I do not believe that an app can do what you want to do. In order to save part of an image and then get rid of the rest of the image, you need to outline the part to ba saved with a mouse and a cursor. That part is then saved as a layer and the remaining part of the picture deleted. You can look at photo editing programs for use on a computer to do this type of work. You may want to talk with some professional photographers to see which programs they like.

With the selection still active apply a Solid Color adjustment layer in a new colour.
Adjust the opacity and blending mode to suit.
Do a Save as... using a different file name and repeat with different colours.

Change background colour in Photos app

Hi there,
Just updated the OS and iPhoto has been replaced by Photos app. How do I set the background colour to my preferred dark grey, rather than the garish and interfering white? I can't find the settings to do this, have checked Views and Preferences.
Whilst on layout view, is there a way to permanently switch on the titles? I've ticked titles in the metadata option, but the titles only show in a pale and fuzzy grey when you actually hover on the image. It's a dog's dinner and really unhelpful! If this is the only view 'option', the new app is entirely redundant as a useful photo manager. I hope Apple haven't just forced me to use the Adobe alternative.
Could Apple please employ a working photographer to aid the design and not an (anti) design pedagogue, please.

You're wanting a consumer app that's more geared for mobile devices to do what professional apps do normally.
Tell Apple what additional features you want in Photos via both http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html and http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html since they don't have a feedback page for Photos as yet.
However, you should look into professional DAM (digital asset management) apps. I use Media Pro 1 as my primary DAM app and iPhoto for special projects like books, calendars, etc.

Things can import tasks from Reminders if you have them in a specific list that you specify. It has iOS apps as well.

Photoshop is an extremely complicated, professional application. Learning how to do anything in Photoshop requires a lot of time.
For "goofy" stuff, there are plenty of small, cheap apps in the App Store, that are simple to use.

Changing background on car photo?

I'm on a Mac 10.8.2 w/ CS6 13.0
I've tried to follow videos and tutorial examples for this process, however I must be missing one or two items...maybe in my set up?
This is one of the tutorials that seems very straight forward(except for a couple typo's) but when I try it, I'm told the file could not be copied to clipboard because it's too large...however it does appear to paste the car over the bottom photo? Or did it?
"First open one of the shots in PhotoShop and select the entire image by pressing Ctrl-A, then cut or copy the image into the clipboard (Ctrl-X or Ctrl-C, either will do the trick), now close this image ... without saving ! Very important, we don't want to change the original image file, you never know you might need it again in the future.
Now create a new document (Ctrl-N) and just click 'OK', no need to change any of the settings, they are set to the content of the clipboard anyway so I can leave them 'as is'. Once the blank document is there hit the Ctrl-V to paste the first image into place. Time to open the second exposure, again Ctrl-A to select the entire shot, cut or copy the image (Ctrl-X or Ctrl-C) and close this file again (Ctrl-W)... do NOT safe the changes to keep the original image intact !
With this second image closed again I am automatically returned to my new document that already contains my first exposure, just hit Ctrl-C to paste the second exposure on top of this one and I'm halfway done already. The order of these shots isn't really that important, you will be exposing parts of one shot into the second one, which one lies below doesn't matter anyway."
Let's say the screen shot below is workable, if not I'll do it the correct way BUT how do I make the brillant layer masking work from here. Everything I've seen says to select the mask, then select the brush, then type of brush, make sure white is the foreground and black is background and just paint. When I paint nothing happens to my images?
Then I've tried going to File>Scripts>Import as Stacks and this seems to bring them in but w/ transparent layers underneath, why?

Your screenshot shows Background layer targeted. Anything you paint on that will be hidden by the higher layers.
You have no mask in which to paint. Target the top layer then click the Add Layer Mask at bottom of Layers panel to add a white mask to the layer. White in a mask makes the respective pixels of a layer be fully opaque, black makes pixels fully transparent and grays create partial transparency. Paint with black to mask out parts of the layer and reveal the underlying layer.

I guess you mean Load Files Into Stack. It normally creates only one layer per imported file. How many image layers and how many transparent layers are created when you load the two car files into a stack?

Why my apps can't acces to my photos

When I try to change my profile picture from bbm I couldn't because a message said that the app doesn't have acces to my photos or videos
Or videos so I try with whatsapp and Facebook I couldn't so I went to settings/privacy/photos and it doesn't show any app I restore the setting and the privacy settings to and it didn't work so I've heard the the only thing to do is doing a restore, is that true? Can someone help me please!

The apps those using photo app will be listed under Settingd -> Privacy -> Photos.
If your apps like facebook, WhatsApp are not listed under the same then you need to reset your iphone with erase all data option.

When you enable Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your Photo Stream.

Notice it states all NEW photos. But like I said, I'm not that sure about it. I don't use Photo Stream, just based on what I am reading.

Hi You can use <b>VOV8 </b>for single sale order change If you want mass change u can use <b>MASS </b>t code
For Billing document you can use <b>VTFL</b>

There is transaction MASS which can be used to carry out mass changes in the sales order and other objects.
Mass Maintenance: (Use to change multiple fields in multiple documents at the same time). I have done mass change for customers; and orders should work the same way too.
1) Try t-code [MASS] and select sales orders & execute
2) Choose the table or tables for your selection criteria and also for fields you want to change.
Then execute. (suppose your selection criteria fields are from "sales order header data" table and the field you want to change, is in "item data" table)
3) Put in the sales documents(21000000, 21000001) you want to change and also the items(10) you want to change.
- click on " choose selection fields" button
- From the Pool, move the fields you want to the "select fields" using arrows.
4)From mass maintenace menu, click on "Enter new field values"
-click on "sales order item data" tab and choose the field you want to change.
(for example. I want to change plant for item 10)
-enter the new value (of the plant to be)
-click on "Adopt" and execute
5)In "sales order item data" tab, you see the new value of the plant you entered at the top and the old values of item 10 are below.
-click on "change field values" button. you see all the old values are changed to new values.
-save
Note: it will take some time depending on how many records you have.
Check: Go to [SM37] and see the status of the job you are running and once finished, export the spool file to a spreadsheet.
Before you do mass maintenance, go to the particular table in [se16] and get the results. Then do the mass maintenance and compare the results with this one. If they match, then you are good to go.
Note: If you have any user exits that affect the results, ask them to deactivate the MODCHECKS still you are done with mass maintenance & activate them again.
