  • Can I select which components will have auto binding turned on?

To be honest, the only reason I don't use JDeveloper full time is due to this reason only.
Can I select which components will have auto binding turned on?
I don't see the need or reason to bind every single component in the page to your backing bean.
This can clutter up your backing bean and all the searching for the bindings that I do care about is a real time waster.
I've looked at the preferences and settings without much luck, thus I'd appreciate any thoughts on this topic.
    Thanks,

To make sure I understand your response, your refering to Managed Beans as your Backing Beans - I thought the two were the same thing.
Moving on, that is a good idea and I'll try it right now in a test project.
    Thanks,

It will have whatever iOS version was current for that device at the time it was manufactured.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if one component won't install normally.
If needs be, the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility (MS Installer "Fixit") may be able to help force through the installation.

  • Client Installation on DMZ workgroup server

    Hi,
Please let me know how the DMZ workgroup client communicate with SCCM 2012 server which is in domain.
Also what client installation properties we need to mentioned while manully installing the client on DMZ workgroup server.
Whether PKI certificate will required for authentication?
I thing only http 80 port will required for communication, please correct if I am wrong.
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Parag

A client in a workgroup and / or dmz has the same port requirements as any other client. For a complete list see:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh427328.aspx;
For some guidance on installing a client on a workgroup server see:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712298.aspx;
It's not a ConfigMgr requirement that a client in a workgroup requires a PKI certificate.
The key is that the clients in the dmz can communicate and resolve the management point.

  • Oracle 11g client installation on Solaris in non GUI mode

    Hi,
I want to know if there is a way i can install Oracle 11g client on Solaris 10 machine in non GUI mode (ie. i want to do it from a command based terminal)
    Thanks
    Anup

    Hi Anup
You have two ways to install it
    1) Client installation without response file
Please Refer to Doc ID 885643.1
    2) With Response file
Refer to the document available in Document library
Document Oracle® Database Client Installation Guide
11g Release 2 (11.2) for Solaris Operating System
Note: from 11gR2 onwards you can create a response file from GUI also and then use it later on for silent installation.
Hope this is helpful for You
    Regards

  • Client installation on Unix (HPUX)

I can not install the client on an HPUX box, here is what I have done:
I have downloaded and extracted 10g Enterprise/Standard Edition into /home/oracle/Disk1 [the client software should be here?]
I have successfully installed the 10.2 Server on my HPUX (11.11) box.
The Oracle database installation guide 10.2 for hpux PA-RISC, indicates in section "1.3 Oracle Database Installation Types" states 'Oracle Client is installed separately. You cannot install Oracle Database Client during an Oracle Database installation.' This section also lists Enterprise, Standard, and Custom as the types of installation. I used Standard when I installed the server.
I now want to install the client.
The Oracle database client installation guide 10.2 for hpux PA-RISC, indicates in section "1.3 Oracle Client Installation Types"; Instant Client, Administrator, Runtime and Custom as the types of installation. So... I am expecting to see these options when I run the installer..... Here is what I am doing:
    1. CD to /home/oracle/Disk1
    2. ./runInstaller
    3. Installer comes up with the following options:
    a. Basic Installation
    i. Enterprise Edition
    ii. Standard Edition
    b. Advanced Installation
I have tried various combinations of the above options, but I never presented options to select CLIENT like installations.
If you have any ideas, please help... Thanks

You must download a separate cpio.gz file for the client

Upgrading from iPhoto 8 to iPhoto 9 requires a purchase. There are two ways to get to iPhoto 9:
    1 - purchase a copy of the iLife 11 disk from a 3rd party retailer like Amazon.com or eBay.com.
2 - if your MBP meets the requirements upgrade you system for free to Mavericks.  Then you can purchase the latest iPhoto version, 9.5.1, from the App Store.

You may want to post machine info.

    Leave out the serial number.

It will make it easier to help you w/ your problem to know the  size and RAM installed.
"Yesterday I couldn't update the maps on my Garmin because it said the OS I had wouldn't work"
What OS will your Garmin work with? Funny there was someone else that did that and upgraded to Yosemite and regretted it.
I'd say Lion if your Garmin is compatible.
Both Lion and Mountain Lion are downloadable from the Apple Store:

There is no need for anyone to use 32-bit version anymore.
Retail comes with both. Or you can save on just buying 64-bit System Builder disc.
Better support for today's hardware with larger video graphic memory and systems.
    Better memory management.

Yes, but all the data from your sisters PC will be erased and replaced with yours, which is probably what you want anyhow.
