Whether it can be implemented about idocs?

whether idocs can be parsed by non-sap program without connecting to SAP system?
Message was edited by: Leslie Zhu

Leslie,
to partially answer your question:
If the IDOC is in a java object or XML or fileformat that survives outside of the SAP environment then why would you not be able to parse it? So the answer to the question with these parameters is yes, you can parse it without a connection to SAP.
Or does your question actually refer to the JCO.IDoc classes, if they can parse IDOC's without a connection to SAP? Don't know, but I am sure that someone else has tried this out.

Kalle

I want to ask about changing perspective and perspective correction in photoshop. Obviously, we can tilt and straighten buildings and other monuments, which are leaning in any direction. Now, what I want to know is whether we can change perspective for human faces. For example, if there is a human face, where one part of the face is facing the camera and the other part of the face is only partially facing the camera, can we make this face look totally at the camera? I mean, look straight in front, and I am talking about the whole face here. I am attaching an image as an example of what I am talking about. @

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

  • Can anybody explain all the details about idoc like configuration settings etc..

Hi all can anybody explain the idoc configuration settings, communication channels sender and receiver settings

    Hi,
Common steps in both Sender and Receiver:
Create logical system and assign to client
    Create RFC Destinations in SM59
    Create RFC Ports in WE21
    Steps in Sender
Create table in SE11 and insert data
Create Segments in Tcode WE31.Define the table fields in segment
Create basic IDOC type in WE30.Specify the above created segment name, save and release the IDOC
    Create message type in WE81
Assign message type to IDOC type in WE82 and release
Create partner profile in BD64,add the message type ,specify sender, receiver, message type and  generate partner profile and execute.Distribute the model view
Check the partner profile in WE20
Develop a report in SE38 with code that transfers the data from source to destination
Execute the report and specify the fields to be transferred
Check the control records in WE02
    Steps in Receiver:
Create an update function module in SE37
Assign the function module to logical message
Define input method in Tcode BD51
    Create process code in WE42
    Generate partner profile in BD64
After executing the report in sender system check in the destination system table wheather the fields are transferred
In this case a custom table has been created in sender and receiver with same structure. We can even transfer the standard table fields by using idocs

Just now i checked,i put breakpoint in Include programe(INCLUDE ZXF05U01) and excute from XK01,it goes to debuging mode,so its fine. But i want triger from RBDMIDOC programe.Ofter excute RBDMIDOC programe,we can enter CREMAS.From there i want to go debuging mode.

  • Network storage drive...where can I learn about these?

I have so many questions, and frankly, the answers I've seen looking (briefly, admittedly) around these threads scare me.  Gee, Wally, what ever happened to Apple as the computer you didn't have to know computer programming to use?
Now, before you all get your panties in a bunch telling me that I'm responsible for knowing how to use my hardware, I know...and I do want to know.
So what I want to know now is how can I learn about the various types of "shares", and what they mean for hooking up a network drive for backup, etc.
I have a WD 1TB drive which I believe uses "SMB", whatever that is.  It's got two folders on it currently, "Public" which I can access, and "WD Backup", which I can't.  I also can't seem to use it as a Time Machine drive, which is what I want to do with it.  And, or course, I can't re-format it, which I'd love to do as my wife hates the folder designations on it, and would like to have one folder called "iMac Backup" on it.
Answers which don't involve Terminal will get extra points, but I've dealt with Terminal before, so take your best shot.  And ask for clarification if you need it.  Thanks.

Unfortunately, networking and file-sharing aren't quite so simple in part because there's decades of history and dozens of companies involved in getting it into the current state. If you want dead-simple, you can get an Apple Time Capsule or AirPort with an external drive and be done with it. However, if you really want the most from network storage, you'll probably want to read up...
WD make a number of drive, some network-attached, some not. We'll assume that you have one of their basic consumer network-attached drives.
"SMB" stands for "Server Message Block" protocol and it was the local area network file-sharing protocol developed for Windows for Workgroups circa 1992 (it was later renamed CIFS - Common Internet File System - by Microsoft in 1996 because of the rising popularity of the Internet, despite the difficulty in getting it to work in anything but a small local network). SMB/CIFS is still widely used today for Microsoft Windows networks, though much of the equipment that serves those files are built on Linux or FreeBSD and not Windows.
Access to shares on an SMB server (such as your hard disk) is controlled through a configuration utility provided with the drive or via a web application built into the device (that you access through your browser). Consult your manual. Generally speaking, however, SMB servers offer different ways of identifying whether or not you can access a share: 1) based on the computer connecting (in which case, everyone is considered the same user), or 2) based on a username/password combo. Generally a server will only operate in one mode. Shared directories can also allow or deny "guest" access (access without a password). All of this should be configurable through the drive utility or web application which you access with your web browser. Generally, an SMB server can only operate in one mode.
It sounds like the Public directory is configured to allow guest access, and I'm guessing that "WD Backup" is a share that's password-protected and intended to be used with Western-Digital's own software of the same name. You should be able to add and create new directories as necessary through the provided utility or the web interface.
You are correct, you cannot use Time Machine with an SMB file-sharing service. Time Machine will require AFP (Apple Filing Protocol) or NFS (Network File System) support. Western-Digital only has 3 network drives that support AFP and Time Machine: My Book Live, MyBook World, and WD ShareSpace. OS X also has some basic requirements about the performance and capabilities of network storage in order to use it with Time Machine, so you really want to look for drives that state up front that you can use Time Machine with them (for example, WD World Edition: http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/updates/docs/en/appletimemachine.pdf )
I'm not sure why you can't reformat the drive. This is supported on all WD products (though, if you've moved a bunch of data to it already, perhaps it would be a hassle).
You can do backups of your Mac over SMB, but it's complicated by the fact that SMB is quite old and isn't capable of storing information about the file permissions, ownership, etc. It will be reliable for data files, but not for applications, etc. There's a work-around, of course. You can create a disk image on the SMB share using Disk Utility (make sure you create an HFS+ image) and backup to that. If you go that route, I would suggest either Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper to perform your backups. They are true backup tools, not versioning tools like Time Machine.

Its on al day working and on all night processing. infact it almost drowned with me when i was caught in a violent storm going between islands in Thailand. Naturally i put the laptop somewhere safe before saving myself from going overboard.

  • How can I implement a get method that lets me divide two values, Help plz

I need to implement a method that divides the values return by two other methods but I keep getting an error message, I think its divide by zero error ( I am not too sure on the exact error msg as I do not have java installed on this pc as yet), here is my example,
I have two get methods that take an int value so say
    getValueOne() as method one
    getValueTwo() as method two
Now I have a third method that does the following,
    Public int getValueThree() {
    int value =0;
    value = (getValueOne() / getValueTwo())
    return value;
I am not two sure on the exact code but it does something like this and I get an error. Could someone please guide me how I can successfully implement a get method that divides two values that are returned by two methods.
    Thanks,
    Zub

Hi, thanks for your reply. Right, how can I go about to throw an exception? I can definitely give the exact code and error message tomorrow when I can access my home pc.
And you are right there are some values that are zero! I am not very sure what throwing an exception means to be honest. Could you please give an example?
    Thanks...

  • Who can tell me about his forms2adf experience?

    Hello!
Why is forms2adf not part of the evaluation version? This makes no sense to me. It is hard for me to convince my chef, to buy a software and I can't even tell him, if we will need it or not. All the reports and demos on forms2adf look very nice, but I have to see how it works with our forms implementations.
What exactly is happening when forms2adf does the conversion? Did I understand it correct that forms2adf does the following things.
    1. Create jsp pages based on the forms canvas
    2. Create the ADF task flows
    3. Create the ADF Datacontrols Model
    4. Create the ADF BC EO, VO and AppModule
    5. Copy all the plsql code from forms into the database
Does anyone have experience with forms2adf and can tell me about his experience?
    Greetings
    Tobi

    Tobi,
I will get back to you later with a longer reply, there is a lot of "misperception" around forms2adf.
Regarding the functionality: 1) to 4): correct, 5) not correct, we only copy the PL/SQL code as documentation nodes to the application definition editor.

  • A problem about IDOC Receiver

    Hi, everybody.
This time, I'm developing a IDOC Receiver though the SAPIDocReceiver class. With the dotnet Connector manual from SAP, the receiver side on dotnet is easy to develop. But how to configure the SAP R/3 to send IDOC to the dotnet side, I can't find the clear steps in the manual.
So I searched some material about how to configure IDOC, and hope it will be useful to my work. But most of them mainly focus on how to configure a IDOC transformation between SAP system but not NON-SAP system.
So what I want to ask is IS there some difference with the two configuration, I mean the SAP to SAP one and the SAP to NON-SAP one. I guess the difference should be have. Are the necessary configure step like create a logic system, allocate logical systems to clients and so on also necessary under the NON-SAP case? I think some of the configure actions is different in this two case. Can anyone give me some clear steps or tell me where I can get them?
    thanks to all.

    Hi,
for testing purposes you can do the following:
    (1) via SM59 create the RFC destination for your dotnet application
    (2) via WE21 create a trfc-port pointing to the RFC destination created in (1)
    (3) via SM30 maintain view V_TBDLS to create a new logical system for your dotnet application for example DOTNET (and maybe for the SAP client you are testing with - here the name could be for example <SID>CLNT<CLIENT>)
    (4) via SCC4 assign the logical system to the SAP client (for example <SID>CLNT<CLIENT>) only if not already maintained.
    (5) In WE20 create a partner profile for logical system created for the dotnet application in step (3)
    (6) In WE20 add outbound parameters for the message type (for example MATMAS) and idoc type (MATMAS03) you want to send. As partner port use the trfc-port of step (2)
    (7) In WE19 create an IDoc via basic type (the idoc type used in step (6), for example MATMAS03) and maintain the following fields in the control record EDIDC:
<b>recipient port</b> the port created in step (2)
<b>recipient partner number</b> the logical system name of the dotnet application created in (2)
    <b>recipient partner type</b>'LS'
<b>sender port</b> SAP<SID>, where SID is the SAP system id
<b>sender partner number</b> the logical system name the SAP client maintained in step step (4)
    <b>sender partner type</b>'LS'
<b>message type</b> the message type used in step (6), for example MATMAS
In the other segments E1* you can fill in whatever you like
Hit the push button "Standard outbound processing"
    (8) you can check if the IDoc has been sucessfully created by BD87. If an error has occurred in the receiving application or there is any other error you can also see it here. Maybe the IDoc is not passed to the receiver, then you can process the IDoc also from here.
This is how you can create your test environment. If you want to get the IDoc created form the SAP application it depends on the application how to do that!
    Best regards,
       Willy

  • Issue about IDoc Adapter Receiver Channel's Performance

    Hi Everyone,
Currently, I am working on a scenario of File -Integration Process - IDoc in XI 3.0 with patch level 16. The scenario works fine when it process one/two/three files in parallel, and the IDocs arrive R/3 system quite fast. But when I try four files in parallel, the whole XI server blocks, I can not do anything even logon Integration Builder, and the IDocs arrive R/3 brokenly, sometime with the invterval to 10 minutes. When the XI comes back, I found all the four integration processes finish successfully and each transaction works fine and fast. What's more, after I change the IDoc Adapter receiver channel to a File Adapter receiver channel, it works fine for even 20 files in parallel. So I think it is some issue about IDoc Adapter receiver channel. Does anyone have the same experience as me? Any comments will be appreciate.
    Regards,
    Nick

    Hi Nick,
    Can you check this Blog-
    /people/sreekanth.babu2/blog/2005/01/05/delayed-xi-message-processing
    May be useful.
How are you picking the files .. You can try with EOIO options while picking the file.
But if you use BPM, it is not applicable. It will act as a EO only.
    Check this SAP Note- 833740

  • Questions about IDoc

    Hi ABAPers,
I´m new on IDoc, so I need somebody to help me.
I wish know how can I find where an IDoc is "generated". That is, where the MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE function is called.
My issue is an IDoc generated during the purchase order process (I guess that in the MIRO), I´ve already tried debug and stop in the above function without sucess.
    Any help is welcomed.

There is a Concept called Message Control , Here Output type is attached to the IDoc message type and IDoc type. You will maintain this In WE20 partner profile part , in the outbound section.
and at the same time you will maitain the Output type in NACE ,
In NACE you will Configure the output type with medium as ALE/IDOC or EDI
and Program RSNASTED , i am not sure what is used in your case ? , it may be same or it may be Different and custom one.
you go to program RSNAST00 ,
in this you can go to line # 1327 ,
perform (tnapr-ronam) in program (tnapr-pgnam) using returncode
                                                             us_screen
                                                             if found.
here you keep a break point. and Go to MIRO tigger the output type. if it stops well and good.
if not start Debugging  using /H in the messages screen , and Trigger the output by saving it.and then activate the Update Debugging from Menu Debugging->Update Debugging
then F8. it will stop exactly the above perform , and there you check.
and also if you know the output type you can check the Medium and Program used for processing the output.

  • How can we trigger an IDOC based on Orders creation.

    Hiii...experts,

If i create a sales order means.. i want to trigger a IDOC based on certain Condition on ORDER data .. how can we do this..
when ever i'm creating a sales order it should be automatically trigger a IDOC , Because when ever sales ordre was created in R/3 system it should be transferred to some destination...
And pls tell me about the reports that does the job of collecting required data from the sales order and converts it into a IDOC.
so, how can we trigger an IDOC based on Orders creation..
    pls help.

    Use IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS for creating IDOC
you need to maintain condition records & output type

  • Can we implement payment(like paypal) functionality from iphone application

    Hi,
I need to implement payment functionality like paypal which will provide functionality that user can pay the bill of restaurant.
I want to know that is it possible and if yes then how can i implement this.
    Thanks,
    Hareh.

I would imagine you would use the PayPal model where the diner would give his account name or number to the waiter. The waiter logs on and creates an invoice against the users account. The user logs on with his name and password and approves the transaction and the money is transferred to the restaurant's account immediately.
You could write your own app that attaches to the server directly and prompts the user for their name and password, displays all waiting invoices and lets the user approve. This would also be possible from a regular web browser as well. But you could write a lightweight app specifically for that if you want. You could dress it up with a tip calculator and other things to make it fancy. (Although in the French market the tip is usually included in the bill.)
The most important thing is to use the existing security measures because you will get much better security using https: to conduct your web transactions then writing your own security model. You also get better security holding this information on the server and not in the phone itself.
I know you're asking about iPhone only but I would open it up to all browsers - Blackberry, laptops etc. Restaurants could even have a web terminal where I could log in and approve the transaction without the phone. The bigger your potential market the greater your chance of success.
