Which privilege required for last_ddl_time and last_analyzed?

Dear all,
assume a user A, who wants to be able to find the last_ddl_time and last_analyzed time on B's table T, (i.e. B.T).
Since this is metadata about B.T, what privilege needs to be granted to A to allow this action?

Thanks. I've got tables working, but not indexes.
Here's what I used for tables (as sysdba):

END;But I still can't see any indexes as A:
SELECT owner, object_name ,last_ddl_time
  FROM all_objects

   AND object_type LIKE 'INDEX'
ORDER BY owner, object_namereturns no rows as A (but 1440 rows as a fourth user, D).
I'm clearly missing something! :-)
