Where to store Trilogy data after using VST to AU adapter

Hi everyone, I just use FXpansion to get my Trilogy working in logic, however, I don't know which place to store the data file of trilogy, thanks

More important question...
Why aren't you using the Trilogy AU component? It's always worked flawlessly in Logic for me.
Make sure you have the latest AU update, available from Spectrosonics.
The data file, when left to the installer, installs in a Spectrosonics folder in Applications. It's my understanding that that .dat file can reside anywhere, on any drive, as long as there is an alias to that location.
Check Spectrosonics website for more specific information on that.

  • Need to know where to store  legacy data in CRM 5.0??

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I need your valuable suggestions for the below requirement. Your suggestions and comments are highly appreciated.
Currently we are maintaining customer licensing agreement master data in a home grown oracle legacy system. There are all together a couple of hundred agreement types. Each record consists of multiple attributes like agreement number, start date and end date etc.
Now we need to migrate this master data into CRM 5.0. I didn't find a valid data container to store these attributes. Marketing attributes whould have been good source, but they don't have the validity periods.
Also we need to extend the business partner by adding additional tab and assign the appropriate agreement types (multiple). I think we can do this by EEWB.
I am highly obliged, if you can please share some of your past experiences.
    Thanks,
    Paul Kondaveeti.

The way I see it there are only two options that will be suitable.
depending on the fact if the parameters you want to store should be visible later on, when calling BP transaction (also take into account UI such as portal and IC Webclient in later stages).
<b>If visibility is necessary</b> (and BW reporting will be done on those fields) I strongly suggest making use of Customer extension for the OBJECT BP using EEWB as you mentioned before. The advantage is that EEWB already generated the necessary data exchange structures and BDOC enhancements and also updates the datasources for BW reporting. Also the BOL for IC webclient will be updated.
<b>If visibility is not an issue</b> and no reporting requirements are necessary on those fields (altough for BW this is not a real issue since they can easily create their own datasources based on SQL queries and table Views) than you might choose just to create a Z-table with your own defined fields in a structure and upload the data to this table with the BP number as a key. With an own developed Function module you can always pick up the data later on during order processing if necessary.

  • How to read data after using the PRINT function in visual basic

I know the benchlink can capture the spectrum analyzer screen for me, but I want to integrate it into my application. I use NI spy to detect the communications from the benchlink and put it into my application. After sending the "PRINT 0" command, my "ilrd SpectrumAnalyzer, temp, 500" command doesn't work, giving me EARG error. Does anyone knows if it is because I can not define the temp to be string or some other problem?
b.t.w, the communications I get from NI Spy actually read some unknown characters from the instrument, what kind of data it is? Any idea how to use it?
    thanks.

    Hello elm,
This is completely dependent on your instrument; if you are getting the data then you are halfway there. Look in your instrument's programmer's reference manual to see if they mention how the picture is encoded in bytes. There are so many different ways to encode a picture in binary that speculating and guessing would probably never yield the true result. If there is no mention in the manual, contact the instrument manufacturer.
Sorry I could not be of more help.

  • Where to store employee photos after upload to R3 and ESS?

    Hello everyone!
I'm looking for documentation related with upload employees photos in order to decide where is the 'right' server type to store our photos concearning our reality.
We have many companies around the world in diferent sites. After upload employee photo to R/3 and ESS we want to save it in a place easily accessible by other aplications and by many users in different countries.
In documentation I saw that we may choose:
    - HTTP Content Server
    - R/3 database
    - RFC repository
What do you think is the best choice concearning time of response, and other factors.
    Thank you very much.
    Scarlett

    Hi Preetham!
Thanks but I've already knew that document and its not enough to answer my question.
I apreciate that people that has a similar reality in their company give me their oppinion and suggestions.

  • Where is my document folder after using Migration Assistant?

I am setting up a new computer. First I repartitioned it to taste and filled a second partition with data. Then I fired up Migration Assistant to transfer my old computer to the new one, using a Time Machine backup. Both machines speak Lion. After this completed I noted the presence of all Apps, support files and various libraries - all accounted for. However my Documents folder is empty, except for one file, "About Stacks."  How come?

Migration Assistant created a new user with the same name and password as the old one. Log in to that account and move the files to the Public folder. Then log into the account you want to use and copy the files from the other account's Public folder.

  • Where is the file saved after using "Share... DVD..."? Is it saved?

    Hi,
I burned a 1 hour 41 minute HD program in FCPX using "Share" and "DVD..." It took about 17 hours to compress into a DVD. I made a few copies and quit the process. Now I want to make more copies, but I can't find where the completed file is saved. Was it saved at all? Or do I have to do this 17 hour compression all over again?
    Thanks, Duncan

By default it goes in your Movies folder.

  • Where is the photo date that used to appear automatically once a photo was uploaded in Windows 8?

Previously, when I uploaded a new photo to Adobe Revel, the date of the photo would automatically
appear above the photo.  This no longer happens.  In fact, the dates of all the previous photos have
disappeared.  I am on a PC computer using Windows 8.  Patricia

I have the same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update (IOS7?) as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.

  • What to do with dmg files after use

I've been keeping dmg files in the Shared user folder after downloading the application. I guess I was thinking this was because I didn't have an actual disk in case I needed to reinstall. Now I'm getting a new iMac and want to set it up right. Is it OK to do this? Or should I copy the dmg file onto a CD?
    Thanks!

Been trying to find out about that. Searching around for "data Loss bug," saw some items related to "Guest account bug," but can't find anything connected to using PPC with Intel. Can you possibly provide a link where I might read more about that?
And curious to know if you know if this specific bug, which would, seemingly, have potentially affected all users, was fixed with 10.6.2 or 10.6.3?
from Wikipedia Article: A bug in Mac OS X versions 10.6 and 10.6.1 which, in rare cases, caused loss of user account data after use of a previously-existing guest account by users ...
If it was only 10.6. to 10.6.1, even if it is PPC-Intel related, +and if it's been fixed+ , don't see why it would apply to someone Migrating to a new computer, which would almost certainly ship with, at least, 10.6.2 and maybe 3.

  • Bluetooth hardware failure, cause by using a usb bluetooth adapter

My laptop is MBP 13" early 2011,  after using a usb bluetooth adapter( built-in bluetooth had compatiblity problem with my mobile phone) and unplug it,  and then found the built-in bluetooth is not working any more, it can search devices, but it won't establish connections or pair with other devices.  At firs I thought it was the bluetooth driver or configuration problem, I try to reset factory setting using the develper tool Bluetooth Explorer,  then reset kext file, even tried installing a new lion,  but the problem remains.  So I think it's not driver/configuration problem now, it's hardware failure, but wait.. just caused by using other usb bluetooth adapter?  I really can't understand why apple will let such thing happen....

it turns out the hardware is fine , the problem is solved after resetting SMC : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

  • Cannot attach data store shared-memory segment using JDBC (TT0837)

I'm currently evaluating TimesTen during which I've encountered some problems.
All of the sudden my small Java app fails to connect to the TT data source.
Though I can still connect to the data source using ttisql.
Everything worked without problems until I started poking around in the ODBC administrator (Windows 2K).
I wanted to increase permanent data size so I changed some of the parameters.
After that my Java app fails to connect with the following message:
    DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:timesten:direct:dsn=rundata_tt60;OverWrite=0;threadsafe=1;durablecommits=0")
    trying driver[className=com.timesten.jdbc.TimesTenDriver,com.timesten.jdbc.TimesTenDriver@addbf1]
    SQLException: SQLState(08001) vendor code(837)
    java.sql.SQLException: [TimesTen][TimesTen 6.0.4 ODBC Driver][TimesTen]TT0837: Cannot attach data store shared-memory segment, error 8 -- file "db.c", lineno 8846, procedure "sbDbConnect()"
The TT manual hasn't really provided any good explanation what the error code means.
Obviusly I'v already tried restoring the original ODBC parameters without any luck.
    Ideas..anyone?
    /Peter

    Peter,
Not sure if you have resolved this issue or not. In any case, here are some information to look into.
    - On Windows 32-bit, the allocation of shared data segment doesn't work the same way like on Unix and Linux. As a result, the maximum TimesTen database size one can allocate is much smaller on the Windows platform than on other platforms.
    - Windows error 8 means ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY: not enough storage is available to process this command.
    - TimesTen TT0837 says the system was unable to attach a shared memory segment during a data store creation or data store connection operation.
    - What was the largest successful perm-size and temp-size you used when allocating the TimesTen database?
    * One explanation for why you were able to connect using ttIsql is that it doesn't use much of the DLLs, whereas your Java application typically has a lot more DLLs.
    * As a troubleshooting step, you can try reduce your Temp-size to a very small size and just see if you can connect to the data store. Eventually, you may need to reduce your perm-size to get Windows to fit the shared data segment in the process space.
By the way the TimesTen documentation has been modified to document this error as follows:
Unable to attach to a shared memory segment during a data store creation or data store connection operation.
You will receive this error if a process cannot attach to the shared memory segment for the data store.
On UNIX or Linux systems, the shmat call can fail due to one of:
    - The application does not have access to the shared memory segment. In this case the system error code is EACCESS.
    - The system cannot allocate memory to keep track of the allocation, or there is not enough data space to fit the segment. In this case the system error code is ENOMEM.
    - The attach exceeds the system limit on the number of shared memory segments for the process. In this case the system error code is EMFILE.
It is possible that some UNIX or Linux systems will have additional possible causes for the error. The shmat man page lists the possibilities.
On Windows systems, the error could occur because of one of these reasons:
    - Access denied
    - The system has no handles available.
    - The segment cannot be fit into the data section
    Hope this helps.

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • Missing data in SQL server after using EVSND

    Dear all,
      I am using BPC 5.1
I am trying to send data to BPC server using EVSND and the message indicated that data transfer is a success.
However when i tried to use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to query the relevant data line from tblfactfinance, it's simply not there.
      Any idea?
    Cheers

    Hi,
Halomoan is right, you will find the Data in tblFactWBFinance.
BPC uses 3 Database Tables to store the Data.
    tblFactAPPNAME as Longterm storage (MOLAP)
tblFac2APPNAME as Shorttern storage (ROLAP i think)
    tblFactWBAPPNAME as Real-Time Storage (ROLAP)
If you send Data via Inputschedule only the different to the value in Longterm Storage is stored in the Writeback table. For example if you have a value of 100$ entered in the System and the cube is optimized the 100$ is moved to tblFactAppname.
After changing the value to 80$ via Inputschedule a record is generated in the Writeback Table with a value of -20$.
Processing the Cube will merge these 2 records to the Facttable (facttable 80$, WritebackTable empty)
Look in the Admin Help, Keyword "Write Back" and you will find a detailed description about Processing Options and storage.

  • Where condition on date column using OleDb Command?

    Hi,
How to read date column from excel sheet usign OleDb command. Below code failing .
    OleDbCommand cmd = new OleDbCommand("SELECT Column1 FROM [sheet1$] WHERE createdDate < ="+Convert.ToDateTime("3/24/2015")+" ", connection);
    OleDbDataReader dr = cmd.ExecuteReader();
Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'LastRun < =3/24/2015 12:00:00 AM'.
How to write a where condition on date column excel sheet?
    Thanks
    PS.Shakeer Hussain

    Hi PS.Shakeer Hussain,
In Excel, we store these data in excel is string type.  Based on your code, it is dataTime type. So if fails when compare with dataTime and string.
Please try the following code, Useing DateTime.ToOADate Method to convert to the equivalent OLE Automation date. It works fine on my side.
    OleDbDataAdapter dbAdapter = new OleDbDataAdapter("select * from [Sheet1$] WHERE createdDate < "+DateTime.Parse("3/29/2015").ToOADate(), connExcel);

Not enough storage is available to process this command.
If I'm wrong I'm happy to be corrected. If you reduce the PermSize and TempSize of the datastore (just as a test) does this allow JBOSS to load it?
You don't say whether this is 32bit or 64bit Windows. If it's the former, the following information may be helpful.
"Windows manages virtual memory differently than all other OSes. The way Windows sets up memory for DLLs guarantees that the virtual address space of each process is badly fragmented. Other OSes avoid this by densely packing shared libraries.
A TimesTen database is represented as a single contiguous shared segment. So for an application to connect to a database of size n, there must be n bytes of unused contiguous virtual memory in the application's process. Because of the way Windows manages DLLs this is sometimes challenging. You can easily get into a situation where simple applications that use few DLLs (such as ttIsql) can access a database fine, but complicated apps that use many DLLs can not.
As a practical matter this means that TimesTen direct-mode in Windows 32-bit is challenging to use for those with complex applications. For large C/C++ applications one can usually "rebase" DLLs to reduce fragmentation. But for Java based applications this is more challenging.
You can use tools like the free "Process Explorer" to see the used address ranges in your process.
Naturally, 64-bit Windows basically resolves these issues by providing a dramatically larger set of addresses."
