Which infotypes contain these fields?
hello experts
I am BI Consultant, trying to enhance some HR Datasources.I am trying to find new fields----'Payroll Run Date'....'Present Salary of the position'....in which tables are these fields located?and what is the technical name of these fields?
I tried but couldnot find them.
Thnks and Rgds
S
Hi,
For 'Payroll Run Date' go to PA03 transaction and check the field payroll period.
You will get the technical name by right clicking on the field and go to help(F1) .
In the screen that pops up go to Technical information.
Not quite sure abt the 'Present Salary of the position'.
Probably the information will be available in IT0008.
check and let me know.

Which table contains the field CNTRC(Counter Reading)?
Hi Guys,
1) Can anybody tell me which table contains the field CNTRC (short description is Counter Reading) ?
2) CNTRC is available in the structure RIMR0. In a situation like this, how do we identify the table name?
Thanks in Advance,
VijayDear Vijay
The counter reading is available in IMRG table in field CNTRR. It is available in exponential form. you need to convert to decimal from using the FM FLTP_CHAR_CONVERSION_FROM_SI
Please go through the below link for the
same

Please suggest me a datasource which contains these fields
Hai gurus,
I am working for a roll out project where in sap is implemented for the client in one place and based on that we are making modification and building the same for the same client located in other places....so naturally there will be some gaps for the same..
so my question here is that...there is some gap( report available...but need some modifications to the report) for some country...
so I have asked the client to provide me the name of the report. by giving the name of the fields (field and table names) got from functional people ..but client is asking me to provide more details such as names of the infoobjects to which they are mapped to on BW side and also the name of the data source to which these fields are to be enhanced.....
can u please help me in this regard
Can u please tell me in which data source do i find these fields(most of these atleast)
By the way this is a PP domain

KTEXTLooks like the 2LIS_04_P_MATNR DataSource would be your best bet as a starter, but you're going to have to enhance it with some of the fields that you listed which appear to be custom.
GETRI - This is on the 2LIS_04_P_MATNR DataSource
AUFNR - This is on the 2LIS_04_P_MATNR DataSource
MATNR - This is on the 2LIS_04_P_MATNR DataSource
MAKTX - This is on the 0MATERIAL_TEXT DataSource
YYD-YSOP2 - This appears to be a custom field and would have to be populated to the DataSource through a User Exit in CMOD.
YYD-YSOP3 - This appears to be a custom field and would have to be populated to the DataSource through a User Exit in CMOD.
GBTXT - This is an HR application component item. This would have to be populated through a User Exit.
YINHA - This appears to be a custom field and would have to be populated to the DataSource through a User Exit in CMOD.
MEINS - This is on the 2LIS_04_P_MATNR DataSource.
KTEXT - This is a fairly generic text field and you're going to have to specify which table in R3/ECC it should come from in order to determine if there's any standard content that has this. -

Which Infotype contains the information on High Potencial employees (in PD)
Hello,
is there any infotype in PA/PD/talent management that contains the information on "High Potencial"/"High Performing" employees?
Thank You & Regards
Raghu KolukuluriWithin talent management you are able to assign a person as high potential in the performance feedback document (by using the OSA application). When this has been done and approved the data can be written back to a High Potential talent group in Succession Management.
This or you can search directly for the high potential assignments via the search on appraisal document items also in Succession Management.
With Enhancement Package 1 several new functions are available to handle your high potential employees.

Is there any standard report which contain all these fields
is there any standard report which contain all these fields
1. plant
2. material no.
3. profit center
4. movement type
5.g l a/c
6.posting date
we have it in z form one of the job it does is that what all materials entries came to a single gl we can know from it
like we can know what all materials were charged to repair to p and m a/c.
can any one tell where can we find these field in any standard format in sap.
pls send some suggestions.Hello Sanjeev,
I don't think there is an existing standard report with all the information from KE5Z plus material name.
What I would suggest to you is either:
1) Copy the standard KE5Z program (RCOPCA02) to a Z program one and insert the additional field from MAKT table (it would demand ABAP coding and some considerable effort to develop it);
2) Create a Query (SQ01 transaction) by selecting data from GLPCA (table that is used in KE5Z) and MAKT (table that contains the material name by language).
Hope it helps you.
Best Regards,
Daniel. -

Which R3 table contains the field WRSHB (Amount in FC)?
In InfoSource 0FI_AP_4, the InfoObject 0DEB_CRE_DC is mapped with R3 field WRSHB (Amount in FC). We try to find which R3 table contains this field, but fail to find it. We've tried BKPF, BSEG, and PAYR, not successful. We tried RSO2 and find that no view/table is attached to the datasource 0FI_AP_4, instead the extraction function BWFID_GET_FIAP_ITEM is used for the extraction, but inside this function, still can't find this field WRSHB.
Any idea?
Thankshi AHP,
Thanks for your answer to 0FI_AP_4. Now we've got a question for 0FI_GL_4:
Follow the similar SAP Help link for 0FI_GL_4:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/57/dd153c4eb5d82ce10000000a114084/frameset.htm
The above link shows the Origin Fields in the Extract Structure, however it doesn't contains the field called KNTTP, but it does exist in the datasource of 0FI_GL_4 of our R3 system, why? Our R3 system version is 4.7. SAP Help website should be updated, right? Why SAP Help website doesn't contain the field KNTTP for datasource 0FI_GL_4?

Creation of HR infotype with repeated fields
Hi,
We have a requirement in our project where in we need to implement the repeat field screen structure.
We have to create an info type with 96 fields in which some of the fields are repeated more than once.
We have tried to create a table control to represent the repeated fields, for this we have a standard way which SAP follows. We have done the same way but we are not able to get the table control in the info type screen.
We have done the following steps using this link
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/4f/d52552575e11d189270000e8322f96/frameset.htm
1) I have created a structure with the repeated fields of the info type
2) created the entries in Mapping for Conversion of Repeat Structure/Tables (table T588AUTO_MAP) with the repeated fields
3) For each type LINE screen structure to be used, a corresponding entry was defined in Mapping for Conversion of Repeat Structure/Tables (table T588AUTO_TABLE).
4) I have created an info type with all these fields where in I should get the repeated fields in the table control format, but this was not happening.
Is there any task to be done to link all these transactions before going for creation of the info type?
Can any one suggest me how to get the table format on the screen with all these repeated fields.
with regards,
ramu mullapudiHi Choudhury,
Thanks for your reply. The infotype that you suggested solved my problem.

Which infotype of E -recruitment is the position details stored
Hi all,
In E recruitment in the requisition the organization data tab page we need to know where the position details and the organization unit details are stored.I mean to ask which infotype of E rec.
Thanks and best regards
RajeevHello Rajeev,
if you assign a position to a requisition in the first subtab of the organizational data container sequence item you won't find information in any of the e-recruiting infotypes.
The system creates relations between the requisition (NB) and the positions (S) and stores them in HRP1001. They can be accessed throug the standard HR function modules or throug the e-recruiting classes e.g. CL_HRRCF_OI_BL.
The Organizational unit (O) and the Job (C) also read from the relations in table HRP1001.
If you only assign an organizational unit and job by filling the second subtab of the container sequence item. e-recruiting stores the Ids of the 2 objects in HRP5125 or HRP5126 (currently have no system to look for it).
Names / Texts for all these objects are stored like for all OM objects in HRP1000 and can also be accessed via the e-recruiting classes or through the OM function modules.
Hope that answers your question.
Best regards

We have a publishing website in SharePoint 2010. There are total 4 environments - Development, Test, Stage and Production. For some enhancements, we had to create some new lists and libraries. When we moved changes from Development to Test environment, everything
worked fine. Relevant lists and libraries in lower environments were saved as templates (in .stp format) including content, imported to higher environment, lists/libraries were created in higher environment using imported templates.
Things worked fine from Development to Test. We did similar exercise from Test to Stage environment. Now in Stage, when we access some pages, we get error message - "One or more field types are not installed
properly. Go to the list settings page to delete these fields.". ULS logs don't tell which exact list has got problems.
On searching for this error, I got many articles that explain how this could happen when we migrate from SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) to 2010. Though our case different (as all our environments are in 2010), we still tried following steps.
De-activate 'SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure' Site Collection feature
Go to https://site-name/relationships%20list/allitems.aspx. This is a hidden list. Delete this list.
Re-activate 'SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure' Site Collection feature.
Make sure that new hidden list with one item is created at https://site-name/relationships%20list/allitems.aspx
However, this didn't help as we are still getting same error message. Appreciate if someone can suggest how this issue can be resolved.
Following are ULS logs:
Unable to execute query: Error 0x81020014
One or more field types are not installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete these fields.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: One or more field types are not installed properly. Go to the list settings page to delete these fields.

Thanks!Hi Shrishail ,
Some time this issue occurs if you have any custom filed types in the list or library and that field type is not installed on server .
Can you please check that if you are having any custom field types column on the list and library and if that is the case you need to install that field type on the server. sometimes it happens if field types are not properly deployed / Installed then
you have to uninstall that field types (retract solution) and deploy it again.
Thanks,

Which CD contains the EP Installation for SAP R/3 470-620 ?
Hi,
I want to know which CD contains the EP installation for SAP R/3 47- 620, windows ,MS SQL server ?
I have gone through SAP documentation for EP 6.0 installation.
According to it, says that
<i>1. To navigate to the J2EE Engine folder, on NetWeaver DVD, choose SAPINST > NT > I386.
Double-click sapinst.exe.
2. Navigate to SAP NetWeaver 04 Java System (J2EE only) > MS SQL Server > Central System > Custom Installation Java System and choose Next.</i>
But I am unable to find the directory J2EE on my CD ?
Further my CD does have SAPINST.EXE, after excuting it the installation does not show option for <i>Central System > Custom Installation Java System </i> only matching option available is <b>Central Instance</b> .
If you have any experience , please share .
Regards
Gurpreet Singh SidhuHello Gurpreet,
For JAVA installationyou need to use Netweaver DVDs and not 4.7 CDs. You need to install JAVA through Master Installation DVD ( in which you will find SAPINST.exe) and also make use of the JAVA DVD. Further for EP installation you will have to again make use of Master Installation DVD as well as JAVA DVD since the JAVA DVD has Netweaver Components also in it. Check you collection. You must have these DVDs in order to install EP 6.0. I hope you already have required JDK version on your installation machine.
Regards.
Ruchit.
