Which all folders tend to increase in thier size under USR/SAP ?
Hi,
We have installed EP 7.0 on HP UX in our landscape.
We have deployed the XSS components and ESS/MSS/SRM/CRM business
packages on to our portal.
After which we have identified an increase of 3 GB in our usr/sap folder.
Pls. let me know if there is some content that keeps on piling up and can be
deleted.
What all folders are to be monitored regularly and maintained?

Hi,
As told by all, Just login to OS level. See if the file u wanna delete is already imported. If so just delete them.
As they are of no use once imported into system.
if u have any drive to dump all such files, better go nd place them there. So that later if u want to import those files to any other system u need not have to download onceagain.

When i try to sync photos from iPhoto to my iPad using iTunes, the "Selected Folders" option is greyed out with only the "All Folders" option available, how do i change this?
I add the keyword 'sync' to any photos I want added to the iPhone/iPad.
Then, during the regular process of syncing the iPhone/iPad with my computer (mac), the photos with that keyword would be copied onto the iPhone, iPad.
I've been doing it this way ever since I was shown how to; ie after I got my iPhone 2 years ago. And every time the process worked - until the last few weeks. Suddenly it doesn't do it any more.
I believe I have upgraded software (either iTunes or iPhoto or both) during this period. I try to keep my software updated but have noticed previously that the new version often is disappointing.
I've not tended to use Smart albums much.

Now I have multiple folders in my external hard drive and want to know how to condense all folders into yearly folders instead. Anyone know how to do this?

I'm quite sure there is no "automatic" way to do this. I've never heard of anyone trying it either. I suppose if you wanted try it, you could simply create a new folder in the same partition TM is on, label it for that year, then gather all the days for that year and drag/drop them into the folder. I suspect (but do not know) you'd be risking the continuity of your backups, meaning TM would simply start over again, meaning that next back up would start a new series of backups, with the first one roughly equalling the entire capacity of your internal HD, instead of adding only the new data to the previous backup. Once again, I would recommend against it, unless you're fine with TM starting a new series of backups if it doesn't work out the way you want it to. Hope you'll post back with results so we can learn from it. -

It should be in the Videos App - if it's not in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Resttrictions that is hiding it ?

I have upgraded from 10.5 to 10.6 and found that all folders/files/pics in my disk drive have 'dotted' (either white or black) patterns on them. But it turns out fine when I open up the affected files/folders/pics. And this phenomenon persisted even after updating to the latest software. I proceeded to upgrade to 10.8 and updated the latest software thinking that this might resolve the problem but still stays the same way as it was. Could it be the Adobe flash player that is causing this problem? Please help.

2LIS_04_P_ARBPL - how this extractor fetching data from which all tables??

We have one DataSource 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL and we want to know all the tables of origin.
Actually the problem is: this datasource is extracting a blank workcenter
Suppose we have one Process Order 100000 for which this DS is giving us 4 records: out of this 4 records, 1 record is having blank workcenter and that's why we want to know how this DS 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL is extracting data from the tables.
I tried to run RSA3 in debug mode but it couldnt help me out much
Also I ran trace ST05 and tried to find out tables involved,,but this method also failed
I searched in help.sap.com but again I ended up with disappointment:

Alokwell if it was such a simple things then our extractor will give only 1 record as AFKO/AFPO table returns only 1 record for the given Process order but here we are getting 4 records.
u can try in yr system as well. run RSA3 for same DS and pick any Process order . u will definately find more than 1 entry but AFKO/AFPO will give u one entry , especially the header table AFKO -
I seemed to have missed the whole ordeal of keeping my 10.4.11 os x powerpc up to date. Are these suggestions still viable as I have been getting all sorts of console errors which now seem to lead me to this researched destination? The suggestions involve putting "sudo" in Terminal Application and I am assuming that with all the console errors now being generated by my "permissions fixer" that this might be the reason...missed the class and updates as I never had problems like these before and the technology is changing. Have a whole list of console errors if someone is willing to help as I also think I have hit the motherload as to the reasons why?!

I open the 'view options', select the mode of viewing I want, click the 'always open in' and push the use as defaults button... this, by all accounts, should work to apply this mode of viewing to ALL my folders and subfolders... yet it does not.
I've had to work on this a little before it "stuck" to my preference; it appears that if you open a folder within a folder and set the option, it will apply to that and any within that, but not up a level. So you need to make sure you have it set at the top folder level and you have it set like this:
Also, if you have a folder in the dock, you will need to either control click it or - in my case I want column view - you need to Command click the folder and it'll open in column view. I've not liked this "feature" since it was changed in Snow Leopard; previously, you could just click on the folder and it would open the way you had it set. -
I seem to be having security problems with my iPhone4, it seems like someone has hacked into my hotmail, facebook and university accounts (which all have different passwords) and proceed to change my passwords on me. This has happened twice and I have not left my phone unattended at any time that I can recall nor have I accessed these accounts from another source (i.e. computer/laptop) since changing my passwords after the first hacking occurred. Please help.
Anyone else at your university complaining about the same thing? It is more likely someone is stealing passwords by sniffing traffic over the university wifi or with a man-in-the-middle attack or by other means external to your phone. Try a Google search on "steal password" (without quotes) or "steal SSL password" and you'll learn more than you wanted to know about how passwords get stolen.

I have been downloading pictures and they open up in Preview which is fine but I downloaded a bunch of them and now every time I open preview, ALL those pictures open up. This also happens with MS word - the last document open automatically opens. HELP!

My ipad 2
suddenly quit retrieving my Yahoomail. I have checked my settings and done all suggestions, except deleting and restarting my Yahoo acct. Yahoo says I would loose all my data. Please fix this. What to do?You can safely delete your account FROM YOUR IPAD with no issues what so ever. I've done it a few times.
Go into the settings, mail, contacts and calendars, delete the account and then re add it. (What yahoo means about losing your data is if you close down your account with them, not just off your devices)
If you do remove it from your iPad, it will delete hte data. But just off your device. (at least taht's been my experience). Once you readd hte account it'll redownload the mails.
Or you can also just wait. Yahoo has been 'improving' their servers and have been causing randomly persistent outages for months now. Usually when they are working on the server your mail is on, you have issues.
You can wait them out or find work arounds. For example, even if hte mail app messes up, you can still use safari to access your mail. -
Mac does not list all folders in a SMB share
Hi guys, this is a bit of a weird one and I've tried everything I can think of.
In our house we have a media centre running Windows 7. It has several shares, one of which we'll call folder "X". Folder X opens correctly on the media centre, and any other Windows machine perfectly. Almost every other machine in the house is running OS X 10.6, and one of my housemates today noted that some of the folders inside of folder X were not listed on a Mac. So far we've tested it on 2 Macs and 2 Windows machines, and everytime the Windows machine lists all folders inside of X, where the Mac does not. The weird thing is, it's cutting them out alphabetically, so it's basically from D through to I that are missing, all in all there are 30 (out of 160) folders missing inside of Folder X...here's what I've tried.
On the Windows 7 machine:
-Restarted server service
-Removed Share X and re-added
-Checked share permissions on folder X
-Checked permissions on folder X, propagated to all child folders just in case.
-Restarted machine after every change.
On the Macs we haven't really tried much as there's not much we can think to change. We've tried Finder, Path Finder (which I'm guessing will be exactly the same), restarting, removing from workgroup and re-adding...I can't think what would cause such a weird problem.
To make things harder we don't know exactly when it started happening but the OSX machines definitely used to list the folders and it happens on more than one mac. which I guess makes me think it's something on the Windows client. The 30 folders are not using any nonstandard characters, some are only a few letters long.
Ideas on a postcard!?Reporting the same problem.
1. Have Windows 7 MediaCenter with file sharing set up properly (LM+NTLM Authentication allowed and 128-bit encryption disabled in security policies).
2. Test folder ("C:\income") and all the subfolders' owner is 'Guest', full access is granted for everyone.
3. Connecting to MediaCenter from MacBook with Finder by pressing Cmd+K and typing smb://ip-addr/income
4. Finder connects successfully, but some sub-folders and files are not being listed.
Workaround:
5. You can open a not-listed folder directly by pressing Cmd+K and typing smb://ip-addr/income/some-invisible-folder
6. Voila! You're inside invisible folder.
In the meantime, i can see all the sub-folders on a Windows XP client machine, so i can make a conclusion that all of these 'invisible' sub-folders are actually accessible by Finder, but in some reason are just not being listed on Mac. -
Add-mailboxfolderspermission to all folders, not one at a time
I wanted to add folder permissions to a user but it seem you can only give permission to folders one a time. Bu I wanted to add permissions to all folders at one time, is there a parameter I can use ? Here is the example of adding permissions to the in Inbox
