Thanks for responding.
Finally I found out the same about my subscription.It's PDF Pack, and it still works!
The only reason for using this product is to combine PDF files. For that purpose I think 490 NOK annually is a little too much.
Are ther other Acrobat services that does the trick for free or at a more reasonabel cost?

I intend to install Arch on a laptop with Broadcom and Atheros network cards (LAN and Wifi).
I would like to check which network card drivers are present on the Arch installation CDs to check compliance with this laptop.

The network cards present on my laptop (Acer Aspire 4750) are :
Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9287 Wireless Network Adapter (PC-Express) (rev 01)
Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM57785 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 10)
I would like to check if the needed drivers (one or both) are included in the installations CDs (netinstall / core).

Use the custom Find window, AKA "Smart Folder". See in the Finder menubar under the "File" menu the selection "New Smart Folder".
Typically files have an "extension", or a filename suffix that identifies what kind of file it is. Quicktime movies might have a ",mov" suffix, so type the suffix in the Smart Window search field or tell it to search "Kind" as "Movies".
When you get the window full of found files, select the ones you want to move and drag them to the "Movies" folder.

Is there a list of all video cards (NOT graphic cards) supported by OSX (10.3 or 10.4).
More specific:
Are the Pinnacle DV 500/700/1000 supported by OSX, or do I have to get drivers from some where else (if they exist!)?

Which fonts (if any) are included in Acrobat XI Pro (student license)?

It was mentioned to me that rather than buying only the licenses for a few fonts I am interested in, I should consider purchasing Acrobat XI Pro as the fonts may come with the package. However, nowhere can I seem to find out if any fonts indeed come with Acrobat XI Pro. Can someone please advise? Thank you.

Acrobat is not one of the Adobe products that comes bundled with a bunch of fonts.
Buried within Acrobat's resources are a bunch of fonts to support PDF usage in various non-Latin character set languages, but these are not available for use by other programs as-installed.
By the way, student and educational licenses of Adobe products come with the same resources as those for full commercial license use.

Is there a place I can file a complaint about your service?

Ever since I got my new phone (out of necessity as my last one broke) I've gotten nothing but misinformation from the store level to the call center level. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and I do not appreciate the way I am being treated. I, unfortunately, just restarted my contract but I will gladly look into one of the other phone companies that offer to buy the contract out the second my account is up to date.
I'll try to make this short but when I bought my phone(yes, from a Verizon store not a retailer) I was told by the salesperson in the store that I could pay for some of the phone then and have the rest put on my bill. I then asked could I make payments on it they said yes just call customer service(first piece of misinformation) If I knew then that that wasn't true I would have purchased a cheaper phone.
When I called to arrange payment lo and behold I couldn't...because my bill wasn't past due. I was on the phone for 30 min trying to figure out why someone who has a past due bill gets preferential treatment over someone trying to call before hand to prevent a delinquent account. Ok, whatever, I paid what I could on the due date, was assured that as long as I called after it went past due I could make payment arrangements. Called today to make a payment plan and find out that to Verizon making a payment plan mean to post date a check. I assumed it meant that it would break the payment over a few months. (which, by the way, Verizon used to do some years ago.) Now I'm in danger of losing my phone services if it's not paid in full by the 7th.
I'll have it paid but I'm truly annoyed at all the misinformation verizon employees dole out on a daily basis.

I'm sorry you feel you have been mistreated fedu2396. We do our best to make sure you have the option to make payment arrangements when you're past due so that your services are not suspended. If you're not past due, there is no reason for us to make payment arrangements. Our system won't allow us to make the arrangements on a current account. Also, did you get a receipt for your purchase? Did it state the entire amount was charged to your bill? I'm sorry the information given to you was not fully explained in detail. Please let us know if you have any other concerns. I hope you stay with our family.

I have installed Windows 7 Home 32 on a Toshiba Satellite A210 (no upgrade - new installation) and I have later installed all Toshiba drivers from their website. I want to know which programs and services are installed from this three programs:
- Hardware Setup
- Utilities
- Value Added Package
I have installed all three programs but I can only find this programs:
- TOSHIBA Flash Cards
- TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic
In the settings of "Flash Cards" I can only disable the hotkey function which is not disabled.
But the keys F1 to F12 still don't work and I don't find the Toshiba hardware settings in the control panel.
So I want to check all programs and services from this three programs on the notebook.

This is a little bit complicated.
I presume you can remember how it works under Vista and I hope you can remember that on your desktop there was placed shortcut for Toshiba Assist. When you open Toshiba Assist you can find Hardware setup and all other Toshiba tools and utilities.
So you can install Assist designed for your notebook model and for Vista. I have installed it too.
Value Added Package contains several tools and utilities:
- Toshiba Components Common Driver
- Toshiba Utilities
- Toshiba PC Diagnostic Tool
- Toshiba Power Saver
- Toshiba Button Support
- Toshiba Zooming Utility
- Toshiba Flash cards
Install Assist and you will have access to all important tools and utilities.

Services are weird

I have installed some of the services from http://www.macosxautomation.com/services/download/index.html and have written my own service so I can click on a file and open it in textmate.
Depending on which combination of services are ticked/checked in the system settings service panel I find my services in two different places. They are either in the context menu as is or sitting as a sub-item in a "services" item. The same thing with the action button in finder.
For instance when 'folder actions setup' is checked I get the 'services' item. Also with 'compare files' it happens too. But on different file types or folders.
It all seems very inconsistent. I just want them all to sit in the context menu or go in folders of my creation.

In Documents and Receipts for My Verizon and when I select this link to Your eGuide (including the Terms and Conditions of your service) (English) it goes to http://cache.pagefreezer.com/browse/youreguide/14-12-2014T00:00/http://youreguide.vzw.com/ . I use Norton 360 Premier as my antivirus protection and when I select the link Norton 360 says that it has blocked a known Malicious Web Site. Go to the Norton detailed report and it shows that the site pagefreezer.com is known for Phishing Attacks.
This needs to be addressed by Verizon as I don't like to go to web sites that are known for Phishing attacks/Malicious behavior.

Why i am not able to get all the applets which are included in a page

I have two applet which are included in JSF pages, when try to print all the applets which are inculded in web page
Using below code. but it is printing current applet(the applet which is using this code to print),
i am not seeing the other applet in println statement.
what could be reason (well when i made a demo example it is printing all the applets which are included in web page)
and is there any permission issues ( both applet are signed as well).
can you please what could be the reason, thanks in advance.

You can access iCloud.com, but you wont be able to sync your contacts, apps etc.. to iCloud.

The lack of good customer service seems to be common among large companies that once had a monopoly. Verizon still operates as though they are the only ones that can provide these services and thus can provide sub standard service and even less customer support.
I don’t think it is a concious effort to "screw the little guy". I think the problem is that the company is too large and no one there has a good grasp on what it takes to be a leading company in a competitive market so they keep trying to provide service and products in the same manner as it was done for years.
Here is a great example. I switched to Vonage in 2004 and never once got a phone call or letter from Verizon asking why I no longer have their phone service. Even if I had received such a communication, I am certain my response would have been tracked in a spreadsheet and filed away, never to be seen again. I recently got a flyer from them (2012) offering me unlimited LOCAL calling and three calling features for $5 more a month than I am currently paying. What? Why would I pay more for less?
Anyway, the only way that things will change is if you stop buying their services. Wireless, FIOS, Copper, etc. While I realize that the other options out there aren’t much better, there is not much else we can do.

Photoshop.com is no longer available. The service transferred to Revel.
Ignore the sign-in altogether.

Most likely you are suffering from a bug in iWeb that doesn't let you publish websites if an image you have added to your site begins with space. You can either search for that image and remove it.
