Which Palm do I have? And how do I disconnect it from its cradle?

Just bought an older palm that seems in perfect working condition from the local reuse center. Seems in perfect operating order. But there's no identifing marks as to which model it is. If it helps, the serial number is 10JG14017Y5M-O.
Next problem: It came firmly attached to its cradle. And I can't figure the trick to detaching it. Is there a button somewhere? I really don't want to break it because it seems to work pretty well – and is an upgrade over the m125 I already had that was giving me all kinds of grief.

Good guess it is an m500, as to it being firmly attached if you pull it equally you should be fine.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. I recently aquired an iphone 4s due to the fact that our parent corporation requires us to use either a blackberry or iphone in order to have the protection needed to use their email. i actually got it figured out. I have multiple email accounts i have to use due to different corporate offices ( which can be a real headache at times). The exchange account is an active server used by Hilton and its an actual account. What was happening is my mail was getting kicked back to their server for storage. Once I contacted Hilton, they corrected it on their end. Thanks for trying to help out.

On modern MBairs, the F3 key will take you to Mission control. Once there, hold the Option key down and you'll see a tab with the "+" sign on it. Pressing this will add another desktop. You can assign apps to desktops or just drag them there. Switching between desktops is done by swiping either 3 or 4 fingers across the trackpad. (depend on the option chosen in System Preferences > Trackpad).

The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

After that, before you open any iLife apps go to your Mac App Store account, to the Purchased pane and Accept them into your account.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.

If so, not good, you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

It could be an accumulation of all sorts of bits of info and depending on the last time you cleared the system cache either manually or via a factory reset on that phone you might find a difference there after doing so with many other system caches.
Clearing the application cache removes temporary files and frees up memory - your personal settings or information remain intact.
Be sure you clear only the application cache and not the application data.
From the home screen, tap Apps.
Scroll to and tap Settings.
Tap More.
Tap Application manager.
Swipe left to view the All tab.
Scroll to and tap an application.
Tap Clear cache.
You've now cleared the application cache.

Once you're on a spammer's list, there's nothing you can do to stop the flood of e-mail messages. You can either control it, using spam filtering (which is what files those messages in the Junk Mail folder), or you can throw out your e-mail address and get a new one.
It's sad, but spam is simply a fact of life at this point, and there's nothing to be done about it. Legislation has been tried, with zero success, since most spam either comes from countries with no legislation or from personal computers that have been infected with malware and are part of a "botnet."
