Hurrah, i FINALLY got it working.
Installed drivers/software from original cd.
Downloaded/installed the Creative MediaSource Plugin for PlaysForSure devices (version .00.8) (23.98 MB) and managed to get the 'sync' feature working in WMP0.
Downloaded/installed Creative Zen Micro Media Explorer Web Update (<B>48.24 MB</B>) but it wasn't detecting my Zen.
Went into Device Manager and firstly uninstalled the MTP Device under Windows Portable Devices.
Connected Zen again, went into Device Manager again, right clicked on the MTP device and clicked on Update Driver.
The Zen Micro Media Explorer Web Update then detected my device and installed.

Note that VirtualBox, Parallels, and VM Fusion can also run other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, OS/2, Solaris, etc. There are performance differences between dual-boot systems and virtualization. The latter tend to be a little slower (not much) and do not provide the video performance of the dual-boot system. I cannot sync my iphone to my macbook since the highest software upgrade on it is 10.5.8. I cannot upgrade to the min. software necessary to upgrade to the itunes version that I need for the iphone 5! Please help!
The iPhone 5 requires iTunes 10.7 or later and iTunes 10.7 requires OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8). If your profile is correct it looks like you need to update your OS X on you Mac. You can contact Apple and purchase the software from them.

I am going to be starting round two soon trying to install my new MSI 790FX-GD70 motherboard. I had to RMA the last one because I could not get it to work with anything I did. So my question is this, what BIOS version do I need for my processor to be recognized? I will be using the 790FX-GD70 motherboard with an AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 140W Quad-Core Processor.
And what version comes on the motherboards? I want to make sure I don't encounter problems again when trying to install it. If it requires a BIOS upgrade right out of the box, then I will take it to the local computer store and have them flash it with one of their lower end processors. Thanks in advance!
- JonathanIs the CPU the 125W (1.5) or the 140W (1.3) version? The 125W is the newest and takes a later 1.5 BIOS. Look at the BIOS chip on the MB and write down the number on the sticker that's stuck on it. The last 3 digits = BIOS version, ie. 100 would be 1.0, 110 1.1
It's the chip just above bottom PCIe slot just to the right of N1996 number on the MB. (near the bottom center of MB) The thing is small so you need good young eyes or a magnifying glass to read it. -

Zen Micro - Problems with Zen Micro Media Explo
I've successfully installed the Zen Media Explorer and Media Source. I've used Zen Media explorer at work just fine but seem to be missing something on my home desktop. Everything in Media Explorer seems to work except for the "Rip Audio CD Tracks to Device" mode. When I select this feature in the main menu screen, it says insert audio cd in dri've, which I do. Then it says cd detected...but then all of the sudden I get a new dialog box that says "Error: Unable to load database component. The program will now exit." Has anyone else seen this? This is quite annoying as I have it working just fine at work and I think this is the most seamless method of getting cds tracks onto my micro....

- Connect ur micro before u insert the CD
2 - Try reinstalling the program, which should normally do the trick
3 - Update your firmware. (not sure if that will help)
4 - Try to rip cds that are only copyrighted (rip only original cds that u get in stores) -
BETA - Creative Zen Micro PlaysForSure with Windows Media Player 10 Update 2.10
I realise this has been talked about before, but...
I installed Creative Zen Micro *PlaysForSure/MTP Firmware 2.00.2 a couple of times and I had trouble syncing tracks. Formatting and Cleaning Up didn't work, before you ask. So i downgraded to previous firmware. I was wondering whether any users who had this problem installed the Beta firmware and found it was OK, because I know I can't downgrade from a Beta release so I wanted to ask before I installed it.I would imagine that there are people around who would answer YES, and some that would answer NO to your question.
But given what appears to be a large number of people who have troubles with that BETA firmware (esp when used with Napster to go), I would suggest you don't try that BETA firmware unless :
- you have a high stress level,
- you don't mind the risk of turning your Micro useless for a few weeks
- you feel a strong need to take whatever risk to solve whatever problems you have now.

Zen Micro 5Gb Firmware Problem.Need h
I had my Zen micro 5gb,
yesterday when i try to upgradedit firmware but it hangs.
then the player become in recovery mode..and it showned firmeware problem..
I tried to download the new firmware, however, itry to upgraded it agaian, it show, player was not connected..
i try a lot time, still not function.
It was not detected by my computer, but it become a portable devide with 20 mb storage only..
Now i had tried roll my WMP to 0 but still not helpful.
ANY Way can help?
I had chosed the reload firmware,, but the problem was my pc not respond to my player..

Major problem solved.
Already upgraded to new firmware.
I do it by:
1. uninstall all creative application and plugin.
2. using registry cleaner to clean the registry.
3. downgrade WMP to WMP0
4. Detected by WMP as MTP device, loading firmware upgrade, closed WMP. upgraded.
Now it Working fine already, just still have some problem is:
. Only WMP can detect it, all creative application can't detect it..
