Where, when, how to run install-csdatabase when you're updating everything

Question

If my persistent chat database is on the same sql server and instance as all the other databases, do I only need to run
Install-CsDatabase -ConfiguredDatabases -SqlServerFqdn FEBE.FQDN -Verboseon a lync enterprise pool server or do I still have to runInstall-CsDatabase -DatabaseType PersistentChat -SqlServerFqdn PChatBE.fqdn -SqlInstanceName DBInstance -Verboseon the same enterprise pool server I just upgradedor do I run the command on the persistant chat server after I upgraded it?
http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/2809243#6 is confusing when running install-csadatabase
"When Persistent Chat Services are collocated with the SQL BE Databases".  Does this mean the persistent chat databases or all the databases?

Agreed, it's not clear.  Check out this article too:

From the above article: "If this is an  Enterprise Edition Back End Server and there are collocated databases on this server, then type the following at a command line:"
Install-CsDatabase –Update –ConfiguredDatabases –SqlServerFqdn <SQL Server FQDN> -ExcludeCollocatedStores
Then from the article you referenced: "When Persistent Chat Services are collocated with the SQL BE Databases, run the following command:"
Install-CsDatabase -DatabaseType PersistentChat -SqlServerFqdn <SQL Server FQDN> -SqlInstanceName DBInstance -Verbose
I typically run those two, when it says ""When Persistent Chat Services are collocated with the SQL BE Databases" it means if you're using the same SQL instance for your Enterprise Edition Front End databases rather than have a separate SQL
Server or instance just for Persistent Chat.
