Which is better Ipods Or Z

Which is better the "Ipods" or ZENS personally i think the zens there way better that the ipods by the long shot.

Ipod Photo?vs. Zen Vision:M, if you sompare price for price then ipod photo 60Gb can be purchased for practically same price as the 30Gb zen vision, feature wise you get more for your money with zen. . Better screen: more colours, brighter (I beli've)2. Better sound quality.3. Better/wider video format codec support (eg. Divx, Xvid)4. Radio: you can record your radio with zen.5. Voice recorder.6. Other stuff that I can't think off at this time. ipod has the looks plus they have started when nobody else was making an mp3 player, so they have the advance on the market today.

  • Which is better iPod nano 7th gen or iPod touch 4th gen

I currently have an iPod touch 2nd gen 8 GB.  I can no longer update it nor download from iTunes.  I also do not have enough memory for all my videos and music.  So I am considering buying a new one.  I basically only use my iPod for music and videos and carry it in my backpack when riding the bus.  I am trying to decide between the newest iPod nano and the 4 th gen touch.  I am a little leery of the nano's small screen, but I've heard the 4th gen touches have extremely fragile screens.  I don't care about retina screens or ability to watch HD videos, as I am visually impaired and can't tell the difference.  What is most important to me is which one is more durable.  Which one is less likely to be damaged considering I use it traveling on public transportation?

Normally a nano, but I perfer an iTouch and just like Anlan said for the nano,
it is much more portable because it is so small, and can easily fit in your pocket.
The only reason for the iTouch 4th gen is that one day if you lose it, unlike a nano, you can track a iTouch (chances of finding is 20% - 60%) and you can get the best apps like Facebook or Temple Run 2.
But if you want, you can go with the nano. Its all up to you.

  • Which is better ipod touch or airport express?

    hi,
I'm running itunes from my mac through a standard home hifi unit but want to upgrade my speakers. I'm thinking of buying a set of zeppelin speakers (http://www.bowers-wilkins.co.uk/display.aspx?infid=2466) but as I dont have an ipod was wondering whether to stream music from my mac using airport express or buy an ipod touch.
Does anyone know if the sound quality is affected using the airport express?
    cheers

    Hi deggie,
Congratulations for your purchase of Zeppelin, which is a great speaker for iPod and I am going to buy it once it is available in Hong Kong. (I heard it once it a shop in Hong Kong).
B&W is a great speaker company - with no doubt.
Does Zeppelin has also an optical input as well?
My only comments (with my iPod HiFi with airport express) - occasionally the signal did not come too smoothly from my airport express to the iPod HiFi - a kind of influence from other electronic wave e.g. mircowave?

  • Which is better Ipod Touch 5g or Ipad Air

  • Which is better Ipod Shuffle or Ipod Touch in terms of everything.

Well in my opinion, I think the Touch definitely wins out. Just look at all the different functionality the Touch offers compared to just an iPod Shuffle.  A few simple examples are obviously the applications you download and use, but also it's ability to connect to Wi-Fi networks, allowing you to browse the web among other things.

  • Which is better the 1st g or 2nd generation ipod touch

I like to know which is better and last longer and wont have much issues
    A. 1st g ipod touch
    or
    B. 2nd genertion ipof touch
I like to know I dont know which one I want, and I like to hear it from a person who know what there talking about and who knows alot about ipod touch
    reply back real soon
    I need to know

    Hello,
It really depends on your own wants/needs. When the price of the refurbished touch dropped down to $199, I went ahead and purchased it, and so far, I don't regret it or want the 2nd generation (which I have seen and played with).
The main differences with the 2nd generation include a built-in Nike+ receiver (Nike+ is pretty much an iPod-integrated pedometer that works with just the Nano so far), external volume controls, and an internal speaker for "casual listening" (meaning that it doesn't really have that great of volume/audio quality, but the headphones are just as good as any other iPod).
I don't think at this stage we can determine which will have a longer, overall life expectancy. After all, the 2nd generations have only been around since the 9th of this month, and the 1st generations are roughly a year old at this point. Not really a fair comparison.
Regarding issues you might experience... several users on this forum have reported Wi Fi issues with the 2nd generation, but, keep in mind that this is generally a support forum, so most of what you see on here will be issues looking for resolution. I haven't had any issues with the 1st generation that I haven't been able to solve by a simple reset.
    Hope this is helpful

  • Which is better an android or apple

Which is better getting an android smart phone or an Apple I Phone?

As the poster Horses 547 said its a matter of personal preference. However I own and use both. Printing via air print is smooth and easy on an iphone. Printing on a android phone is iffy and tedious and you will have to find an app to print since there is no native app to do so. I purchased http://www.printhand.com which costs around $12 from the app store. but it is in my opinion the best printing app out there for android. I use it on my android tablet as well and its great. This company is the maker of the print app on iphones.
The iphone is a little harder to put your own ringtone on the device. However very easy from the Itunes you put on your computer and hook into.
Another thing an iphone does is if you use their cloud service or pay for a song it is available on all your ios devices. Iphone, ipad, or ipod or up to five computers registered through itunes on those computers.
Google play music also can sync with all your android devices.
Iphone don't have external Micro SD card slots, so the storage on the phone is all you have.
Iphones use imessage which does not count against your text allotment  to another iphone or ipad user. it send regular text to non iphone users.
Another thing is Face Time but I found a better program called oovoo at http://www.oovoo.com or in the Google Play Store for free.
Iphones are paper thin but I have an android that has a larger view area and is also paper thin and light. Depending on the android phone it may have a removable battery, whereas iphones are sealed as are some new androids. I have found the sound for music better on my iphone, and videos are crystal clear. Again on some better androids the music and video is comparable .
There is really not many differences but it up to the user.
One last good thing is iphones are updated via Apple, no long waits for OS updates like is done with Android devices, and android devices on Verizon.

  • Which is better, charging the battery at a higher amperage or lower?

I just bought a 3rd party adapter to recharge my Touch via the AC outlet. I have an application on my touch that gives me the status of my battery. When I plug my touch via USB, the charging amperage is 500ma but when I use the AC plug, it says 1000ma. So which is better for longer battery life?

  • Which is better for your hearing?

Got a pair of Yuin earbuds, and my problem is listening on a windy day. The wind creates a lot of bass rumble, making me turn up the volume. Canal phones sit closer to the eardrums, but would block out the wind so I could keep the volume lower.
Question, from someone with a degree of hearing loss already: which is better for your ears? Earbuds at higher volume or in-ear at lower vol?

I have 60% deafness in the right ear but also suffer tinnitus (loud whooshing sound) due to a RTA, but the left ear has excellent hearing. I have tried earbuds, headphones even a pair that you control the volume for both ears. None up to now have made any difference. On a windy day my left ear just compensates for the right, so I just hear in mono. To hear good sound, at the moment, it's best for me to listen to my ipod inserted into the Bose sound dock at home.

  • Which has better sound - DVD or highest setting Quicktime?

Hi (I hope this question did not go through twice) -- I will be engaging in performances where I'll be streaming video and sound from my laptop... my quesiton is - which is better DVD or highest quality Quicktime? - for sound and vid... and by what degree? -- thanks.

I'll have to say for me it's a tie between my iPhone 3GS and 120 GB (6th gen) iPod Classic. The sound using the Apple in-ear headphones is awesome on those two models. I can't explain why, but that's my observation-there's a marked improvement with those two compared to Nano and older iPod Classic models.

  • H.264 vs. MPEG-4 video, which is better quality?

Which is better quality? H.264 or MPEG-4? Is one more compressed than the other? I'm putting video on my iPod and also may want to output to television from the iPod, so I'd also like to know which is better for that as well in addition to which is better in general.

H.264 is significantly more compressed than typical MPEG-4. MPEG-4 naturally would be better quality to the discerning eye, and is not as dependent on the speed of your processor and the strength of your GPU as H.264 is. I managed to get a 320 x 240 video of H.264 compressed to be 200 Megabytes for a 2.5 hour video. On a G5 iMac 1.8 Ghz the playback was fine. Trying the same video on a slower Mac there was significant amount of stuttering of the video itself. Experiment with some one minute shorts and measure the file size and see which has better quality on what you are playing it back on. If you can tell the difference, then go with the higher quality format. Certainly keep a higher quality format burnt to DVD in case you need to recreate from the original.

  • Touch or Classic? Which is better (quality)?

Which is better in terms of sound quality?

Classics. The Older 5.5 gens and Older series Ipods. The Newer 5.5 gens and the 6th Gens use a new sound chip. Same as for the Ipod Touches but Im not 100% sure with the Iphones.
Be careful though, The Ipods with that use the old style sound chip, which is far superior in quality of sound,  wasn't soldered well and the chip can seperate with The constant temperature change and unobserved  pressure applied to the unit when its in your pocket, book bag... ect.
Now Im not going to say that is 100% positive. Its just from experience owning a few new and older Ipods/Iphones.
Besides, How many older Mp3 plays can literally blow out your Earbuds{quality earbuds} if played too loud. I owned Bose Series{IE 2} in ear headphones and klipsch In ear Headphones{S5I Rugged series}.... The Key word is "Owned" lol.
Find an Older model that works great and compare it to the newer models. You will Hear the DIfference... or make you deaf in the process LOL.

  • Which is better to use: BEx query or Web Application as an iView in portal?

    Hi gurus!
Are there any experienced opinions, which is better - publish a BEx query in portal or publish a BEx Web Application in portal? Is it easier to alter the layout attributes etc. if I create a BEx Web Application first before publishing?
What is the way of fixing for example filter item height if I publish BEx query in portal - is there a Web Application that it uses anyhow which I can fix? Or can I use in that case iView -properties in portal?
    Thankful for advice
    Sari

ok, means i can use jsp:useBean tag for all my
classes that are not actually bean. so it will be
instantiated at run time and provide efficiency .No. Jsp:useBean is used for java bean components.
    >
but when should i use import statement in my jsp and
it happen at translation time so will it create any
type of burden for my code if i import multiple
classes. For non-java beans, you need to import the classes, period.
    It's not a burden, it's a necessity.
