I have a problem with Citrix, permissions and ORACLE-client.
Which forum would be approbriate for that ?

I asume the citrix-client is missing some windows-privileges. So you're right. It's more something for an CITRIX-forum. But maybe somebody here has had the same problem.Well this certainly isn't the right sub forum, even if you're just looking to see if anyone's experienced similar.
Perhaps the [Database General|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/forum.jspa?forumID=61] forum would be a better place, but make it clear when you post there that you know it's likely a citrix issue and you're just asking in case anyone else has experienced similar, otherwise you could get some unwanted responses. ;)

connection with same metric (metric 10) , the adapter order is as follows
G1,G2,G3.G4
2)what about the less subnet id if each interface has less subnet id than other
3)the built in interface (gig 0) why have metric of 286 not 10 like others

As far as I remember, Windows uses ANY of the routes with equal metric.
I'm not sure if there is publicly available algorithm, but I believe it may switch from one interface to another if experience packet loss on the current.
So, the conclusion is: the outgoing interface is not predictable.
If you want any kind of reliability you would better to create port-channel and use FHRP on your routers.

here's what the documentation says about a table created with the NOLOGGING clause:
"Specify NOLOGGING if you do not want these operations to be logged.
For a nonpartitioned object, the value specified for this clause is the actual physical attribute of the segment associated with the object."
I read that to mean that segment information is not logged. I don't see where it says that inserts are not logged.
And my testing on versions 9, 10.1 and 10.2 have shown that normal inserts to a table created with nologging mode will generate the same amount of redo as inserts to a table created with logging mode.
Using APPEND will drastically reduce the amount of redo generated. Here's some of my findings showing the amount of redo (in bytes) generated for different methods:
v10.2.0.3.0
table structure:
t( a number, b number)
insert 50,000 rows per test
created regular table, did NOT enable parallel dml
insert append parallel : 141808 redo
insert parallel        : 142032 redo
insert append          :    1156 redo
insert                 : 754120 redo
regular table, alter session enable parallel dml:
insert append parallel : 141180
insert parallel        : 141876
insert append          :   16156
insert                 : 748552
create table with nologging option, did NOT enable parallel dml:
insert append          :   16000

Actually since it is a Soundblaster Wireless Music we have directed most users to the Soundblaster board for it. This is one of our "mixture" products where it could fit in a lot of places so it was wise to ask where to best ask. Soundblaster is the place.

Which forum for LenovoEMC / IOmega NAS units?

There seems to be three fora for these NAS devices.
On the index page, this one seems to be only for PX devices but that doesn't show up in the cookie crumbs which say "Lenovo Community > Network Desktop Storage > LenovoEMC Network Desktop Storage"
And some of the messages are clearly about the IX series.
Can we have clear guidlines for which forum to use and some nudging to see that they are followed? Perhaps the fora should be combined.

The forums are separated in the same way as in the support page, with the addition of moving rackmount devices to the enterprise forums.
-LenovoEMC: LenovoEMC Network Desktop Storage

Current Lenovo ix and ez media desktop units (lifeline v4.x.x)
-Iomega: Iomega Desktop Network Storage

Iomega branded px devices technically could go here, however the LenovoEMC forums would be best suited. Same for any Iomega ix or ez media device, the Lenovo section would be better suited. ( more of a catch-all section) (lifeline v2.x-3.x)
