Where to request the CD/DVD CS5 Master Collection

Where can I request the CD/DVD CS5 Master Collection? I plan on reformating a computer but I'm missing a cd in my old install files. I still have a working serial code. I tried to download file but really perfer a CD/DVD since I keep on getting errors and my internet connection isn't the greatest. Any help would be great. Thanks. I heard the cds for the CS5 master collection is just $9.95?

you can't purchase old software discs via adobe.
you can either purchase via a third party or download from adobe.

Hey Everybody,
Sorry--I know there must be some cue I am over looking somewhere, but what is the Contents DVD fo in the 4 disk CS5 Master Collection Installation Pack? I have installed everything on a new MacBook Pro. First 3 DVDs are very logical (in terms of what they contain and how to install them), but the 4th one just has a bunch or read-me files in various languages. Is there something on this disk I need to install?

CS5 Master collection is partly not working with certain programs within the program

Some of the programs in CS5 Master collection aren't working. but some are. When I open the onse that don't they actually try to but then "Stop working" and crashes. I even tried to re-install the whole thing again but it says that some files are not in the same place. Whats does that even mean?.....

The best option would be to uninstall it completely using Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then reinstall it, you should be logged in as administrator with complete privileges.

CS5 Master Collection Installation Issue

I have a 15in retina display mac running on mavericks. I recently ran a clean up software for my computer and it deleted all my adobe applications. When I try to install from the disk I get the error "installer failed to initialize" and adobe support advisor did not detect an issue. I've tried just about everything and I can't get it back. Any help would be much appriciated! I can supply any additional information you might need

Having trouble Deactivating CS4 and CS5 Master Collection

I had the CS4 and CS5 Master Collection installed on my Macbook Pro and Mac Pro. I have recently reinstalled the OS and did not deactivate the software before I did this. How do I go about doing this so I can reinstall the software? The software serial number thinks that I already have the software installed because it has not been deactivated but I am just trying to reinstall it on the same computers since I wiped the hard drives.

If you're having problems reactivating your software, and have no way of deactivating its previous installation(s), then the only way to do it is to contact Adobe cust service / tech support, who with luck can work on it from their end.

No.
Serial numbers are Mac only or Windows only. There is a platform swap process (from Mac to PC etc) but only for CS6.
As a CS5 owner, your choices are to either pay to upgrade to CS6 for Mac or join the Cloud.

Under this address, CC has been purchased in July 21st, 2014, that is the reason it is not allowing further purchase as under one Adobe ID, only one subscription of CC( Individual, single app, Team) can be activated & used.

I've tried to install a downloaded version of cs5 master collection using the same serial number i used by installing it with the installation dvds and the error message says it's an invalid serial number

as my adobe cs 5 master collections keeps having icc profiles and visualization issues, i've tried to reinstall the hole package. my mac book pro dvd reader is broken, so i downloaded from the adobe website a master collection and tried to install it with the serial number i used in the former installation but a error messages says that it's an invalid serial number.
i've already tried to install from the dvd's in another mac and it worked, with the same serial number, so i'm out of solutions.
any thoughts that may help me?

Respecto a la instalación, repito la lección de ruta es un paso, que puede pasarse por alto, aunque no sé si la instalación convencional reconoce una red entre varios equipos.
No hay ningun mensaje que indique que descargas una versión u otra, tampoco hay o sale ningun mensaje cuando instalas un programa en chino, eso si, al introducir el no. de serie (que no es el adquirido para la versión en chino) te dice que no es válido y punto. No más explicaciones.
Asi que por favor explicanos lo preguntado al rincipio, o vuleve a descargar la versión correcta, en el idioma correcto y desde un lugar oficial de Adobe.
Creo que Adobe te puede facilitar esa descarga a traves de la web "Licensing" con unas claves que te facilitarán si logras ponerte en contacto directo con ellos en tu país, (que tampoco sabemos cúal es). Suerte.

Buying the right Lenovo w530 for CS5 Master Collection; I should be smarter, but time is an issue!?!

I'm buying a Lenovo w530 for graphic design and video editing on CS5 Master Collection - the whole package!
I have various solutions for HD setup, but no knowledge of hardware or setup in general for a complete machine where the various parts complement each other in a way that there is no obvious bottleneck coming up to fast.
RAID 0 SETUP ON A LAPTOP VERY IMPORTANT???
I'm following lynda.com for various online lessons as this is not my primary occupation, and one of the instructors stresses the need for a raid 0 setup.
Having to do this means ordering directly from Lenovo in the US, because they need to install another devise in the machine.
I prefer not to as I live in Denmark. It's so much easier dealing with local suppliers, and the possibilities that’s already in the machine. I realize that in desktop systems you'll prefer larger solutions with more drives and faster connections. In the Lenovo I’m limited by different setups.
HARD DRIVE SETUP - SSD or 7200 for OS and then what for working disc???
Do I really need raid 0 on a laptop for working files (small web videos) or will SSD Sata III do?

I hope my system will recognize the NVIDIA card as a friendly given that’s it’s so much newer than my Master Collection CS5.
I'm curious as to where in this system the first bottleneck will be when I start working.

I do not own and have never used a W530, however having played with various laptop and desktop setups running CS5 I have the following to offer you:
- Suggest the i7-3720QM over the more expensive and ever so slightly faster i7-3820QM CPU
- Suggest sticking with the K2000M vs. the K1000M with 1/2 the number of cores (you will need to do the ever so common "hack" for Adobe to recognize this GPU; don't worry, this is not a risky step, you simply need to find and delete a text file after installing the software)
- You can go with either a 7200 rpm boot or SSD choice for the OS / programs; the SSD will perform normal PC chores faster, but the performance level of the boot drive will not impact Premiere Pro as much as the additional drive(s) that you have
- Suggest you get a third party solution for adding the optical bay 2nd HD (or SSD); I would choose the 750GB Seagate Momentus to insert into it (NewModeUS, eBay sellers, etc.); this will save you a lot of money and will work just fine.
- In the USA you can request 16GB in 2 sticks so presumably you could expand to 32GB later with minimal cost; do this if you can
- Suggest start with W530 loaded and configured with Adobe and see if it performs fast enough for you. And, if you want more speed, you could add a USB 3.0 (W530 does not support eSATA like the W520 did) external drive to give you a bit more performance.
- Of course big, fast, expensive SSDs would be faster (and smaller) for your optical bay and / or USB 3.0 connected drives, but they are very expensive (per GB) compared with 7200 laptop drives and you most likely will be just fine without it.

Loading CS5 Master Collection onto new Macbook Pro with no DVD drive

I have a complete, legitimate, registered version of CS5 Master Collection. I also have a new Macbook Pro with no DVD drive. I have lost the disk, but have the box and confirmation email when I registered the product, with the key code. This product cost alot of money and I really need to get it onto my new machine. Can I do this without having the additional cost of a new DVD drive? I already paid for and own the software with keys so it's not like I'm trying to bend anything or do it for free. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

well, seeing as there was no answer here, i called adobe today, appartently adobe decided with the release of 5.5, there are no more trial downloads for cs5.0, i really hate when they do things like this , i can't keep up with everyone else and always get to the products late to try, i'm frustrated and VERY upset by this style of adobe doing these things. I love to photoshop and learn, but they make it impossible, especially when 5.5 as they told me, was released a month ago.
It's just so wrong!!

CS5 Master Collection Box Set - Where is Acrobat Pro 9 serial number?

I recently purchased the CS5 Master Collection Box Set - Student and Teacher edition. I have already properly registered myself as a Student with Adobe, and gotten a serial number which activated the Master Collection, but not apparently Acrobat Pro which is on a separate disc. I have searched through all the papers that came with the box, but so far no luck.
Anyone know where to track this down?

Yes, 24 digits for Acrobat on mine.
I have a sixth sticker on the box it has an eight digit number on it followed by the text: DVS/A.STAM.5.0.WIN,GEN,WWE,ACT. I think this is only the product code for the CS5 Master Collection for Windows.
The five serial numbers in the same order as above are 24, 34, 34, 24 and 24 digits.

CS5 Master Collection Mac - Where's Acrobat Pro

I downloaded the CS5 Master Collection trial for the Mac, which doesn't have Acrobat Pro in the Trial.
I purchased the license, but Acrobat Pro is still nowhere to be found.
Do I have to download it separately and enter the code again?

Have you tried to manually update the individual programs?
All updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

Problem installing all of the cs5 master collection

when installing the adobe cs5 master collection. all programs install apart from photoshop. ive deleted all old adobe programs and searched my computor before hand but it seems to think it has already downloaded it.
I just get the photoshop folder with no program to run.
any help would be really appreciated.
