I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY TAHLE WHICH CONTAIN THE RELATION BETWEEN SALES DOCUMENT NUMBER AND PURCHASE DOCUMENT NUMBER,I YOU WANT TO ACCESS DATA FROM THESE TWO TABLES AND YOU CAN USE THE INNER JOIN STATEMENT.

In which table the link between the R/3 vendor and SRM vendor no are found?

Hi experts,
Can anay one tell me in which table exactly where we can find the relation between the R/3 vendors who are replicated to SRM and material groups which are replicated to SRM.
I just want to know th backend number and the frontend Number of the above two
please help me.

Hi Sai,
All the replicated material groups from back end R/3 can be seen using COMM_HIERARCHY transaction as categories.
You can choose category as the search criteria and then click start tab to view all the replicated material groups.
In the VENMAP table you can see all the replicated vendors from back end along with their logical systems from which they were replciated.
Using PPOSV_BBP transaction you can see all the replicated vendors in your Vendor Group along with the vendor code and Business partner number.

In which table invoices related to a purchase order are stored ?

Hi all,
We need to make an ABAP program and I need to know in which table the invoices made by MIRO related to a purchase order are stored.
I can see them in the purchase order history tab in the transaccion ME23N but giving F1 and getting the table names gives me a structure table but not the actual table in SAP database. I tried the BSEG table but it doesn't store the purchase order number. Any information will be highly appreciated.

You can get the Link of PUrchase order & the Invoice from Table EKBE.
You can also get the data by joining the table RBKP & RSEG, as the Purcahse order details are stored in RSEG & posting date details are stored in RBKP

The FM CRM_BUPA_SELECT_BP_SALES_AREAS will get you the Sales Organization for the particular business partner Guids.
The business partner guids you can get from the table BUT000 using the Business Partner Id.

How to find table having relation between opportunity and activity

Hi All,
I need to develop an ABAP report where when the user logged in runs the report. The report finds all opportunities to which the logged in user is the sales representative and find out the number of activities attached to the opportunity.
Only completed activities should be counted. Show the count of the activities based on their category.
The output should be in form of an ALV where the columns are:
1) Sales representative
2) opportunity number
3) count of call tasks
4) count of quote tasks etc.
I need to cross check as to what categories are available to follow up tasks(BUS2000125) to an opportunity(BUS2000111) and based on that add or remove the columns specifying the count.

the above is right... but you would not find the objects directly. opportunity and campaign would be identified as Role A & B in table srelroles.
The object guid, logical system and business object type forms a unique identifier for an object and defined as a Role.

Iam working on a FI/CO report, and I need tax values to calculate the total loaded cost i.e. (Material cost + un-planned cost + taxes) for the parked PO.
the fields that I will use to search the tax values are tax codes(MWSKZ) & the tax jurisdiction code(TXJCD).

what do you mean exactly ?
the tax-condition? - they is stored in tables KONP/V
-> you can get the values with fm RECP_FI_TAX_CALCULATE
and you can calucalte tax with fm's:
CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT
CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT

Creating a master-detail relation between a view and a table

Hi all,
I have a problem with creating a master-detail relation between a database-view with lots of customer data and a small table with per customer a list of entities of our companies who may work for that customer.
Somehow I seem to be unable to create a relation between these two. I can't find where I can make a foreign key using Toplink to implement the relationship. And neither can I get a Viewlink object doing the job using ADF Business Components.
Somebody any suggestions on this problems?

There is a key relationship between two fields which form the primary key in the main table of the view and two fields in the second table.
I created a viewlink manually, but I still couldn't get the data correct i.e. a form with one record of a customer from the main view and a small table with all entities of our company who can make performances for that customer.
I tried to find a manual or a how-to on this topic but I didn't find anything helpfull yet.

After a couple more tries, I got the master-detail working. With all the fiddling I am not sure what caused the problem but I think the finally action was checking which fields of the view were marked as primary keys.
Now everthing is up and running.

Getting relation between infotype IT0007 and table T550A

Hi experts,
My requirement is as follows. For an employee work schedule rule(field SCHKZ) is maintained in the table IT0007. For every work schedule rule there is start of planned work time( SOBEG ) and end of planned work time(SOEND) in the table T550A.
Can anybody please help me in getting a relation between these two tables.
