,read and write permissions for the user you are trying to start weblogic and apply it.
if this simple steps doesnt work, please enable more logging by adding "-Djava.security.debug=jpspolicy" to startup option and grab more details.

I install Sun Directory Server 6.0 on Windows:
1. Installation
dsee_deploy install -c DS -i D:\DirectoryServer
2. Create Instance
D:\DirectoryServer\ds6\bin\dsadm create D:\DirectoryServer\ds
3. Start instance
D:\DirectoryServer\ds6\bin\dsadm start D:\DirectoryServer\ds
And get folloving error:
Server not running ! Failed to start ns-slapd process
Server's log is empty.
What I can do to solve this problem ?
I see topic with this problem on UNiX platform, and
how about Windows 2003? I make installation as Administrator.

Then I start DirectoryServer:

Asking for iCloud account name and password to play iTunes radio when I have done it in the past many times without this question. Will not accept my apple id and password. Will not save my changed password. Where do I start?

I have a MAC with OS X Yosemite, version 10.10.2, 8GB, 2.7 GHz, intel core i5. Until 2 days ago, I could click on iTunes radio, pick my station and listen. Then 2 days ago, I do this and system asks for my iCloud account id and password. Does not recognize apple id or password. I change the password, does not save it. Screen that lists 2 step verification asks for added security questions, I do those and still will not allow me access. What do I do and where do I start? I thought I should download the update to OS X. I did that, still no change. Please help direct me to where I need to go to fix this problem.

Restoring an iPad from an iTunes-generated backup should not require an Apple ID password.
Did you encrypt the iPad backup? If so, then trying to restore will require entering the encryption password.

Getting error while Startting a BPM process programmatically

I am getting an error while trying to start the BPM process programmatically. What i have done till now is
1. Created a WS in process composer
2. Binded this ws with start of the process
3. Created input parameters
4. Testing it in WS Navigator
I am following this doc /people/arafat.farooqui/blog/2009/08/13/introduction-to-sap-netweaver-bpm-part-4
and I am getting error while testing in WS Navigator. I am getting error at the last step i.e. in result step and the error is

Thanks for replying. Yes i have completed the output mapping. Input parameters i need for this service are :
1. cn_comments
ca_comments
2. cn_planningGroup
ca_account
ca_serialnumber
and few more attributes
Now, what i did was i have created a complex type and added elements in it. But to my surprise i was not able to get these nodes and elements in output mapping. So, i changed the type of "parameter" from "new operation" to my complex type. By doing this i was able to get my nodes and elements in output mapping. Now i tested the entire thing in WS Navigator and i got that error.
Please suggest how o proceed.

You cannot install the apps on the car.
The cars head unit is merely acting as an interface to the apps on the device.
If you want to use those apps in the car, plug the device in and leave it plugged in.
