I have been experiencing this problem ever since I updated my iPad mini to the latest iOS 6.1.3. So after the update, I tried accessing my iPad apps using iTunes to put in some PDFs into the Adobe Reader app. Each time I pressed on the app, iTune freezes and crashed. And this is the report I have for my problem from Windows.

I have never experienced this before and my iphone 4, still on iOS 6.1.2 is still able to load the apps perfectly with iTunes.
I have tried installing/uninstalling iTunes. Deleted the music/playlists in my iTunes folder. Restoring my iPad to previous backup.
But all have failed.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem or had this problem before? Please provide me some suggestions/help because it's getting really annoying being unable to load/sync my apps.

I have tried reseting the ipad as well but it didn't help. iTunes still crash each time i tried syncing the apps.
I authorized my friend's laptop to sync things into my iPad and it worked. I think the problem is with my computer but I dont know what went wrong because I never had this problem before.
I also did sfc/scannow with cmd but doesn't seem to solve the problem.
Any more ideas?

iPad apps are supported on the iPad mini, so some applications will work on the iPad mini and other not, and you'll have to purchase the iPad version of other programs -
I have an iPhone 3GS, and realized I do most of my SMS/MMS messaging at home, when connected to my WiFi. Then I began to think, if I'm using the messaging app over WiFi, can the SAME app (which, personally I like much better than the third party apps) be installed on the iPad 2 (which I'm still waiting from back order)?

SMS/MMS is exchanged over the same network as calls.
"Dumb" phones or phones not in the smart category that don't have internet access in any shape, form, or fashion can exchange SMS/MMS.
Since SMS/MMS (a poor man's email with cell phones since it is very limited) is a cash cow for carriers and very profitable, why wouldn't cell phone carriers be interested in including SMS/MMS as an additional option (and of course at an additional expense) with a data plan only for the iPad? They certainly are interested in it but they can't since SMS/MMS is exchanged over the same network as calls.

Which App Store does the iPad Mini use?
I know this is probably a stupid question, but just to be sure; among the apps available to iphone and ipad, and the apps only available to ipad and what-not, where does the iPad Mini fall in? Does it have access to all the apps on the iPad and the iPhone or how is it set up? Thanks in advance!
The iPad mini is an iPad, not an iPhone, so it uses the same apps as any iPad. However, it is not quite so clear cut, since any number of iPhone apps can also be run on an iPad, and very many can be used on both. The app descriptions will tell you what devices, as well as version of iOS, the app is compatible with.

I need to reprogram the delete and enter key to the left side of a external keyboard for the ipad mini. I don't need the caps/lock or ctrl key. Due to a brain injury my daughter can only use her left hand to type. She also uses a text to speech app to verbalize all of her needs since her speech isn't intelligible any longer either. And her vision was significantly affected also, so the keyboard has to be mounted about 6 inches from her face. So to reach across the keyboard with her left hand to the right side delete and enter button is physically difficult and causes typing errors, which cause people to not understand what shes trying to say.
The best keyboard so far is the Zagg folio mini. I just had to make stickers to enlarge the letters on the key buttons.
Does anyone know how I can reprogram these two keys? Or where I can buy a wireless mini keyboard for Ipad made for lefthanders with these two functions on the left side. I have searched for days and days. It's sooooo important to me that she be able to contribute her voice again. Imagine if you got in a car accident and couldn't speak clearly any longer, but understood everything still. Thanks for any help and suggestions you all take the time to share with me. I really appreciate the kindness of strangers to help me help my daughter.

I had to reboot my kids ipad because she lost her passcode, in doing this it was like a new ipad everything was lost including her camera which i thought was part of the ipad. can anyone help
You are correct. The camera is part of the iPad and the app is part of the iOS so it cannot be deleted or downloaded again.
Assuming that your daughter has the iPad 2 or newer (the original iPad did not have a camera) ....
Swipe from screen to screen to look for it.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that you didn't disable it.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. -

How can I change the Chinese characters back to English appear on the bottom icons after clicking the App Store icon on the iPad? It was in English before I upgrade to iOS5.
Is the address on your account based in France ? The language of the stores should reflect the language of the country where your account is based, which isn't necessarily the same language as you've set on the device.
If your account isn't based in a French spealing country, then try logging out of the account (via Settings > Store) and then log back in (and also make sure that your address is correct and complete), and see if the language of the iTunes and App Store the reflect the language of the country where your account is based. -
the ipad mini with retina free apps by apple have disappeared? e.g. keynote and imovie. i gotthem free with my ipad then when i deleted them i could still re-download them but now they cost money to download. i hope someone know how to fix my problim. thanks

The customer service IMO just use a template to answer question. Refer me back to the developer , which is apple itself -
It's frustrating to not be able to view my own Facebook page using the iPad mini. I have the iPad 1 and the Facebook app works fine there, I can see my personal FB page with 1. Is this characteristic of the iPad mini only?
Try this:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).
If none of those work, delete the app and install it again. -
APPS ON THE iPAD MINI BRIEFLY APPEAR TO OPEN AND THEN IMMEDIATELY CLOSE. already TRIED REBOOT BUT SAME ISSUE.
Have you tried a reset? Hold down Home and On/Off buttons, ignoring slider until you see the Apple logo. Then release the buttons. The device will reset--you will lose no data. Please don't shout--using all caps is not only rude but it is hard to read.
