Which Port used by Integration Builder to communicate with JMS service

Hi,
Anybody know which port that used by Integration builder to communicate with JMS service in XI server in order to activate changes list.
Thank you and Regards
Fernand

The main cause is not the communication problem between Integration builder and JMS provider but the inconsistent SLD contents.
Now i can activate my object in the integration builder. see SAP Notes 764176

  • Ways to Configure Which UNIX Server a PC Client Application Communicates With

We have several different MS VC++ "fat client" applications that we want to run
on the same NT 4.0 PC.
Each application uses the Tuxedo 7.1 client to communicate with Tuxedo services
    located on a UNIX server.
Each application needs to communicate with a different UNIX server (e.g., application
    A1 needs Tuxedo
service T1 located on UNIX server S1, application A2 needs Tuxedo service T2 located
    on UNIX server
S2). We'd like to load the Tuxedo 7.1 client software in such a way that each
    individual application
controls which server it uses. One way to do that is through registry entries
    specific to each application.
We are looking for some documentation or tips on other/better ways to configure
    which server the PC
application communicates with. We are also looking for some documentation or
    tips on how to best
configure an application that needs to subscribe to services from several different
    servers (e.g.,
application A needs Tuxedo service T1 on server S1 and Tuxedo service T2 on server
    S2). Thanks.

    Matt,
This sounds quite unusual, and I am not sure why you want to do things this way.
Generally, I would expect that the services would be distributed on the server side over
different boxes as you describe, but the location would be transparent to a client app.
which would tpinit once, and Tuxedo would route the requests appropriately. Maybe that's
not how you want to do things because the apps are all logically independent? I'm not
sure about that though, since you describe needing services on different servers in
individual clients... Can you do the integration at the back end?
To do what you describe, however, you need to control the value of the WSNADDR
environment variable before you call tpinit() - it is the network address in this
variable that tells the client libraries which server to connect to. Simply set the
value (from a command line parameter, the registry, an ini file or wherever) with the
tuxputenv() API before you call tpinit()
In Tuxedo 7.1 and higher, it is also possible to connect to multiple different servers
simultaneousy by calling tpinit multiple times and having multiple contexts in the
    client.
    I hope that helps.
    Regards,
    Peter.

  • Integrating Oracle eBusiness Suite with banking services using Oracle SOA

    Hi ,
I am working on a project for integrating Oracle eBusiness Suite with banking services using Oracle SOA. We have implemented Oracle SOA and trying to call bank's services using SOA.
The bank has provided its web services over http which accepts XML data as string through HTTPS post invocation and provides response accordingly in string XML Data.
For each service, specific format of request and response message has been provided.
I am trying to call their web services using HTTP binding adapter.
I would like to know whether my approach of calling bank's web service using HTTP binding adapter is correct or not.
Looking ahead for your valuable insight and advice.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
Is the usage of B2B not applicable for this project ?

  • Can I use virtual bench to measure/communicate with other device by I2C etc?

    Hi,
Can I use vitrual bench to measure I2C/SPI/CAN by digital I/O or logic analyzer?
And is it possible using digital I/O to communicate with other device by I2C etc?
    Thanks,
    Jimmy

You might be able to get it to work (not sure how fast the DIO on the Virtual Bench can go), but for I2C, I would recommend using something that is actually meant for it, like the USB-8451 or USB-8452.

  • VIPCA problem: PRKH-1010 : Unable to communicate with CRS services.

I have installed clusterware across 2 nodes recently in a virtual environment. I have been following a guide on how to do this and everything has gone as expected apart from when i try to run VIPCA manually (as detailed in the guide). Followed a metalink note which told me to use opmd.exe to set all the services created by oracle to manual. this utility also created a new service - Oracle Process Manager, which i take it controls all the other services that clusterware uses.
This is working fine however the OracleCSService is unable to start, it simply hangs at 'starting' and doesnt do anything from there... this i think is the route of my VIPCA problems, so if anyone knows how to sort this out that would be great.

  • I received this error today "unable to communicate with locator service to retrieve available files"

We use CSM to push out IPS updates and we recieved this error when we tried to manually retrieve the IPS update from Cisco.com. I wonder if the CCO server is having issues again because this happened last month when it rejected requests for updates. We did recieve the same error "Unable to communicate with locator service to retrieve files." at that time as well.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

This error is usually due to problems with the CCO server.  Are you able to ping www.cisco.com from the CSM server?  What ip address does ww.cisco.com resolve to?  The problem could be a transient issue so do you get the same error if you try the IPS update again?

    Hi Mohammed,
Did you change hostname after install RAC?
    Research:
page 5-9 of Oracle 10g RAC Administrator's Guide, Oracle specifically stated to not change the host name after the install.
The hostname becomes a part of CRS configuration, so changing the host name is not allowed.
To change hostname in RAC environment reinstall  CRS...

  • Which port uses aerender?

    Hi there,
I have following problem. Since I installed the avast (antivirus/firewall) update 2014.9.0.2008, my BG Renderer script, respectively the aerender, won´t start to render anymore. I tried it with After Effects CC and CS6 with the newest and older versions of BG Renderer script.
Lloyd Alvarez told me (after I send him two screenshots), that avast blocks the port aerender uses. The error is coming from aerender not BG Renderer. As long as I stop the firewall, all works fine.
    Here my question:
Does anybody know which port aerender uses?
    Thanks in advance,
    Rodrigo

    Hi Todd,
    thanks for your response.
Yes, the new avast version causes lots of problems. On an other machine, the 3ds max backburner won´t render with avast anymore, too.
Anyway, the easiest way for me would be to 'unblock' the portnumber for aerender. Does a portnumber defined for aerender exist?
If not, I will follow your advice.
    Cheers,
    Rodrigo

  • How to find which port on the switch that it connected with Mac address?

    Hi,
I am trying to find which port of the switches it connected to thru mac-address?
I am able to get the mac-address from the ip address when i do
"show ip dhcp binding snooping" at the core switch.
But when I move on to the Edge switch to check which PC with this Mac address connected to the port,i returned with no result.(onli trunk port result)
I use sh ip arp | inc 000d.60cb.445d
but didn't give me which port it connected to.
    How to solve this problem?
    thanks!
    KL

    Hi KL,
If you are already on the edge switch you can run a command "sh mac-address-table address " and it will give you the port number.
Incase you get a port which is a trunk port that means the end device does not exist on this switch and exist on some downstream switch. So you can just find out the ip address of the downstream switch with "sh cdp neigh detail" command and connect to that downstream switch and then again issue the command "sh mac-address-table address " and check the port number and follow the above steps till the time you get the switch on whcih end host is connected.
HTH, if yes please rate the post.

  • How to use DG Gryphon Toolkit to communicate with the vehicle using ISO 9141-2 protocol

    Hi All,
I am trying to use the Dearborn Group's Gryphon Toolkit to communicate with the vehicle & read some parameters. I have downloaded the toolkit from here. I have got the DG's S3 device. This device supports different protocols. But I could not proceed with the protocol selection using the Gryphon LabVIEW Toolkit. It would be nice to get some guidance here. Is there anyone who had worked with the toolkit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Priyadarsini S

Is there anybody who had had exposure to this toolkit? How do we use the toolkit, for eg. to read Engine Coolant temp? I do not see a place where I can specify the PID number. Also is it really important to know a protocol completely by which Gryphon toolkit will communicate with a vehicle - Or just the knowledge of the Gryphon Communication protocol enough? It would be great to have the answers as soon as possible.
    Thanks in advance,
    Priyadarsini S

    - When we are logging in to Oracle cloud on browser and execute the Oracle cloud RESTful service in another tab of same browser, we are able to get the result. But when executed the same RESTful service from a different browser or java program we get internal server error.
    - After investigation, we found that when user logs in to oracle database cloud, a cookie is set in browser with name s “OAMAuthnCookie_cstest-domo.db.us1.oraclecloudapps.com:443” and value as some random token. This cookie is passed in the subsequent requests to the RESTful Service calls when using same browser and as a result, we are able to get the results
    - In the Java program, we copied the same cookie with random token in the HTTP Request header and we got the proper response from REST APIs.
    - It seems that this cookie is created by an Oracle Middleware tool/server called as OAM – Oracle Accounts Manager, which sends the authentication token after successful authentication and creates the cookie.
    - We found that the cookie that OAM creates on authentication is exactly in the same format i.e. ‘OAMAuthnCookie_cstest-domo.db.us1.oraclecloudapps.com:443’. So, we are guessing that Oracle cloud uses OAM for authentication. Please refer to following link for same : http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e15478/sso.htm
    Can anyone please suggest:
    1.     How to provide authentication to Oracle Cloud REST APIs from java program?
    2.     How to pass the username and password in Java code to OAM (or how to communicate with OAM using Java) so that we can receive the unique token from OAM. We can use the token in the further requests? 3.     Also in Oracle cloud white papers , it is mentioned that they support OAuth2.0. But we didn’t find any URLs for same. Can anyone please confirm?
    Thanks

  • Integration of BI Publisher with presentation services

    Hello,
I have installed and configured OBI Answers and Publisher in a Linux infrastructure and configured thro' Websphere/IHS. Answers/Dashboards is working fine. I am trying to integrate BI publisher with OBI answers/dashboards. This is working fine through OC4J but when I try to integrate through Websphere, I get a crypto error.
I have to deployed a plug-in in web server and tried to integrate BI publisher with presentation services through "cryptotools" and configuring it through instance config. When I hit http://myserver:port/xmlpserver I get "Error 500: com.phaos.crypto.CipherException ". Similarly when I select more products/BI Publisher through OBI Dashboards/Answers, I get the following
    Reporting Login: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.phaos.crypto.CipherException; nested exception is: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.phaos.crypto.CipherException
I feel this is a common issue across both the end points. Has anyone come across this type of issue or similar issue ?
    Help is greatly appreciated.
    thx
    Dinesh

I'm installing 10.1.3.4 and YES, i have installed BIP war in Websphere.
I think I may have resolved my original problem but faced with a different one now. I am able to logon to BI publisher standalone and integrated with OBI Answers (thro websphere). But when i click the dashboards link from BI Publisher, its going to the default OC4J installation and not my websphere. The similar re-direction works fine from OBI - Publisher but not from Publisher - OBI.
I need to find out, how its finding the server name and port to redirect from BIP -> OBI. Can you guys help please ?

  • How can I use the parallel port as an input channel to communicate with a SPECTROMETER?

    Hello,
The sensing system we use is called: FieldSpec Pro from www.asdi.com.
The spectrometer has a LPT terminal. I'd like to use LabVIEW to acquire signals from the spectrometer for further analysis.
    Thank you!

    Dennis,
    I appreciate your time.
I have asked the copmany for such infos, but it seems to be confidential.
    Do I need an I/O DAQ-Card?
    Dennis Knutson wrote:
About all that tells me is
that I'm located in the same town as the manufacturer. You'll need to
find some specification that describes the parallel port protocol.
Without that, you're just wasting your time. Even if the instrument is
constantly sending data, you'll need to know how to interpret the data
and there's nothing that says it has to be sending constantly. Maybe
you first have to write something to the port first. Talk to them and
tell them you want to replace their software with software of your own
and need to be able to read the data.
