Which Sourcesystem client needs to be selected?

Dear All,
I have a question regarding choosing the right client. I have to extract data from IS-U system into BW.
An IS-U Dev System has three clients.
1) Golden Client (100)
2) Development (200)
3) Sand Box (300)
Similarly BW Dev System has following clients.
1) Golden Client    - 100
2) Unit Testing      - 200
3) Sand Box         - 300
4) Development    - 400
For BW Dev server, I have been given account on client 300 (Sandbox). Now my question is that which source system client do I need to extract data or from which client of source system do I have to activate Bus. Content datasources for replication into BW system? My functional consultants told me that data would be available on IS-U Dev Sandbox (300) client ONLY. But the point which is confusing me that at sand box, probably the configuration may not be complete. It would be done on Golden Client. If I extract data from IS_U dev (Golden Client), then data would not be available to test. Please clear my confusion.
Secondly, For BW System, Do I have to only work on Sand Box (300) client or Shall I have to do everything again on Golden Client (100), once I finish with BW work on Sand Box (300) I mean after creating of different BW objects on Sandbox, will I have repeat the same task on BW DEV Golden Client or not. I have read the BW objects are client independent so I guess If I do work on SandBOX of BW DEV then I won't have to work on golden client of BW again. Also in our client's landscape, BW Dev (Client 300) is connected with BW QA. So it seems that I will have to work only on BW Dev SandBox (300) for everything. If this is not the case, then please let me know. Please clear my confusion.

Hi,
first of all ask your Functional people whcih system they are using for
all the configuration or what ever they are doing.Then similary chose the
correct BW system.Develop all the data source in Source system and replicate
them in Bi side.
In real time there are three system.
1.Development.
2.Quality.
3.Production.
We develop all the things in developement and collect them in transport request.
Basis people move these transport to Quality which is used for testing purpose.
After testing we move all the object to Production.
First move the data source from source side ,replicate them and then transport the Bi object.

Your setting
-Doracle.net.tns_admin=/usr/local/oracle/oas03/network/admin
is ok if this directory contains the correct tnsnames.ora file.
I have done some poking around, and I suspect that you use an old JDBC driver.
I have written a sample Java program that tests a connection with java.sql.DataSource using JDBC thin and tnsnames.ora, and it works fine with Oracle 10.2.0.3 but fails with Oracle 10.1.0.5 with exactly the error message you get.
The property oracle.net.tns_admin exists only since Oracle 10g R2 (see Metalink note 333686.1).
With 10.2.0.3 I was not able to reproduce your error message, when I set a wrong oracle.net.tns_admin I get "Io exception: could not resolve the connect identifier", and when I omit the property altogether, I get "Io exception: Unknown host specified".
Please double check if Vision uses the JDBC driver you think it does!

You cannot go back to an earlier version of iOS.
If you are having Wi-Fi problems I suggest going to some location that offered free Wi-Fi. Your library or a Starbucks perhaps. Does your iPad connect there and work well?
If your iPad works well there you can eliminate the iPad and it's iOS as the cause of your problem.
If your iPad still acts up when connecting to the other Wi-Fi sources I'd suggest a visit to an Apple store to help discover the problem. Be sure to make an appointment prior to going to the Apple store.

Yes. Use AirPort Utility's MAC Address Access Control.
AirPort Utility > select your base station > Edit button > Network tab > "Enable Access Control" > click the Timed Access Control button.
You need to specify the clients you want to control by their MAC address, which is usually printed on the device's exterior case.

click utilities in the title bar/copy from client/
(gv sap 000 as ur client and select ur application form which satisfies ur need) for ex
IS_U_BILL_PDF and enter
clcin english
and save the settings
u will get the form in pdf in a new name starting with zis_u_bill...
hope u can develope from that or use the same

Client eventing on table select

For a .net PDK iView I've built, I would like to raise a EPCF event on the client when a row in a table control is clicked. I wish to pass the values of several fields in the selected table row using the EPCF storeClientData API. What I'm not clear on is which table client side event I should code a function for, and how that function should reference the values in the cells of that row. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Try to register to SAPTABLECLICK (in that property write "myFunc") and in your script handler, to get the row index use a nice mapi function:

If you want the actual cells values... It's complicated to use mapi's for that. I suggest you save your needed data in a way that you can access it easily in the function handler according to the selected row index. (For example render something as a script block in the page load...).
For more info about mapi functions you can try to ask the experts in the htmlb or Web Dynpro areas.
Last - try setting the table property "SelectionMode" to SINGLE to get a nice "selection" look (but be aware that the event your registered to will happen for any cell).

My client needs to be able to create a link to a document on the server, but I dont want to allow FTP/File manager access as this gives him opportunity to delete pages and files.
How can you give him safe access without giving access to the files?

The only other way to upload the document to his site is to use Media Downloads, also known as Literature in some part of the system. Then, inside the InContext Editor you click on the link and and select page from my site, then link to the literature item created.

The issue is that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside in order to purchase iTunes content.

You use the Aperture iPhoto Browser to review iPhoto images and import specific images into the Aperture library. The iPhoto Browser gives you a handy way of looking for certain images without having to import your entire iPhoto library.
So, where do I review the iPhoto images...there is nothing in there that says "iPhoto Library" Everything I see pertains to Aperture Library which of course is empty since I haven't imported (or dragged) any photos in there yet.
Also is tech support available for Aperture? I have Apple Extended Support and I sure would love it if I had individual help. I have a deadline --3 days to edit 300 photos and I'm a complete amateur. iPhoto doesn't have the capability to erase parts of a face (I need to contour the neck of a mannequin to make it proportionate to the separate head I put on top of it. I need to list all the objects for which clients need to opened for customizing/master data download, for ex. when we are downloading condition records we need client to be in open/modifiable state, So what I need now is suggestions based on your experience wherever you feel that cleint needs to be opened for this activity .

Even I tried for the list of all cross-client download objects in vain. I figured a work around for this and found it helpful.
To check wether a particular object is downloading cross-client data:
1) Determine all the tables involved by executing CRM table SMOFTABLES with the adapter object name. (Ex: DNL_CUST_SHIP downloads data from the following tables: TINC, TINCT, TPRIO, TPRIT, TVSB, TVSBT.)
2) In order to check wether these tables are cross client or not, execute table DD02L in R/3 system with all the tables determined in step 1.
Ex: DNL_CUST_SHIP
Table : DD02L

Client-specific
TINC----

TINCT----
X
TPRIO----
X
TPRIT----
X
TVSB----

TVSBT----

This means that none of the tables invloved in DNL_CUST_SHIP download are cross-client and can be downloaded without opening the client.
If there are any client independent tables involved then we need to open client and perform download.

The below mentioned tables are involved in DNL_CUST_CNDALL object download and are cross-client and hence the client needs to be open while downloading the object.

I want to set up the VPN service on remote site but it site have only one public IP available.I think can I set up the self own Linksys RV042 router in the ISP provided router LAN port and ask ISP use port forwarding to my Linksys RV042 router. So I want to know which port is need on using Linksys QuickVPN to access RV042 VPN client-access. Are there are port 443 and port 60443?
It is existing setup on ISP Router
LAN: 192.168.1.1/24
WAN: only one public IP provided
I will set own RV042
LAN: 172.16.0.1/24
WAN: 192.168.1.50/24 & gateway 192.168.1.1
& ask ISP set port forwarding on ISP provided router forward port 443 & 60443 to 192.168.1.50

Ive got a WRT54GS v6 - Firmware 1.52.5
Ive run out of port forward slots, Ive tried to use the port triggering but it always says
"port forwarded range is overlapping with other port trigger records"
Ive checked and no ports are overlapping, one person suggested that I try just using the forward slot instead of the trigger slot as well. When I click save changes it says succesful but then when it returns to the port trigger page everything is blank. no changes made.

It is very much possible. Use Modif ID concept. First dont display any date, depending on radio button selected display date in which ever form u need.

My requirement is need to "Update SELECTION TEXT and text symbols for report J_1IEWT_CERT".
1. As I want to change text sysmbols for 006 to "Run in preview mode". Currently it showing "Type of output". Issue I am facing here is that whenever I deleting aur changing the same it throws an error : "Text symbol 006 is an original text and cannot b
deleted or renamed". How can I do the same.
2. Secondly I have to add two selection text also i.e. ZFATHER and PREV . And delete two selection text i.e. P_PDF and
P_SCRIPT. In this Tab there is only a Icon of deleting not an Addition button .So How can I add two more selection text.
Above are Manual Activities which is written in note 1486147. We already taken an acess key and it shows in editable mode but
not able to add/deletin/modify selection text and text symbols.
Please provide the solution as it is critical requirement.
