Can someone tell where to see the absence reason codes in HR
Thanks
Jerry

Hi
You may please have look at the following nodes.
Time Management>Time Data Recording and Administration>Absences>Special Absence Data>Additional Absence Data
Define Types of Additional Absence Data
Define Events for Absence Data
Link Absences to Additional Absence Data
This should help you resolve your query.

  • Adding a new reason code on UCCX 8.5.1.11004-25

    Hello Members
I would like to add a new reason code for my agents and the reason is ESCALLATION.  I would like to know if adding a new reason code is supported on the UCCX 8.5.1. If so, where do I add a new reason code?

    Hi
Any respectable UC tech will always check the compatibility matrix before upgrading.
If you are in a position where it has already been done, there's no  harm in contacting TAC to see if there is an ES or such that might be available or in the pipeline that might resolve the issue.
Otherwise you would probably be looking at either downgrading (probably a bad idea, if this has been running a while as you may lose configuration) or upgrading both systems to a new release.

  • FF 5.2 Reason Codes

Background: I am new to SAP GRC. We are in the process of upgrading from 4.0 to 5.2. I am focusing on FF and CC.
    My question pertains to FF.
When logging in as a firefighter in 4.0, it is a free-form to enter your reason and activity.
When logging in as a firefighter in 5.2, it has been changed to choosing from a list of mandatory "reason codes".
Is there a way to revert back to the old method in entering free-form text as opposed to choosing from a list of reason codes? The user/config guide does not specify.
    Thanks in advance!
    - Jes Behrens

    Hello Jes,
As Ankur just mentioned that you have to maintain reason codes in advance but the reason text field is a free text for sure. That's right, and this should be the best practice as well. Now the reports are much more efficient. There is a new dedicated report called Reason / Activity Report
This report can be generated by Reason Code, Firefighter ID, Firefighter ID Owner, or by Session Date. So it would be great if you discuss this with Business process Owners and decide what reason codes would be appropriate.
Suppose you have a reason code for basis activities, and later on your management want's to see what were the activities performed by basis team in over a month or more, in this case you can simply go to Reason/Activity report and select an appropriate reason code and wow here what do you have?
the whole list of basis activities. wow, don't you think it is an amazing functional addition on FF 5.2  well my company love this feature.

  • Displaying reason code in customer ledger FBL5N

    Dear All:
I have created a new reason code and posting keys are properly configured as reason codes. But text for reason code is not being displayed in customer ledger account against the reversed line item. Please help how to do so.
    Regards

I don't think you can see the cheque void reason code text in FBL5N (Customer line items) since void code is associated with cheque and not with customer line item. Void reason code is available in cheque table PAYR.
One work around would be to use a different document type for cheque payment cancellation documents so that these line items can be easily identified in customer ledger. For example, if you use document type ZP for payment documents (configured in FBZP), then use document type ZC as Reverse document type for ZP in transaction OBA7.

  • Not Ready Reason Codes

Is anyone familiar with configuring Not Ready Reason Codes in Desktop Administrator, more specifically creating a new one?  From all Cisco's documentation it should be a simple task.
However, when I create the new Reason Code in ICM Configuration Manager, it does not populate to the Reason Code list in Desktop Workflow Administrator.
The version of UCCE we are running is version 8.0.

check your CAD is synced with ICM, especially check the configuration for AW in CAD post install.
in CAD, reason codes automatically synchronises once configured in ICM. and then you can assign them to workflows.

  • UCCE Agent_Logout table reason code 0

    Hi all,
It is a UCCE system 9.0
we faced an issue last saturday, all the agents got logged_out from their cisco phones and then they were able to log in again.
when checking the reason code at that time in the agent_logout table I noticed that its value was 0.
has anyone encountered a similar issue?  and what does the reason code 0 mean?
    Thank you in advance
    Lara

    Lara,
could you please post a few rows from the Agent_Event_Detail (or if it's enabled, the Agent_State_Trace) database views? I would like to see the Not Ready reason code for the event that preceeded the Logout event.
Reasons may be plenty. For instance, agent phone lost connection to the CUCM and reset.

  • UCCE / CAD Reason Codes

    Hi All,
We are running UCCE with CAD ( 8.5) and have requirement to enable the reason code for specific team. I just gone through the admin guide of UCCE and CAD.
In UCCE / CAD deployment ,it's recommend to keep the reason codes in CAD by keeping the "idle reason required" is unchecked.
I tried with creating the reason code in CAD but option is not available. please clarify below queries.
    1) Reason codes will be configured in UCCE not in cad ? [ Reason code can't be created CAD or it's disabled. Reason codes are imported from UCCE]
    2) Reason codes are mapped to Agent by CAD workflow group ?
    3) Reason codes are available in report ?
    Thanks in Advance !!!

    Hi,
Reason codes will be configured in UCCE and then they will be synced in CAD database. they can not be created in CAD.
once they are available in CAD, you can assign them to workflow. you can create team specific workflow and assigned Reason codes to them.
regarding logout/idle reason code, this should match to your Agent desk setting.
if you need them enable on both places.
    regards
    Chintan

  • Where to populate/update Reason code of BSEG in this BADI?

    Hello
Under 'Dispute Management' our requirement is that when user creates a dispute case document (UDM_DISPUTE), user also inputs the 'Reason code', so this reason code should reflect on its associated accounting doc (BSEG-RSTGR), in this process i found one BADI - FDM_AR_DISP_COMPLETE with COMPLETE_DISPUTE method, this BADI is having code of pure OOPS, i don't know how to update the reason code, which structure i have to use, where should i set or populate the reason code? do i need to set any flags as well? how to declare and there by access the IMPORT structures data?  pls. let me know
    Thank you.

    Hi,
In the IMG check the documentation for the following node:
    FI->AR & AP->SAP FI SCM->Disput Management Integration-> Customer Enhancemnets->Completion Dispute case.
    Copied the text below:
    Completion of Dispute Case
    Functionality
You use the method COMPLETE_DISPUTE to include customer-specific BOR objects, attributes, or notes in the dispute case.
    Parameters
    I_ACTION
The parameter I_ACTION specifies which action is carried out on a dispute case:
    I_ACTION = 1
The disputed item is included in a new dispute case.
    I_ACTION = 2
An existing dispute case is changed (by a clearing transaction).
    I_ACTION = 3
The disputed item is triggered from an existing dispute case and transferred to a new dispute case (splitting a dispute case).
    I_ACTION = 4
A dispute case is created in Dispute Management. Open items are then selected and added using the relevant functkon keys.
    T_DOCUMENTS
This table of the line structure FDM_AR_DOCUMENTS contains the keys of the line items that are included in the dispute case or (for clearing transactions) reassigned to the dispute case record. The classification enables you to recognize the target nodes in the record:
    DISP... indicates disputed (open) items
    SOLV... resolved (cleared) items
The table also specifies the change in value to the item that is carried out in the dispute case.
    T_OBJECTS
This table of the line structure FDM_AR_OBJECTS contains the BOR keys of the linked objects in the dispute case but without the disputed or resolved line items.
The business partner that is directly involved in the dispute case is entered under the clasification BUPA, the other objects are informative (INFO...), for example, the underlying FI invoice and SD billing document or the account statement.
    T_ATTRIBUTES
This table of the line structure FDM_ATTRIBUTE contains the values of the dispute case attributes for the technical names. For a list of the technical names, see the fields of the database tables SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR and UDMCASEATTR00 in the Repository Information System (ABAP Dictionary) of Dispute Management.
    T_NOTES
This table of the line structure TLINE contains the dispute case notes. Each line of text consists of the usual format column in SAPscript texts and the actual (unformatted) text.
    C_ADDITIONAL_OBJECTS
The table C_ADDITIONAL_OBJECTS can be filld with the customer- specific additional BOR objects in the BAdI. Make sure that you have set up the derivation of the element type in Customizing for this BOR object type.
    C_ADDITIONAL_ATTRIBUTES
Table C_ADDITIONAL_ATTRIBUTES can be filled with the customer- specific additional attributes in the BAdI. You can only set standard attributes if they have not already been defined by the system. For customer-specific attributes, you must add these to the attribute profile first.
    C_ADDITIONAL_NOTES
Table C_ADDITIONAL_NOTES can be filled with customer-specific notes in the BAdI. They are added to the existing notes.
    Notes
If you want to add BOR objects or attributes when you create a dispute case with user dialog, use the Business Add-In FDM_USER_SCREEN.
If however, you want to add BOR objects, attributes, or notes derived from the FI data with no dialog when you create a dispute case, use this BAdI.
When you change a dispute case (by clearing open items, I_ACTION = 2) only additional BOR objects are included in the dispute case. Attributes and notes are only transferred if the parameter E_EXTENDED_CHANGE_MODE has been set.
When you create a dispute case from Dispute Management (I_ACTION = 4), only additional BOR objects and attributes are included in the dispute case.
    See also
    Kind regards,
    Robert
PS. I have had no exposure to this BADi before but looking at it I would believe that you need to populate the T_ATTRIBUTES table with your reason code:
    ATTR_ID             'REASON_CODE'  -> type group FDMCO
    ATTR_VALUE    <your reason code value>
XDELTA             'X'   indicating it is a change.
PPS.  Re-reading your post maybe alos check the node in the IMG Customer Specific Default Values for Reason (FDM_AR_DEF_REASON) if this one serves your purpose.

when I'm looking at my recent text messages on my phone, and I'm on the screen where I see a list of people I have texted.  I click on a name to open up the conversation, however it is blank and doesn't show the conversation even though we've been texting back and forth the day before.  So my question is how can I see the conversation?

    Try the following procedure:
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
