Which option I need to choose when I export AVCHD to a movie , without transcoding?

It says that Adobe Premiere CS5 can import and natively edit AVCHD content . without transcoding. How can I do this ?  It seems when I export AVCHD MTS from my camera to Premiere  , and want to join multiple MTS clips into ine timeline , which options may I choose to export , without transcoding?
I have try Blu-ray it transcodes to m4v , or using adobe dinamic link to encore , it ask me to transcode.

Premiere does import and edit native AVCHD.
Alll exports are encoded / transcoded.
AVCHD is a camera ( source) codec only.  Not a delivery format from an edit.
