Dear all,
I have 3+ months experience in ABAP web dynpro.Now I have the oppurtunity o get trained in SAP XI or SAP CRM.
Which one is better as far as career and opppurtunities are concerned ? Xi or CRM ?

I think you are able to learn both .
CRM is not complex in business process ,but a little bit complex in designing and coding . If you are a business expert , CRM is eazy to learn .
XI is more technical than business , If you want to develop interfaces between system , you should learn this .
Anyway , Both is worth learning .

We are implementing CRM and I am totally new to CRM. To build proper security around CRM, I am trying to find courses which gives me an understanding about CRM and the security implementation. In addition to R/3 security courses, there are security specific courses for BW and HR which I am already familiar with.

The last supported release for the Cisco 3640 and 3640A routers is Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4 Mainline
The Cisco 3640 Router will continue to support new IOS features through 12.2T and 12.3T, and software support will be provided through 12.4M or November 2005, whichever comes first.This support will be until 2007, November.
The 3640A is identical to the 3640 in terms of physical characteristics, interface support, performance, memory and IOS feature support. All currently open mainline release trains and the 12.2T release train will be supported, starting with the latest maintenance releases: IOS Releases 12.0(24), 12.1(17), 12.2(12) and 12.2(11)T1. miraculous...i downloaded quicktime player from apple website and then i run it.upon double click on this quick time player and then i double clicked on itunes...there comes an enry of itunes software...now i am completely enjoying my musics.photos in smart phone.

How long will it take? --OR-- Which order will arrive first?

*So, let me fill you in on my order timeline (debacle)...*
• July 5 ... I placed order with AT&T *on the phone* for 2 16GB iPhone 4's with 2 new lines of service. (first time iPhone buyer, new -- actually, coming back -- to ATT after 11 yrs w/ Sprint.)
• July 7 ... I received and accept the Terms & Conditions agreement... but because of _order entry error_ my order could not be processed.
• After I make some twitter-gripes I get pinged by AT&T's social media team offering to help.
• With a couple of exchanges and phone calls, I was assured that my order would be fine -- my order can proceed even with the error/wrong information not needing to be fixed -- and should expect it in 7-14 days.
• July 12 ... I checked my order status online only to find that there is no record of my order.
• I called to find out what was up... I explained my story to the AT&T CSR and he took it upon himself to FIX the error/wrong info. _Little did I know that *this action would cancel my previous order and place a new one*, in spite of being assured that my previous order would remain in tact_.
• July 13 ... my credit card was charged for my order.
• July 15 ... my order status is available online... it says "processing" and is "backordered."
• July 19 ... an AT&T social media rep voluntarily calls me to connect me to an order rep... she tells me that I should have been told 7-14 BUSINESS days (which I have no recollection being told that, nor reading that in any documentation), and *given that my order was placed on July 12 (and NOT July 5)*, I "should expect delivery by July 29"! (CSR's words)
• July 19 ... went to physical ATT Store to place an order for 32GB iPhone4 -- intending to return 1 of the 16GB and pay the difference. _At this point I am running an "experiment" to see which order will arrive first_.
• July 20 / 9am ... the online order status check shows NO RECORD of my previously existing order -- where'd it go?!!?!?
• July 20 / 3:30p ... ahhhh... must have been a server glitch b/c I can see my order again.
• UPDATE: July 22 ... no change for my 2x16GB order... no change on my 32GB order.

my 32GB order arrived at AT&T Store… went to pick it up but could not walk out of the store with it lest the 2x16GB order get cancelled!!!!
The super-nice and cool CSR informed me that because I have a pending order tied to the number I am porting over, if I were to activate my new 32GB, then he’d have to cancel the 2x16GB order (as of today, that order is STILL backordered). What’s more, I cannot walk out of the store w/ the device because I paid for the “subsidized” $299 price point for a 2-year contract… and I can’t initiate a 2-year contract with out canceling the 2x16GB order!
CSR said he’ll hold my device until I receive the 2x16GBs.
I’m stuck… and so, I wait… again…

I get the impression that most of the users on older hardware experiences similar temperature issues on Lion for a long time now. Awaiting for confirmation from the original poster.
In the meantime I'm just cautious with regards to pushing the machine to such extreme temps, since something tells me such behaviour which includes monitor flickering and the likes is nothing but abnormal for any type of use...
Any clues if 10.7.5 does anything on this? If not I'm afraid i see myself going back to SL for good...

What OS will your Garmin work with? Funny there was someone else that did that and upgraded to Yosemite and regretted it.
I'd say Lion if your Garmin is compatible.

Which node will become master

Hi All,
I have 4 node rac. My question is suppose the master node go evicted,
In this case,which node will become master and who decide which node will become master.
I have read somewhere that the node wilth least number will become master.
How oracle decide the numbering which node will have least number?
Could you please help me in cleairing my doubt?

How oracle decides which node will have highest node and which will have lowest node number?The information which you want is not documented (far as I know). What is difficult to accurately tell you the truth.
There's a reason to you want to know about this. Depending on what you need, we can to solve in another way without trying to figure out which node have OCR Master all the time.

The OCR backup is taken only every 4 hours. If you are of bad luck, the OCR master could have changed between the time of the last backup and the check using ocrconfig -showbackup. Now, if this was the case, the CRSD.log(s) will probably tell you But again, you should not be required to find the OCR master permanently.

Which server will get the load?

Hi all
I have 2 servers, on 'server1', I have an flv file, on
'server2', I have an swf file.
The swf file on server2 loads the flv file on server1. My
question is, which server will get the burden of the load of the
flv file? Additionally, how can I test this to confirm this (bare
in mind, I'm not a server guy).

You can basically publish it to one Origin Server and that server will republish the incoming stream to other 3 origin servers. This feature is called Multi-point publish. Basically you use application.onPublish and onUnpublish handlers in conjunction with Server-side NetStream Class to achieve this.
Simple example:

Now my question is If i query select * from Empview where empId = something then which index will it consider and why??

You are asking about specific case in your database. I am sure that you could open click on the Execution Plan button and get a faster answer and much more accurate for your specific database. Not always the forum is the best and faster solution, sometimes
you can get it yourself.
Regarding the "why", it is a good question :-)
please post DDL+DML
2. As other mentioned if you want help regarding a query then we need to be able to reproduce the situation. Instead of stories on your tables, you could post the DDL+DML queries :-) that mean the create table (with indexes) query and the insert sample
data query. With this information we can click the Execution Plan button in our server :-)
Moreover, with DDL+DML we might suggest a better solution
