Where to load Vehicle Document Links

Hi experts,
we are extracting data for automotive using BI content.
Enabled the DataSource 0AU_VM_BW_GD in order to load documents linked to a vehicle, we don't know where to load these data, because the DSO provided (0AUVMSO01) deals with Vehicle data and does not have the correct InfoObjects.
How we can manage this? Anyone has experienced this before?

Where can I find document link ?

Hello,
we have to migrate QM-Notifications, which have documents attached with the services for object-button. The migration of the Notifications is not a problem. However we don't find where the attached documents physically are stored. I searched these forums for 2 days and I tried a lot, but still I only find ID's of all kind. Which function gives me the path to my attached document ? I want to migrate the path if possible, not retrieve the document itself.
Can you please help me as soon as possible ?

I have had to deal with a similar problem. Here is my understanding of the addresses. There is a field in the sales order partner table (VBPA-ADRNR) that links the partner to an address. When you create an order, the address number is copied from the customer master. If you change the address on the order, then VBPA-ADRNR is given a new number to store the new address that you just created.
When you create with reference, the address number in VBPA-ADRNR is copied from the reference order to the new order. If that number is different than what is in the customer master and you change the address on the new order, then the reference order will also be changed because they are tied to the same address number (ADRNR).
The solution is to change copy control. In copy control you can exclude copying the address number when creating with reference. If you do that, then the address in the new order will be the same as the customer master. However, you can then change it without affecting the referenced order. Keep in mind, that if you do this, you won't be able to copy the changed address in the reference order to the new order.

I would like to load some documents to Muse before linking them to anything. Is there a way to do that?
So far I have been writing text and linking a new file / document from my computer to that text..... but I don't really need that text as I just need the document to modified an HTML and include it in table later on...

According to your description, my understanding is that the add new document link was not working on machine where Office web apps set up with this SharePoint server after you upgraded SharePoint team sites
from 2010 to 2013.
For your issue, it can be caused by integrating Office Web Apps with upgraded SharePoint Site.
Firstly please make sure claims-based authentication is used by the SharePoint web application that is used to create the new document. Only web applications that use claims-based authentication can open
files in Office Web Apps. To determine the authentication provider for a web application, follow these steps:
1.In SharePoint 2013 Central Administration, click Manage web applications.
2.Select the web application that you want to check, and click Authentication Providers on the ribbon.
The authentication provider must be displayed as Claims Based Authentication for Office Web Apps to work correctly with the web application. To resolve this issue, you can delete the web application and recreate
it using claims-based authentication, or you can change the authentication method of the web application.
Secondly, make sure the WOPI zones match on the SharePoint 2013 and the Office Web Apps Server farm.
To do this, run the following command on the SharePoint Server:
Get-SPWopiZone
The result will be one of the following:.
internal-https
internal-http
external-https
external-http
Next, run the following command on the SharePoint Server.
Get-SPWOPIBinding
In the output, look for WopiZone: zone. If the results from Get-SPWopiZone don’t match the zone that is returned by Get-SPWOPIBinding, run the Set-SPWOPIZone -Zone cmdlet on the SharePoint Server to change
the WOPI zone to match the result from Get-SPWOPIBinding.
If not work, you can try to disconnect SharePoint 2013 from Office Web Apps Server and re-configure Office Web Apps for SharePoint 2013.

Hi Guys,
I am creating the library using object model with custom content type. When i am opening document from custom content type, the meta data fields are not displaying in the document and throwing below error.
The document information panel was unable to load. the document will continue to open. For more information, contact your system adminsitrator.
Document Information Panel cannot open a new form.
The form contains schema validation errors.
Content for element '{http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2006/metadata/propertiesRoot}properties' is incomplete according to the DTD/Schema.
Expecting: {http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2006/metadata/properties}properties.
But after saving the document, then meta data is enabled.

Hi,
For a better troubleshooting, I suggest to do as follows:
1. Please try to update the Location column's schema by following the steps below.
1) Go to Site Settings -> "Site Columns"
2) Click on "Location", after the page is opened. Don't modify any settings, click "OK" to forcibly update the field's schema.
2. Re-edit the document information panel template to see if the issue still occurs.
Please go to the Library setting > click the corresponding content type(need to enable managed of content types in Advanced settings) > click Document Information Panel settings.

Error while loading service Document Services Configuration (NW 7.0 SP13)

Hello,
I'm in the process of configuring the Adobe Document Services. Now I've received the Certificate + Credentials from SAP which I requested as described in Note 736902. I try to install them according to the Adobe Document Services Configuration Guide which I've downloaded from https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/90355269-4d89-2a10-0bb9-f388704f1dcd. [original link is broken] I've copied the pfx File to /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/AdobeDocumentServices/TrustManagerService/trust/credentials.
Then I started Visual Administrator and opened Server <x> → Services → Document Services Configuration. Here I get this Error returned:
Error while loading service Document Services Configuration
com.sap.engine.services.adminadapter.exception.AdminException: com/adobe/ads/service/configuration/swing/CredentialTabUI
Does anyone has a hint how I can resolve this problem?

Forcing "Open cross-document links in same window" to be unchecked

Hi All,
I am distributing a PDF document set where there is one PDF with well over a hundred links to other PDFs which are located in sub-folders.
The set will be distributed on USB thumb drives.
It will be simplest for users if they have "Open cross-document links in same window" unchecked.
Is there a way I can "force" it to be unchecked?
During a test, someone got a security warning: "This document is trying to access abcd.pdf" Allow/Block. Why are they getting that message when there is no Internet request?

Error loading XML Document from /analytics/saw.dll/common/privileges.xml

I tested my procedure for upgrading from OBI 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6 which was successful. I had to rollback to OBI 11.1.1.5 using my database backup and VM snapshot due to project requirements.
The OBI application successfully comes up but users who login just get "Error loading XML Document from /analytics/saw.dll/common/privileges.xml?fmapID=KqIJCw. The response given was: ". They can't close this message box so are unable to do anything.
How can I fix this?

You can face this issue with other versions of OBIEE 11.*
Problem cab be solved as follows:
Go to http://localhost:7001/em > coreapplication > Capacity Management > Scalibility >
1. Lock and edit
2 .increase number of presentation services to 2
3. restart opmn component.
Go to coreapplication > Availibility > processes
1 .please note that in deployment > catalog > change path of catalog field from $coreapplication to path where your catalog resides.
2. Take down your primary instance.
3. As your secondary is up, it will grant you to browse you through catalog and dashboards.
If you want to run primary instance of presentation services
Go to path \Middleware\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips2
except catalog and catalog manager > Copy all other files to coreapplication_obips1
restart opmn component > problem solved.!!!

Scan to pdf failed to load pdf document (wireless)

I have a photosmart d110a and I cannot scan wireless to PDF file (get error failed to load pdf document)
I am able to scan to JPEG,
This has always worked before.
This is on multiple computers: ChromeOS, and Mac operating systems.
I have checked to see if software update to date and it is.
I have unplugged printer to see if that would help and did not.
Printing works fine with no problems.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Where the loaded files are stored?

I loaded excel file with data in my FDM app. After the file loaded It could be seen in my HFM app (choosing "Restore Source Document"). Question: where this loaded excel file is stored?

I think there is still some confusion over what can go where.
RoboHelp as a program needs to be installed on the user's PC.
Projects can be stored on a network drive but note that it will be a bit slower and may not be acceptable if your network is slow. Generally it works OK if you accept some processes will be a bit slower. Although more than one user with Rh on their own PC can access the network project, working this way is only intended to allow one person at a time to access the project. If you want multiple authors on the project simultaneously, you need source control.
The outputs you generate from a project should be generated to the same drive as the project, wherever that may be. WebHelp can also be published (it different process) to a web server.

Automatic printing of a document linked to an Equipment

Good day SAP Experts,
I have a question which I hope there is a simple answer to within SAP.
I have created some documents that are stored in a seperate pc and are linked to SAP PM equipments. (Transaction CV01N)
I can follow the link from the equipment back to the document, open and view/change this document and also when the document is open, I can print it.
So far so good, now is the tricky bit, I create a PM work order for this Equipment, I can see there is a document linked to the equipment, so I want this documnet to be printed automatically when I release and print the work order.
To put it simply, my request is similar to having received an email with an attachment, I want the attachment to be printed in full when I request the email to printed.
In the customising of DMS I have found :
Application Type
This key controls the processing of original application files with applications in document info records.
Use
For authorization purposes, you can define the following settings for each application, depending on the data carrier type:
1 - Display
2 - Change
3 - Print
But I cannot get option 3 to work or am I misunderstanding the use of "3-Print"

Hi Leslie
The print function in workstation applications won't automatically print the documents attached to an equipment. This function is designed to allow you to print using the print button in a SAP DIR or from CV04N, not for automated printing when a work order is released. This would require either an ABAP enhancement or a product like Seal.
The problem with linking a document to an equipment and printing it is that the equipment could have any documents linked including photos and numerous procedures or work instructions designed for different tasks. Unless all documents are relevant for all tasks, you could easily find yourself in a position where you end up printing 5 documents you don't need every time you release an order. This is the reason that the best technical solution is rather to link the document as a product resource tool to a maintenance order or task list. This indicates in SAP that the document is a tool required for that specific maintenance order or task and you can select different documents for different tasks and the order in which the documents should be used because without this the results could have serious safety impacts. I.e. ensure that the person follows the tag out procedure before trying to do another task on the equipment.

Have you tried simply outputting iusing the htp.p function? for example:

To load data from an SAP System we have IDoc, and ABAP Proxies, for this we require an Middleware tech, SAP PI is recommended as it come with pre-delivered object that can be used.
