Which 3G plan is best? Is 250 MB enough?

I am going to order a 3G iPad. However, I do not know which 3G plan to get. Is 250 MB a lot? I have no idea how many MB I download per month on my laptop. Is there a way to monitor my usage now? Is there a way to check how much I am using on my 3G iPhone? If I download books or videos on the iPad, how many MB, on average, does that require? How much to send and receive regular email? Thanks.

To check the data usage on your iPhone 3G, go to Settings > General > Usage > Cellular Network Data > Sent and Received.
If you've never reset this and it sounds like you haven't if you don't know where this is located on your iPhone, select Reset Statistics. This will reset the Sent and Received data and the current period for the call time.
You can check the iTunes store on your computer for the size of some of the books, for some of the apps with most not being very large, and the same for video. Full length movies can be between one and two GBs in size. 30 minute TV shows significantly less.
Impossible to say about email since this can fluctuate depending on how many messages you receive and send when connected to AT&T's cellular network, the number and size of attachments received with messages on a regular basis, and how often you forward a received message with an attachment or attachments and how often you email photos on your iPhone.

reverts back to the standard price after one year (not stated clearly in
the terms).
In that case, the student version would be best for me. Can I just upgrade
from my current CS4 student version now? I've already downloaded the trial
for Photoshop and Illustrator. Or do I need to submit all my student docs
again to qualify?

It is not possible to provide guidance on what career path you should take. This is a conversation you need to have with a Career Planner or perhaps one of your professors. You should follow the path you are most interested in, be it a functional role or a technical role. Ideally you may want to consider getting some work experience in both fields, and then determine which area you wish to pursue.
You state you have an MBA in HR & System....System what?? System development? Technology? Programming? Data Warehousing? Even HR is a vast area within the SAP world. We have Payroll, Recruiting, Self Services, Compensation, Time Management, Learning Management Systems, etc. Most consultants select one or two areas to pursue. There is no such thing as a single person who knows the complete SAP HR solution...it's just too big!
I will suggest that you consider taking an SAP HR course so that you can get an idea as to how large the application is. There are lots of courses available in e-learning. I would recommend either SAPHRE or HR050E to start. Once you have completed one of these, you'll be in a better position to decide what you want to do, or at least decide what you don't want to do.

The original Azure SDK 1.0 included functionality to collect diagnostics and store them in Azure storage collectively known as Azure Diagnostics (WAD). This software, built upon the Event Tracing for Windows (ETW) framework, fulfills two design requirements

Which would be the best option to backup multiple locations?

My situation is as follows. I have a Mac mini with 250 GB HD and three external HDs with 500 GB, 1 TB and another one with 1 TB.
I would like to use the HD with 500 GB as Time Machine backup HD for the Mac mini, and one of the 1 TB HD as backup for the other.
Which would be the best option?
Using Time Machine I see that I can't set different backup location for different disks, only set multiple backup drives, but they must share the same backup directories.

You can't do that with Time Machine. You would have to use a third-party solution, such as "SuperDuper" or "CarbonCopyCloner." That's not an endorsement of either one.

Customising leaflets - which Adobe product is best?

We have around 250 leaflets that we need to customise quickly for around 100 customers. The customisations are straightforward - placing a logo (jpeg) at the top and some text at the end.
The leaflets themselves are not complicated and follow a standard 2-column design mainly text with two or three illustrations.
I'm not a developer and we're looking for an off-the-shelf solution that is easy to use.
I need some advice on which Adobe product is best for us.

For the time spent learning how to use Illustrator and the cost of it you could probably hire a professional.
If you want to do it yourself for a small company, avoid Adobe all together unless you want to use their 30 day trails - google it for info.
Gimp is good, free, simple. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
And as above, Publisher and Expression design can be OK - generally it's what you do with the software not the software itself.

Which imac would work best for Graphic Design?

I am a Graphic Designer, currently using Creative Suite 2 (soon to be upgraded to CS3) and I need a new Mac for home. A Powermac takes up too much space, so I'm thinking about an imac with a 24" monitor and I have a few questions for the experts:)

Is the monitor acurate for Pantone color matching?
Is the 24"monitor on the imac clear and bright?
Is Leopard a stable OS?

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions.
The 24" iMac uses a superior LCD panel to the 20" model and so is certainly better suited to your purposes. I don't know how badly having a piece of glass in front of the display would affect you as a designer though.
The display certainly is clear and bright. I use it on it's lowest brightness setting.
Leopard is stable but it's worth checking that drivers for any devices that you currently rely on are available. For example I have to go back to my 10.4.11 iMac G4 to use my scanner. Personally I can't get iCal to alarm in Leopard but that's a fairly minor gripe.
As this is the forum for much older iMacs I'd suggest re-posting in the Intel iMac forum and even Mac OS 10.5 Printing forums for better informed opinion:

I cannot get itunes to work/install on myPC. I am running windows 8 in a 64 bit machine. I also want to purchase books via itunes for my Nook. Are you deliberately excluding PC owners so we cannot use ituens on our computers???? I have selected a community but have no idea what community I should be working with. Can somone explai these communities to me? Also. you don't allow much time to go thru the sign up process. I had to start over SEVERAL times as you kept timing me out. Jesus...when people are signing up for the first time, we have no idea of the questions that will be asked. Give us a break and give us time to sign up. I have the Cannon pixma mg3120 works fine for me with mac os x 10.4.11. I am able to refill the color ink jet cartridge. Press reset + color copy button for 10 seconds.

Which accessory will work best?

I posted on here less than a month ago asking about the 30-pin to lightning adapter for the iPhone 5, seeing if it would work with my '08 Volkswagen Jettas iPod Adapter. Sadly to say, I should have listened to my gut feeling (but I appreciate the effort in trying to help) that it didn't work. I was looking around on the Google machine here, and found through a forum these things from CableJive. THey didn't say if they worked or not and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas if they do or not? Or if they think it would work?
